Wanted a double bed and the wording confused me so we got a small bed for two grown fat people wasn't comfortable and my kid had to sleep on the floor

Roaches, customer service, beds are terrible and holes in walls

My room had roaches. The bed was extremely hard. The manager did not explain the terms of the weekly rte when booking with an outside vendor. My $372 booking turned into $576. Then I had to pitch a fit to get my belongings out of the room. Hate this place. I will never stay here again.

The bed was uncomfortable, the refrigerator was dirty, the heat didn't work. The TV wasn't working well. The wifi you pay for if you want it to be good service. Got a skinny sheet. Found multiple roaches

Not clean had to clean it at beginning of stay. Very loud. Need to let people know upfront that it is not a hotel. You’re on your own and there are no amenities
