We’ve stayed here twice now. The home is very well equipped for a large family, is centrally located, is well appointed and is very comfortable with everything you might need for an active family on a sporty vacation — and the host team is very responsive.

This four bedroom, three bath condo on two floors was ideal for our family of three couples and two little ones, ages 2 and 5. The beds and rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, as were the baths, but the little ones were ecstatic when they walked into the downstairs play room, so thoughtfully filled with toys and/or games for all ages, from the stuffed animals sitting in the chairs to the colorful art on the walls. Upstairs, there was also a cabinet filled with more games, puzzles and books for adults and youngsters, so no one had an excuse to be bored. In the evening, when the skiers returned from the slopes, the living room was large enough to hold us all in comfort. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining table was the perfect size. Like so many families, ours is divided by many miles and obligations. Clearwater allowed us to spend every minute enjoying our family time!

This was a great house! We met my sister and parents there. The master bedroom was very nice and the other rooms were comfortable. Nice size dining room table. We enjoyed the view of Mt Adams out the front window. The location was great, easy access to main streets and downtown. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It exceeded our expectations in every way. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and I love the way there were 2 bedrooms up/2 bedrooms down to give guests a little more privacy. The view of Mt. Adams from the kitchen/ living room was spectacular. So lovely to watch the sun rise on the mountain with a cup of coffee. Super clean and had all amenities needed. Will definitely stay here again when in Oregon!

Six family members in town for a wedding weekend—great place, clean, quiet, great communication with Vacasa and local contact. Air conditioning was lovely during 90 degree days. Highly recommend.

Loved that it was close to Safeway for quick groceries. We were attending an evening family wedding at an Orchard, so this was the gathering place for brunch before hand.
After a quick easy clean up we ran to the charming downtown shopping district where we all found treasures. Loved that it was only a couple min away so we maxed out our time there with enough to run back get ready and arrive at the wedding on time.
Yes! We would stay here again. It was perfect for us!

Had a wonderful weekend in Hood River! The Townhouse was clean, comfortable and super organized!! Close to restaurants and wineries so a great location! Would definitely stay in this property again!!

This house was a great place for the seven of us to stay. It was big enough for us and we were close to restaurants and hiking trails.
We didn't understand the garbage pickup schedule since it was every other Thursday. So we didn't know if the garbage pickup was the week we stayed. That was our only confusion.
Would stay there again.

The place was clean, close to town and beautiful! We had a wonderful stay for our family of 5 plus my MIL. Kids aged from 4/6/8yo and truly enjoyed the playroom. The view and window from ceiling to floor were breathtaking of Mt. Adams. The house was stocked full of everything we could have needed plus some. Books, toys, informational binders, dvds, etc we’re all there for your entertainment. I would 100% stay there again!

We were visiting with family and friends. Since most were staying in hotel rooms, our place was where we all got together to visit. Lots of space for everyone to visit and large accommodating bedrooms and good bathroom layouts.

We had booked a house in Mosier. When we arrived we noticed a terrible smell. We contact Vacasa. Bev came by after 6pm and acknowledged our complaint. She quickly found us a new place to stay. Thank you Bev! You are incredible. You saved our vacation.

On a recent roadtrip we spent a weekend renting this property in the middle of a camping road trip. The condo was comfortable, clean with a fantastic view. We road our bikes into town and felt like the location was great. When we arrived and realized it was behind a grocery store we were a little suspect. Honestly you can't hear or see the store from the condo and it was super convenient to have it so close. So what was a concern turned into a bonus. We only had 2 people- but the apartment is well laid out for 6- 8pple (maybe more check the listing) with bedrooms downstairs on the entry level and on the main level with the kitchen. Would rent again if in the area.

This home was comfortable. with many homey touches. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. There were books and games for all ages. We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family group. However, all the bedrooms had queen beds, which is not as useful as bunk beds for families with kids. And, though it is out of the owner's control, the view from the balcony is of the trees across the street and the shopping center below, not the river (though it was nice having a grocery store so close).

Great to have 4 full bedrooms for family members attending a wedding. The.garage space was great to keep our bikes. Its a long hot walk downtown but doable. The house is just above the Safeway and other retail store but hidden by trees. Its a bit noisy on the deck, which is small. Back yard space is small and cramped, we didnt use it. Kitchen was well equipted and fun to cook in. Housecleaner was there at 10:01 so check out is rigid.

This home was perfect for our girl's getaway. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked to prepare our own meals. Great place!
We loved our stay at Clearwater. It was clean, and well stocked. The location was good too, near Safeway, Tesla charging station and DQ. We had plenty of bathrooms, towels etc. no issues at all. Highly recommend it!

The kitchen had all of the amenities to cook meals. Very well stocked. The entire place was very clean. There are two parking spaces, but also a two car garage, which happened to be empty when we were visiting. The place is also dog friendly, but the backyard only has a 3 foot fence so don't turn them loose off leash. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were updated and clean. On a clear day, there is a great view of Mt Adams. The location is behind the safeway grocery store and a storage place. The store is easily walking distance, but downtown is probably a mile + away. It is on a culdesac so it feels very safe and secure. The only problem we ran into was the wifi. We had to keep resetting the router, but we weren't visiting a beautiful place to look at computers all day, so it wasn't a big deal. We were able to stream movies. Overall, a very nice property that I would visit again.
