Apartment was how we expected it, with a brilliant view of the sea, easy to walk into Vilajoyosa (approx 15 minute walk). Rooms were spacious, especially the upstairs master & en-suite and the living room.

The stairs up to the master are spiral, which may not suit some. Struggled in the kitchen without at least one oven mitt & tea towels & we had to improvise. When leaving, we had to go through the pedestrian exit, holding the gate, so that someone could go back up to drop the keys inside & get out. Maybe a key safe would work better, especially if there's only one guest.

Schönes App. unmittelbar an einem kleinen Strand und am Hafen. Vom grossen Balkon gute Sicht zum Meer und zur Küste. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge. Kfz sicher in der Tiefgarage untergebracht. Im Februar ausreichend geheizt mit separaten Heizkörpern. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit haben wir etwas nachgebessert.

great property, lovely views. Local beach 3 min walk. The property met expectations. Close to all beaches and restaurants, 15 minute walk to all other main attractions, centre, shops, other beaches.

The kitchen needs some new mugs/cups. everything else was very good

Spacious house, pretty good equipment. We were climbing in Sella, which can be reached in c.a. 20 min. I can recomend this stay.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Key handover worked perfectly. There is also free parking space in the garage. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Beach (stone beach) is within 2min walking distance. The restaurant at the beach is very recommendable.
