Fino a gennaio 2018, i lavori di ristrutturazione e conversione sulla CASA CARUSO. Da allora hai la possibilità di affittare una delle proprietà più belle e moderne in una posizione privilegiata a Bonita Springs.
CASA CARUSO si trova tra Napoli e Fort Myers, a 4 miglia a Coconut Point Mall, a 16 miglia a Internaional Airport a Fort Myers, 8 miglia a Barefoot Beach. Ma in realtà non vuoi andartene, ma goditi gli interni raffinati, la pace paradisiaca e la piscina di acqua salata di grandi dimensioni con orientamento sud / ovest.
Rilassati su uno dei lettini accanto alla piscina di acqua salata o nella lounge coperta e refrigerata. Guarda i simpatici scoiattoli o gli uccelli colorati o lascia vagare lo sguardo sulla distesa simile al parco del Bonita Springs Golf & Country Club, che al momento non è più utilizzato come campo da golf.

This home is amazing. Very spacious, well decorated & maintained. The lanai and pool were great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for us. The owners were very communicative and responsive. Overall this home was Fantastic in every way!

We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home but it is well screened by a fence.

Crazy busy fun wedding weekend. Was amazing to come back to every evening. Definitely going to be back!!!! Everything you could ever need, it was there. Communication with the owners was quick and easy! Very nice!!!! Loved it all!!!!

Our stay in Bonita Springs between the holidays was the perfect get away. The house was even more beautiful in person that in the pictures. It was extremely clean; the beds were comfortable with nice pillows. The heater pool was perfect for our evening family swims. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Susanne replied quickly to our questions and was accommodating to our requests. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Very clean. Easy communication with very pleasant owners. Well stocked. Would have give 5 star but we were taken aback by the construction in the back of the house going on for a new development. Heavy equipment laying drainage which started at 7:15 am. Along with a compressor going 24/7 to drain water. Could not use beautiful pool or outdoor space the week we were there. Owners did refund what we paid to heat thr pool though. Very disappointed we were not told of this going on. We book March 2023.

Casa Caruso is a beautiful home. Very well kept, tons of space and it had everything we needed. Would book again for sure. Hope to make a return trip next year and this is where we will try first.

My family and I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday. We absolutely loved it there. The house was beautiful and the pool was just as great. The house is close to everything and just a 15 minute ride to the beach. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood not far from Old 41. Easy access to many things. Short drive to the beach. The pool was fabulous. Sunset from there at night was particularly intriguing.
There are quite a few "living" areas in the home and outside. The kitchen was well-supplied. Lots of gadgets. The bed in the orange bedroom was better than mine at home. Wish I knew what was on it to make it so comfortable. Use of the garage on a hot day was great.
Really enjoyed the quiet and generous space!

Casa Caruso is a beautiful large home with pool in Bonita Springs. The neighbourhood is quiet and the backyard is private. Everything needed is a close drive including Barefoot Beach. Susanne and Sigi work hard to ensure everything is perfect - thanks so much for a month of wonderful memories!

This home was perfect for our Christmas vacation in Florida. We loved the decor, everyone’s room had interesting art and colorful designs. The kitchen was stocked with everything weneeded to prepare, cook,bake, and grill our holiday meals. Having plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and pool toys to enjoy the pool or the beaches was nice. The owners had the cutest Christmas tree and some decorations that we enjoyed. It’s in a nice neighborhood and it’s very clean. The sunsets are very pretty! I would recomenend this home to my family or friends if looking in this area 👍🏼😎

What a great place in Bonita Springs. From the moment we walked in the house to the attention from the host, everything screamed "Welcome!" I would definitely recommend this place! We had access to a ton of restaurants too!

Our stay was fabulous as was the house and the host! Our granddaughters had the best Thanksgiving ever, enjoying the pool and the spacious beautiful home, that provided everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! Look forward to returning!!!

Which was a bummer.
The paper goods were limited (two trash bags under sink , no napkins at all, 1 roll of paper towel) I would expect there should be amble supplies of those daily items. But otherwise nice holiday there.

This was a girls trip for 3 ladies in our 50's and we stayed for 6 nights.
The house itself was very lovely, especially the design details. It was astatically pleasing, along with being well laid out. We loved that there were king beds in the 2 guest rooms (there was a 4th room with a futon)
The pool and pool area were amazing. Many nights relaxing just sitting on the lani talking, laughing and catching up.
There are many restaurants and shopping in under a 10 minute drive.
Highly recommend for your next stay.

My stay was supposed to start on 9/30/22 but near category 5 hurricane Ian swept through this area on 9/28/22 knocking out the electricity and yet the vrbo host/owner of property, at first on 9/28 until 9/30/22, was refusing to issue me a refund probably because she knew I had purchased the trip insurance. She told me it doesn’t matter and it’s not her problem if I am physically unable to travel to the location and she would only issue a refund is the property itself was not fully operational. Meanwhile the area was declared a disaster area by FEMA. She proceeded to get upset with me telling me, after I told her it was ridiculous that she wouldn’t let me cancel for a refund, saying she has another home in Naples and had no idea if her home had survived the hurricane etc…This vrbo property in Bonita Springs FL is an income property and this is business. Act like it. Your customers don’t need to hear about your personal issues. This should be an obvious concept. I had to spend a couple hours gathering documentation to file an insurance claim and then finally at the end of day on the next day, 9/30/22, she came to her senses and decided to refund me saying she still didn’t have electricity on the property after I had already told her she likely would not get electricity back for several days since that 2.6 MILLION residents were without power! You make a crap ton of income on this property. Stop being so greedy. Your guests don’t need to hear about your personal issues unrelated to the booking. You need to either get out of the vacation rental business or learn treat your customers better. Also I received a couple of emails from vrbo in German. The property is in Bonita Springs, FL USA and you should probably ensure all communication is sent in English. I don’t recommend renting from such a greedy self centered person and , if you do rent from her; do yourself a favor and buy the maximum insurance and coverage.

I had to find a place to stay while I cleaned up my home damaged by Hurricane Ian and found a perfect, relaxing home to take the stress and edge away from the storm. There is a big swimming pool in back with a great view of the sunset. The home is immaculate, quiet, very roomy and in a very convenient location. The hosts were great and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Had to Wash all dishes before use
Too many rules pasted on walls very uncomfortable feeling
Beds were not comfortable
Listing led you to believe golf cart was included until you read details
Trash pick up stated we had violated property rules however we took out trash and pulled can back in wishing the 24hour rule
Deck of pool area was dirty gum popcorn and weird childrens toys
Pool area furniture was on its last leg and they stated there would be a fine for broken furniture so it felt very uncomfortable not to mention one chair was already broken
Our neighbor had cameras which we did too felt as if we were being watched
Uncomfortable stay and we cleaned for free

Excellent vacation rental
10 minutes from a lot of restaurants. 15-20 minutes from multiple beaches. Quiet and private. Kids loved the pool and the interior design was quite nice. Overall we had an excellent stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others looking to spend some down time in SW FL.

Fantastic trip and stay
This home is gorgeous! It is great to have the screened in area around the pool. It is very private. The home is decorated beautifully and it ahs tons of space. The owners are very nice and responsive. We LOVED staying here.

Pictures and descriptions were just as described. The hosts were helpful and around if we needed anything. It was super comfortable, convenient, and clean. My mom and kids were all happy, safe, and entertained. I could not have asked for more.
