Beautiful deep water beach house
Questa casa sulla spiaggia 4BR / 2BA splendidamente decorata è pronta per i vacanzieri che desiderano lo stile di vita dell'isola. La zona giorno aperta vanta un arredamento luminoso e beachy con un bel contrasto di boiserie. Il soggiorno si espande per svelare un'alcova sapientemente progettata, perfetta per un po 'di riflessione o per rilassarsi con un buon libro della collezione di libri. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadi con tutte le vostre esigenze di cucina e una grande dispensa per contenere tutti i tipi di snack per la spiaggia. Ammirate la bellezza del canale dalle ampie finestre della zona giorno o uscite sul grande ponte o sul portico riparato. Due serie di spaziose camere da letto con due letti king size, una matrimoniale e due letti full size sono su entrambi i lati della zona giorno. Ogni set condivide un bagno completo. TV con cavo e internet wireless sono in ogni camera. C'è anche una stanza bonus al piano terra con un frigorifero pieno per i bambini per uscire o per accogliere ospiti extra. Porta la tua barca o pesca dal molo! Con solo una breve passeggiata verso la spiaggia e l'accesso diretto all'Intracoastal Waterway, questo sogno sul mare può essere la tua prossima fuga costiera!

We loved it! Very nice, clean and felt safe with my little one being so close to the water. Latches and locks on all the doors and gates! Always responded when we had questions! Great experience, would love to stay again when we are in the area!

The cleanest house we’ve stayed in, beds were comfortable, the water stayed hot enough for 10 people to bathe, ample room for us all and so convenient to be able to dock our boat. Such a lovely home that we all felt comfortable in even with a 2 and 3 year old, the host was so responsive and if they will have us we will stay there again next year!

No complaints! Great communication with close call from the hurricane, and very accommodating with last minute schedule change! Highly recommend, hope to rent again in the future!

This place was great! The location was only a short walk to the beach access. The house itself was very clean and homey. Having 2 kids (11 & 1), they had a blast with plenty of room to play.
We ran into one issue (not at the fault of the owner), but Dee was quick to respond and assist with getting it resolved. I very much look forward to staying at this property again!

Property was exaclty as described. The owners did everything they could for us to check in as soon as the house was ready. Short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beach with amazing views of the inlet. Looking forward to our next vacation at OIB!

My husband and I stayed here during the October oyster festival. Perfect location to walk to the festival without being too close for traffic, etc. Beautiful home, very welcoming and bright. Loved the screened in porch to have coffee and look at the water. Would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group. We rented a boat for the week and went to several beaches on the inter coastal and Calabash for lunch. The kitchen was super well equipped which was great since my husband and I love to cook. Would definitely consider coming back.

We had a great time relaxing and fishing. We loved being able to dock our boat and having easy access to the waterway. Perfect location and very clean!! No issues at all! Thank you for sharing your beach house. We will be sure to book with you again in the future.

Amazing time and great location
This was an amazing location! Loved the house, locations and neighbors. We had a great time. The owners were very responsive prior to our visit, so we were able to bring our jetskis and we had no issues once on site. Love everything about our trip!

Great place to stay
It was a very quiet street and location. The house was perfect for our visit. It was the most stocked with cleaning and kitchen necessities that we had ever stayed at. The host always messaged back immediately. We had one issue pop up that was solved within the hour.

The home was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. We were able to bring our boat since there’s a personal dock. I love there were linens and towels provided, (less we had to pack) and the bonus room downstairs is the perfect hangout for teens, (had we brought them, but maybe next time.) There’s plenty of sitting areas inside and out, the covered porch was perfect for morning coffee and the upstairs balcony was the best seat to watch the sunset. Thank you Hall family for sharing your home, we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location & Home
We love OIB and our stay this visit did not disappoint.
Your home was the perfect size for us and super convenient to the Concord Beach access. We rented a golf cart but honestly could have just walked being so close.
My husband enjoyed early morning fishing off your dock and we celebrated my daughter's 16th Bday during our stay.
All amenities were provided leaving us just to shop for groceries for the week.
Huge shout out to the cozy sheets on the beds too :-)

Beautifully decorated and a very comfortable stay. Close walk to the beach access, biking or walking on the island is enjoyable as well as relaxing on the back deck overlooking the canal. Accommodations were as stated and met all our needs. Owner responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had. We look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful home
We had a great week In this beautiful house! The owners always responded quickly to my questions. The house has spacious, clean, and comfortable! We enjoyed their kayaks, fishing and a screened in porch that everyone loved. The bonus room downstairs gave us extra room and a second frig! We can’t wait to go back!
