Peaceful Redlands Ranch!
Renditi a casa nella nostra casa che si trova a soli 2 km dal Mesa Mall ea soli 4 miglia da I-70. Questa casa è situata in posizione centrale nella valle del Grand ed è a pochi minuti dal Colorado National Monument e il River Front Trail. VRBO was selected for location and backyard. Photos and title made it appear as though it was a ranch property. It was located in a neighborhood which was convenient to locations to which we traveled it not a ranch properyoo
Due to mosquitoes and other bugs we were unable to enjoy the outdoor elevated patio.
House is equipped with a swamp cooler which probably saves money over an air conditioner but the swamp cooler is quite noisy and blows air directly on you if you are walking in the hall.
Electrical outlets in bathrooms were not operational.

This is a lovely ranch home in a quiet part of Grand Junction. It's close to downtown and Colorado National Monument. The home is very well equipped and in very good condition. It was clean and ready for our family when we arrived. We five adults fit quite nicely in the three bedrooms and two baths. The owners provided unexpected snacks and ample towels and bathroom supplies. The price was right. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again when in Grand Junction. Highly recommended!

Everything was so clean and well thought out. The little snacks and all the games were much appreciated.
This backyard is everything. The views, the couches, and the space for kids to run around. We've been to quite a few vrbo's and this is the first place that had a well manicured and taken care of yard. My kids were playing in grass, not weeds.
The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the connected lakes. I wish we had brought our paddle boards!!
It is in a great location and a quick drive to the downtown area and also to the national monument.
The host is extremely responsive. It was a nice change from the last place we stayed.
We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the western slope.
One thing I will mention is that the listing and pictures show a computer available for use. That was not there when we stayed, but it wasn't something that affected our stay. I'm sure most people travel with their own tablets or smartphones and the cell service was good (Verizon) and the internet was fast, so no need for a provided computer.

Location is ideal, between town and Colorado National Monument. Very nice house, large patio. Very clean. Everything worked. I was not provided access info until I was heading to bed the night before, which did add to my travel stress, but I got in ok. I had a nice stay.
My suggestion for all vrbo owners about television: now that we're all streaming, some guidance for visitors would be welcome - what services are subscribed, and what channels they include.

This is the first property that we have stayed at that actually gave you enough towels! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need to cook with. Shall I mention the back deck and the view! Spectacular! Thanks for hosting us!

The house was very nice. Well furnished, easy to find things, great backyard. I rented it for the yard & it was exactly like the photos. So pretty & well taken care of. We would stay there again. Great location to hiking trails, downtown & places we wanted to visit.

Very comfortable and convenient. We came to Grand Junction to visit friends while passing through to Utah. This house was located in a quiet, family neighbourhood, was equipped with everything you could need. We loved the large back deck, wish we would have had more time to just hang out on it! Although we did not have children with us we saw a real effort to welcome them into the home this place would be great for a family with kids.
The host ‘Shar’ was very communicative and helpful. All in all, a good but short stay.

Great location. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We explored the area’s natural wonders, great downtown area, and an amazing farmers market in Palisade for yummy peaches. Great base for exploring and family time.

Wonderful house with all the amenities! Everything we needed, they had. By far the best stocked VRBO/rental we’ve encountered. Lots of snacks available and even had coffee Available. The deck is fantastic for morning coffee and evening dinners. Dogs and kids had lots of space. Kids room even had night light and sound machine! Owners were very responsive and accommodating. My 5yo loved the bunk beds and all the extra toys/games/craft items. My husband had to work remotely and loved the bedroom with desk space and WiFi. Access to biking trails and CMU was great! I forgot baby shampoo for my 3 month old and they even had a small travel size of Johnson and Johnson. Great spot, would definitely recommend and stay again.

My mom, sister, aunt, sister-in law and I stayed on a girls trip for Country Jam. The house was perfect for relaxing in the mornings on the deck & making breakfast for the whole group. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location to access stores. Well stocked comfortable home had lots of extras like a grill, extra blankets, board games, etc.

National park explorers!
The location for this rental is great for checking out some of the national parks. In a short weeks visit, our family saw Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Arches NP, Colorado NM, and the Grand Mesa NF. The house had everything we needed for cooking our Christmas dinner. There was even laundry detergent provided for us to wash a load.

Great weekend Getaway
This property is AWESOME! House is spacious, comfy, clean, well stocked...an 11 on scale of 10! Wonderful location, able to bring our pup, & has cooler to keep temp low inside :) We went rafting & hung around house playing games from well stocked in house supply! Host Shar is amazing & so helpful! Will definitely stay again & highly recommend this gem!

Beautiful view in the backyard
We chose this location to drive over to Arches National Park and Canyonlands. The house is a great location for visiting National Parks. The house was perfect to bring our pets, and have them part of our trip. We did clean up the house to our liking. Also, the house has a swamp cooler and no air conditioner. We bought three fans and it helped keep us cool in the evening, and we even left one for the next guest.

Excellent host Shar set out snacks and muffins and donuts, bottles of water, popcorn to welcome us upon arrival. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, 10 minutes to the East entrance to Colorado National Monument, 15 minutes to Fruita and Grand junction. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking. We will be back.

extra space for family gathering
My family needed some extra space so we opted to go the VRBO route. This home was amazingly well stocked and the personal touch with the Grinch cake and cookies, thrilled the grandkids! The house was clean and the homeowners and property manager made it very easy for us to do last minute changes which included adding dogs the last few days of our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your home, it was nice having our own space around the holiday get together, and helped us to relax and enjoy. KC and family

Perfect Redlands Getaway
The Peaceful Redlands Ranch was perfect for our family get-together. The house was stocked with everything you could need. We were able to prepare meals for 6 adults and our two darling granddaughters - so much easier than trying to go to a restaurant with the little ones! The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. The view of the Bookcliffs from the kitchen/dining room windows was lovely. Thanks for making our family trip so memorable!

Great place!
We enjoyed our experience here! The property was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and our dog LOVED the fenced in backyard. They even left snacks for us which was a nice reprieve after driving 5 hours to get there from Denver. The host was very responsive and reliable and we had no issues with check in. Will definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.
