Grandi ponti lato oceano corrono per tutta la lunghezza della casa ... perfetti per radunarsi, mangiare o semplicemente rilassarsi. L'open space include la grande sala, la sala da pranzo e la cucina per creare un flusso facile e più punti di raccolta per la famiglia e gli amici, tutti con vista sull'oceano. La disposizione spaziosa della cucina con isola centrale è ideale per preparare pasti abbondanti.

House had gorgeous views and plenty of space/bathrooms/bedroom. We loved all the decks and windows! Lack of screens was a huge problem. Especially in November when you’d love to get a cool breeze, the doors could not be left open due to bugs. Like others have said, it is definitely dated but this really did not bother us. With the beach front location, you can’t ask for more. Easy walk to town!! The tv situation was really confusing, but someone did stop by promptly to help with it. I asked about early check in a few times and it would have been helpful if they notified us if we could NOT check in early vs only contacting us if we could (which they didn’t). Otherwise amazing stay with friends, and would highly recommend!!!

Overall, this house was beautiful and the views are amazing! The house lacked the essentials such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and we didn’t appreciate having to buy them. Beds not comfortable. All the while definitely worth the stay!

The house is very big and steps from beach. Kitchen fully stocked with equipment. While the view was incredible, it seemed to lack a few amenities for the price. Doors didn’t have screens so couldn’t stay open without bugs coming in, no beach towels, photos show 2 lounge chairs and none were there, couldn’t use grill. Overall a great place to stay, but amenities could be better for the price.

We had a great week here on Folly Beach. The location is great, right on the beach, and we enjoyed sitting on the big deck in the mornings and at night. The place’s decor, bathrooms and furniture are dated and could use modernizing and sprucing up. We could have used more seating in the main room.
Responsive property manager, and the listing doesn’t say it but there is a gas grill on the property which was a pleasant surprise.
Reasonable accommodations for the price overall.

Great location and views! Perfect for for a family gathering. On the negative side outdoor furniture needs repair, TV’s are almost impossible to manage with multiple remotes and kitchen lacked enough pits and pans, garbage bags and paper towels.

We had a great time. The place was wonderful!!! That being said , I want to address the negative reviews I read. If you expect everything in the house to be like new it isn't. The house is 30 years old! Most everything has been updated but not everything. What's important to me has. New deck, appliances, sliding doors, beds, water pressure, hvac, fresh paint, furniture. Nice smell. CLEAN!
The layout of the home is exactly what I would do if I was to build one.
So to those negative reviews I say quit being so picky

This year we found that after running one load of laundry that the laundry room flooded which I texted the agency about but never heard back. Also there was one bedroom with no light bulbs in the lamps and the bulbs in the dining room flickered like a strobe light. It was disorienting and made it hard to use the dining room.

The property was as advertise, except it did have a gas grill. Other reviews noted the property is "tired", and that it is. It could use a spruce up (paint, modernize the kitchen, better TV). Met our needs and we would consider staying there again.

Great location, close to town, working with Carolina properties was wonderful. They responded to our messages promptly. The house was well equipped, except for an iron. We had an ironing board, but no iron. Other than that minor issue, we had no complaints.

Five million dollar view
Brian and Kayla were amazing - so quick to respond to requests and minor concerns and when I say EVERY issue was addressed I mean ever issue. This house is spacious and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The house needs a little updating and TLC but met ourneeds exactly. I would definitely book again and like I said could not have been more satisfied with the property management OUTSTANDING responsive service. For example: when we arrived there was a broken rocking chair on the deck - I called and spoke to Kayla and the next day by noon we had a new ricking chair which was important for us as we were traveling with an infant. Same response with every other concern !
The only reason. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness is there is what appears to be some mildew on a ceiling vent upstairs that could easily be addressed with bleach - thanks for a great stay!

The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close enough to the main drag for an enjoyable walk down the beach, but far enough that the beach in front of the house is not too crowded. The open concept living space is bright and airy, with beautiful views of the ocean. The house was comfortable for our group and kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated the extra beverage fridge and full size freezer in the laundry room. There were some issues with the microwave blowing a fuse every time it was used - management sent out a repair person but the problem seems to require a bigger fix. A storm took out the stairs from the deck to the private boardwalk shortly before our trip, which was a bit inconvenient, but the boardwalk was easy to access from under the house, and management was responsive to our concerns about the issue. Overall, a great trip to a solid vacation property.

We went with the entire family, the only thing I would consider next time is looking for a property with an elevator. I had my two elderly parents with me and the steps were intimidating. However, this property is exactly as described.

We had an awesome time at the house. Setting up the rental was super easy, owner responded to all questions quickly. When we arrived house was just as we expected, it was pristine and everything was as advertised. We had a great get away.

You walk in the front door and the huge ocean is right there. There were many nooks and crannies to be comfortable in. The ocean was steps out the door. All but one room in the whole house had water views. We had a lovely time and would feel lucky if we were to come back.

This house was the worse house I have ever rented at Folly Beach and I have been renting homes there for thirty years. First no power up stairs no ac stayed hot all the time the sheets had not been Changed we had to wash them before we went to bed but didn’t get any sleep because the house was so hot. Family gathering
We were in town for a wedding in downtown Charleston. This was the perfect place to gather and relax before and after the wedding. Plenty of room and the location on the beach was fantastic.

The house met our family needs, had excellent access to the beach and was very comfortable.
A few doorknobs were loose, and the screens on the porch were loose. Overall it needs an update, but is a great space.

The house has a great set up that allows for togetherness as well as privacy. The bedrooms are at the ends of the house and the center area is the common space. Excellent location as well and super clean!

Fantastic stay
This house was perfect for our group of friends and 2 toddlers. There was tons of common space to enjoy and it was wonderful being able to step out the door and play on the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great location but needs updating
Sunrises and sunsets on the deck and watching the dolphins go by was amazing. Home was in need of overall upgrades with some kitchen and bath finishes dated and some furniture needing replacement

Wonderful family vacation
This was our first big family vacation. In this home's bedrooms we housed my mother and father (master bedroom), my mother-in-law (the other main floor bedroom), my sister and brother-in-law (second floor west bedroom #1), my 4 year old nephew (second floor west bedroom #2), and my wife, my 6 year old son, and me (second floor east bedroom). The layout of the house was nicely arranged such that the shared family and dining spaces had wonderful ocean views and social areas, while still providing enough space that anyone needing some "me" time could still find it.
The house was close enough to the main strip of Folly that we could walk to eat out for dinner and ice cream most nights while still be far enough away from the pier to not be overwhelmed with beach traffic.
If I had to nitpick, the house has a feel of a rental more than a home. That is to say, some things are less maintained than if the family regularly lived there--the future and flooring is a little more worn, the decor a little dated, a board popped out of placed here or there on the deck. But that is nitpicking. I'm really grateful for this rental as it gave us the perfect first shared vacation together.

Beautiful House Beautiful Beach
Great place. Pictures and description were accurate. We were welcomed with lights on and soft jazz playing. Plenty of room. Very clean. Home is great for a large gathering of family or friends and there is abundant parking and outside seating. We would definitely rent again.
