Everything was ok for example: Breakfast was delicious with full of options to eat and drink; wonderfull italian coffe; our room was cleaning everyday with new pack of towels and shower gel; the hotel with air-conditiong in every room; the localization was great near the railway station, bus stop and beach area. The Staff was helpful and friendly, you can feel save there. They gave us a bottle of cold water after arriving. Really we can recomend this place!

This hotel was the best experience we have ever had, especially regarding the employees! They genuinely cared about our day, and helped us with: car rental, refreshments, carrying our bags, etc. We always looked forward to see who was behind the counter when we walked by, since they all were amazing. They even helped us with washing our clothes, where the head of the cleaning department had folded our clothes so perfectly.  The staff was the nicest people ever, and we will actually miss them! Thank you guys for a lovely stay at Palma Hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided us with an extra room free of charge. Continental Breakfast was very nice and they helped getting our vehicle moved and parked in their lot.

One the room’s A/C was not sufficiently cooling. The rooftop deck was a complete disaster. Jacuzzi was removed and artificial carpet was torn and dismantled. There were empty alcoholic containers and cigarette butts scattered everywhere. I did not take pictures, but it appears it was in this condition for some time despite the photos shown in Booking.com

Very friendly staff, especially the lady of the hotel. She showed very much interest in us and told us that there were few tourists this summer. She helped us with the car and with printing the tickets for our excursion and was truely sorry that we had some problems with paying with the visacard. A/C in the room was a big plus

We had a reservation for a room for 3 people but ended up in a room with only 1 double bed. This was no problem because we traveled in a party of 2 but we expected a bigger room because we booked a 3-persons room. Getting there was a nightmare with the car. Pretty much experience with driving in narrow, steep streets but this traffic was insane... Google Maps leads us in a dead alley, we though that the rest would be on foot so we parked the car but released that the parking lot was on the other side of the corner. So we had to drive backwards in the curved, very small alleyway... make sure you see the green gate for parking when you travel by car!! The city itself is very busy with cars and scooters everywhere, but just 'go with the flow' and you will be fine. On booking.com it says that you can pay with Maestro, our visacard didn''t work in the hotel so we wanted to pay with the bank card and this was impossible... We had to find an ATM nearby and pay with cash. There was a lot of chalk in the bathroom, didn't look properly cleaned. Breakfast is very simple, only croissant, biscuit, jelly and nutella spread

Value for money. The rooms were large and comfortable, the breakfast was decent and the staff very helpful.

The coffee machine was a bit temperamental at breakfast and the bar was not well stocked but that was probably due to the virus reducing demand.
