Nice house with large island in kitchen and lots of bedrooms. The home sleeps a lot of people but there is only one fridge. They also needs additional items added to the kitchen. There was no strainer, there was no pot holders, dish towels or dish clothes. There was two larger bowls but one had a big crack at the bottom, so it was unusabe. It would be worth adding additional items to the kitchen.

Disappointed. House was operational, but pretty well beat up by previous guests. Couches were peeling from use, not enough plastic cups, no cutting boards, deep scratches in the walls that needed spackled, would have appreciated hand towels for kitchen & bathrooms, sheet sets were paper thin, carpet was dirty & stained. I contacted office for more paper towels & none were delivered. Appreciated having a washer & dryer. Mattresses seemed to be descent. Outdoor grill worked. Obtaining & returning golf cart was easy. We had a good time, in spite of this run-down cabin & the weather not cooperating.

Stayed here with the whole family - oldest 84 and youngest 2. Perfect size/amount of bedrooms for young and old. Very convenient to rent a golf cart from them and not have to worry about drop off and pick up. Would have been nice to have a broom or vacuum in the rental to keep up with stuff.

We love Island Club, we stayed in 111 this time and it was spacious enough for everyone in our group, we love sitting around the huge kitchen table and playing games! The convenience of the golf cart rental is great and of course the kids always love the pool! Thanks for the great stay!

We reserved club house 95 or 97, a 10 person rental. It was so ran down found black mold in the closet. All edges and corners of the house had nasty build-up along with spider webs. We were completely disappointed especially since our last visit we stayed in there condos and they were very well kept up. Called the staff to see if we could move to a condo but they were booked so they moved us to the biggest island club house they had. It had 5 bedrooms with 2 beds each. It was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. So I recommend the condos over the club houses. Because of the condition of the first place they wanted to place us I cannot give more than three stars but the upgrade was very nice.

The property was spacious , for the amount of beds …we had a little issue with only 2 bathrooms …but we made it work . The bathrooms need some updating and repairs ! The kitchen was great but there were no dishes to cook with …need casssorole dishes, strainer, baking pans etc

The location was great; far enough from all the noise of downtown but close enough to visit easily. The house itself was nice and the large kitchen was great. Overall, it was clean except for the floors which needed a good mopping. The supplies were sufficient; we did discover some things that were missing that would have been good to have such as hangers, a colander and a small bedside table in each bedroom. The size of the house was great for our group of 12. The only other concern was the lack of garbage removal when the can was full.

The experience was overall average due to the dated home condition. I made a few calls for assistance that were taken care of immediately. The floors had not been mopped in several weeks. My wife mopped the floors 3 times with towels removing dark black grit every time. We would stay in the home again but the maintenance needs to be enhanced especially due to age. There are no lights or end tables in the living room. Bedrooms need dressers and hangers in the closet. These are all items we will look for at next rental period. I checked yes for recommendation but would let them know to ask about the mentioned items. Thanks

Island club is wonderful, and I have been staying with them the last 5 years. Value is unbeatable. Cleaning/maintenance is done by kids from other countries, so if you want 5 star service go elsewhere. But if you like a house to yourself, and are willing to bring your own sheets, and want an affordable price for a large group, you can't beat it.

I threw a bachelorette party for my sister and 18 of her friends. Jerry from Island Rentals really helped us out by letting me know about the brand new house being built. From the outside it looked like any other house in the neighborhood but inside it was amazing! The kitchen and living room couldn't have been more perfect to accommodate every guest. My biggest fear was 18 women getting ready to go out for the evening but no on ever felt crowded and there was plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very helpful answering emails right away and the taxi service was prompt and always willing to help out. We'll definitely be back to stay in #111 again! Thanks for everything.

We had a good stay at the Island Club. We were there on our annual fishing trip and this was our first time actually staying in the Island Club. Cabin #111 is very nice and we really liked the large kitchen island! Overall it was clean, spacious and worked out very well. I wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with everyday items such as a potato peeler, strainer, paring knife, etc. Also this time of year it is full of fishermen and the the streets are lined with boats so trying to maneuver a boat around and into our parkings spot was very difficult. Who thought putting in landscaping in the center of culdesacs was a good idea? Very difficult for any vehicle to make the circle little lone with a boat. So the cabin itself is very nice but not ideal if you have a boat.
