Noise from 1 bar/nightclub on oldtown which goes on til 5am every night. Nothing blocks it out. So unfortunate for people of the oldtown

I like everything. Closes to all amenities, from fish market, bus station to travel to Lisbon or Fatima, in front of the beach, sea view with a huge balcony and huge bedroom, 2 toilets and huge bathroom The apartment is sitting on the top floor with full ocean view and over looking the village, So many restaurants and pubs near the apartment, the sound from the night club is so bare minimum when you closed the sliding door. Air-conditioning is excellent and it is really cold when u use it. The kitchen is clean the tv room is well equip with internet and cables, the washing machine and the dishwasher as easy to use and with free soap. Especially the host Jose is very nice and polite and easy to deal with he speaks English very well . So many more good things in this apartment. For safety reasons and emergency contact number is posted on the wall . Very clean and near the swimming pool. The beds is huge and comfortable in each room The Sofa bed is clean and comfortable

The property is very close to the beach, great big balcony, lovely view of the sea, swimming pool is really great, friendly and helpful owner, everything you would expect from a very well equipped apartment.

Beds hard. Nothing to do with the apartment more the location. The nightclubs in Albufeira pump out loud music until 6 am some nights, needed ear plugs to sleep.

Very comfortable house, great position at a walking distance from city center and beaches, amazing view grom the balcony. Swimming pool simply perfect.

Being so close to city center, you can clearly hear music from nearby bars till 3am at least.

Absolutely spotless modern every convenience needed,Spacious, and large balcony with view of beach and ocean,, could not fault it 😊

It was so central, and as you would expect in a vibrant young city, it was noisy, sometimes till 4am, but after second we slept thru it funnily enough, just on a side note, I have to comment on escalators to beach, while we were there I saw 2 people fall on them, one had cut on elbows n knees, both elderly, they move so fast, maybe they should be slowed down a fraction

The view was terrific and size of appartment was good. The host was very accommodating and very easy to reach

Nothing to dislike

the property was very close to all the amenities of old town but near the beach. short walk from bars and restaurants. josé, was lovely to deal with too and will be back!

the only issue was with 3 young kids the noise at night from bars and clubs can be hard to get asleep. tip- bring ear plugs

Location excellent. Host Juan very friendly and informative. All what you need for a holiday. Ironing board and iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dishwasher etc. Kitchen well equiped, Note: There was no dish cloths or scourers to wash dishes or the odd cup etc.

The host Juan was excellent although the communication to collect the keys was not clear on the Booking.com web site. The site advised that someone would be there at our arrival time to meet us but we had to contact Juan once we arrived at the property. We waited for about an hour prior to contacting him by phone. He quickly arrived and showed us to the property.

Location excellent for walking to the beach/bars & restaurants and the secure indoor parking was most welcome! The only thing missing in the apartment was a corkscrew/bottle opener, this we remedied on day one and left for future occupiers!

Being of the older generation & wanting to sleep, whilst some awful singers were blasting music out until well into the early hours down in the town!

Location location location plus great owner. Everything you need is in the flat. We would definitely come again. This apartment is few years from the escalator and 10 mins walk to new town. Shops and restaurants of old town are few yards away.

Gorgeous apartment with everything you need for self catering, beds very comfortable,huge balcony which both bedrooms and living room opens onto with the most amazing views. Old town on the doorstep 😀 property is very clean ( well done to the cleaner ) pool area equally great with lovely views and being February it was only us using it. It does get cold of an evening in the winter but the heater works brilliant and soon made us nice and toasty. Jose the owner was a very nice man and was at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Would 100% return (if I can find when it’s available again)

Only one set of keys and being on the 6th floor was a pain having to go downstairs and let someone in if they went out. Some had buzzer to enter property but not sure if this apartment did as we couldn’t work it out 😢

Perfect location - just few steps from heart of Albufeira. Jose, the Owner is a very nice and helpful men. He will explain all neecessary information need to know when you stay in Algarve. Apartment has a fantastic panoramic view on see and hills of town from all rooms. Clean and well equipped apartment. Option to use garage if driving by car.

It should not change the entire positive overview but worth to mention: - in winter time, despite heating mode in living room - it can be a bit cold in the night in bedrooms - it is good perhaps to ask for extra heating fan. - i was a bit surprised with extra charge for remote pilot opening garage doors using owners’ cell phone. It resulted with 15€ for just ca 7 door openings (?) - not big issue but from kitchen equippment I was missing glasses of wine (it is a must in Portugal :-)
