Sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Großzügige Raumaufteilung, 2 Bäder, vollfunktionale Küche, Riesenbalkon.
Leider keine Sauna/Wellness im Haus.
Lage mitten im Ort, Skibus hält vor der Tür. Tiefgarage.
Ein wirklich tolles Apartment.

Velmi krásné ubytování, prostorný apartmán pro 8-10 lidí, kteří se tam opravdu pohodlně vejdou. Velký obývací pokoj, velký stůl, prostorný balkon. Prostě bez chybičky. V přízemí samoobsluha.
Drobný nedostatek je malá koupelna v jednom z pokojů. Trochu měkké matrace, ale to je věc každého. Světlo v chodbě reaguje na pohyb a nedá se vypnout, což může rušit ty, kteří spí v obyvacím pokoji.

Location is super: spar shop at the ground level, ski lift is about 300m with rental. Apartman 14 is nice with huge balcony. We were fortunate to do sunbathing in swimming dress after skiing on the balcony. Pizzeria is next to the building.
If you need pharmacy at weekend than prepare for a total 2 hours of drive.

Location was excellent, 5 minutes to the main lifts and the few bars and restaurants. The property has underground parking and a small supermarket which has everything you need. The apartments are new and very clean and comfy.

new, very clean, well equipped kitchen. spacious and enough 2 bathrooms for 2 bed rooms. self check-in and check -out is smooth. grocery right at the ground floor.
the view from balcony of apartment no.9 is the building across the street. garbage room is quite difficult to find and it’s locate at the entrance of the underground parking. it should be in the property information but we did not see it anywhere in our room. it lacks of basic amenities in the bathroom like hand soap and shampoo.

This was our 2nd visit. Both apartments were modern and clean, parking slot generous. We also likeed to have the minimarket down in the ground floor. We were able to organize plenty of trips around, not only in Dienten but also in Muehlbach and Maria Alm (kids were thrilled from the Waldseilgarten adventure in Natrun).

The whole building is nice and modern.
We stayed in appartment Top 8 which is very good for 6. It has 3 bathrooms, one with sauna. The view from the balcony is nice.
The small supermarket in ground floor is very useful. (We didn't find any other supermarket in Dienten.)
Parking garage is small. You can park inside just one car. In case you have 2 you need to park the second car outside and it is not easy to find free parking.
Motion sensors turn off the light in the garage in a VERY short time, before you have a chance to get your things from the car it would turn off the lights.
There is no microwave in the kitchen.

Quality of the accomodation. We did not meet the staff / reception. However the communication by email went extremely well ! They were nice and very fast in answering our questions!

App-Top 7 - Modern spacious appartment. Very well equipped. Everything worked well (incl. sauna). Large balcony with nice view. Very comfortable and safe parking in a garage. Food store directly in the building. Safe storage of bicycles in the ski-depot. We are very satisfied.
Somebody could be disturbed by a noise of a small river during the night (if the windows are opened, otherwise not). This small river is running directly along the house . For us not a big problem.

The appartment Top11 is perfect. Very spaceous, modern and very well equiped. It has a huge balcony with a great view.
