La nostra casa unica si trova nel cuore della valle di Tuscarawas. Siamo a pochi minuti da numerosi campi da golf locali, Amish Country, Warther's Museum, Zoar Village, Tuscora Park, Sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Atwood Lake, Schoenbrunn Village, Tromba in terra, shopping, ristoranti e numerosi matrimoni Barns.

The house was too cute and worked well for our overnight stay with family. The location is quiet and having access to the farm animals was a plus. I would recommend this place to others as a good place to stay.

Stayed for a short destination wedding. Place was perfect for our stay and even in the countryside it was minutes to everything.

It is a lovely home with access to a swimming pool. Beautiful country surroundings but only minutes from New Philadelphia and Dover.

This is an amazing property and Kari is a wonderful host. The house is comfortable and interesting with great views. The grounds are just wonderful. We enjoyed hiking the meadows and woods, playing with the dogs, petting the goats and watching all the farm animals (cows, chickens, turkeys, horses). The pool is awesome, large, deep for diving, and the pool deck and pool house make for a fun afternoon. The family is already talking about when we might come back!

Kari is a wonderful host. Our home was clean and beautifully decorated. We spent time by the pool and walking the property. We will be back!

The pictures of this place online doesn't do it justice! I were blown away of how beautiful the farm was! The house was so clean and we loved the fact it was an old farm house! The beds were comfortable and whatever we lacked in the house, Kari was extremely kind to promptly bring them to us! She and her husband were also excellent hosts and always made the attempt to talk to us when we crossed paths. We didn't feel like we were being monitored, only being treated like friends! We,actually, appreciated it!! The pool was obviously our favorite activity, and the biggest part of our relaxation! My boys, 7 and 5, greatly appreciated the toys, pens to draw and write with and the children's books. They sat at the little kids table upstairs and drew pictures......basically, they felt at home!! Kari suggested we eat at the Pointe Restaurant, about 5 min from the cabin, and it was absolutely delicious!! We also took the boys to Tuscora Park, about 10-15min from the cabin, where they have about 6 carnival rides that our boys very much enjoyed!! We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway!!!

We enjoyed our stay! House was clean, pool was close and loved seeing all of the animals. Owners were around at times working on farm. They were very helpful and kind. I hope you enjoyed the pictures the girls made for you. They had a great time. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Great location. Remember to save the door code since we could not get any internet service outside the house when we arrived. Other than that it was wonderful.

Annual Favorite
This is the third year in a row our group of friends have stayed here for a girls' weekend. We love it! The owners are very nice and helpful, and it's perfect for a laid-back getaway.

We had such a fantastic time! The house had everything that we needed, plus lots of toys and puzzles for the kids! There was a high chair for the baby, too!
I LOVE farms and animals, so this was absolutely perfect. There were horses, goats, pigs, chickens, peacocks, and the friendliest dogs ever! (Just a word of caution, Miley likes to talk back to the thunderstorms!) The horses and goats were friendly enough to pet, and the roosters were nice (I can't say the same about my own roosters!)
The pool was amazing. Plenty of pool towels, chairs, and even some toys. My boys spent HOURS jumping off the diving board each day we were there.
There are other rental properties on the property. It was nice that there was another family for our boys to play with at the pool!
Beautiful location, only minutes from grocery stores, pizza, icecream, etc. Definitely hit Miller's Creamery!
I come to Ohio yearly to visit family, and this will be my go to place to stay! I can't wait to go back!

We certainly didn’t expect that because there was a refrigerator by the pool that we could have used- they were so sweet about the situation.
The property is very secluded with quiet areas to explore. We were close to one of Ohio’s top rated disc golf course which was very challenging but worth it-
Overall incredibly pleased with our stay. We are already planning our next visit!

We absolutely had a wonderful time. The owners were awesome and responded immediately to our needs. We were with our grandchildren the pool was crystal clean and was a center point for us to be able to hang out stay cool and play. We enjoyed interacting with the hosts and their dogs Milie and Winston.

It was so great to return to my childhood home. My husband and grandson were so excited to have the opportunity to see where I grew up. My sister in law stayed in a room in the barn that was also on the same property. What a fabulous place to stay. My grandson spent hours in the swimming pool while others enjoyed hiking around the beautiful property.

Great get away
We had the most wonderful time. Kari and Erich were great hosts (as well as their daughter and awesome pups), and my daughter loved all the farm animals. The house we stayed in was clean and spacious, but it should be noted that it is connected to the host’s home (separated by locked doors). It should also be noted there is at least one other rental on the property. Overall very relaxing!

My parents, who are in their sixties, were fine but anyone with mobility issues may have trouble.

The house was perfect for our 2 adult and 4 child (ages 3-14 year olds) stay. It was very clean and everything needed dwad there. The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had and were very friendly. The house was perfect for the little children because of the added bonus of toys!! We will definitely be back for a stay in the future.

This property offers so much more than is advertised. They have horses, goats, chickens, roosters, peacocks, and wonderful doggies! There is also a duck pond and huge playground with swings, slides and more! This is an excellent place for a family with kids to visit.
