The pool, sauna and hot tub were closed with no warning beforehand, while being one of the main advertising features.

The reservation site is confusing and you have to pay good attention when you book the room. I was very surprised to see that I actually have a total different unit then the one showing in the pictures on the reservation site.

Drive up and down the hill. Small tv. Access to hot tub. Covidians need to be rejected.

The location was okay and the balcony view was beautiful.

Really old carpet and furniture. There was carpet in the bathrooms which was extremely disgusting. The toilet in the main bedroom was leaking. The pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons we booked this place.

This was an awful experience from working with Booking.com being a complete disaster with booking being dishonest and misleading on what property we were booking, the unit being completely different from the unit booking.com showed us, the unit being very dated with half the item broken (I.e. one curtain rod converting the window detached from the wall leaving the window wide open, the kitchen sick broken, two kitchen chairs broken, bathroom shower head detached from the wall, water changing water temp ever few seconds with no reason, stained couch, broken screen door, and more that I’m sure I’m just forgetting)

Much smaller then pictured. Original add showed larger rooms and when we arrived it was a much smaller condo

Although the pictures were misleading, the property had a warm cozy aura. It was very cute, and the covered parking spot was a nice addition as well.

The pictures were very misleading. There wasn’t a second floor, no bunk beds, and the overall layout was vastly different than expected.
