Questo "adorabile cottage" ha un tema di barca a vela luminoso e pulito. Le pareti e il soffitto sono in pino originale I, completo di un camino funzionante in pietra campale, pavimenti in ceramica riscaldati aggiornati, cucina accogliente con tutto il necessario, piastrelle nuove nella doccia illuminata, un riscaldamento / luce / ventilazione nel bagno. Molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Questo è un cottage per non fumatori. Loveseat e New TV a schermo piatto / dvd. Ha una voce senza chiave. Parcheggio fuori dalla porta ... niente passaggi.
Appena installato ... Ludington Beach .. percorso di camminata superficiale fino al bordo delle acque ... in tre punti .. Ottimo per passeggini, carri e sedie a rotelle! Questo cottage è TUTTO elettrico ... Nuovo rilevatore di fumo. nuovo estintore. nuovo materasso acquistato nell'autunno del 2019.

Love the quaint little cabin! Just a short two minute walk to the beach. Hosts were great! Very nice and quick on their responses. Great place to hide away from life for a little while!

This property was as expected-cute,quaint,& near Lake Michigan. Check in & out process was a breeze & property manager was very communicative. The place was clean & had needed amenities for the weekend, except coffee. Starbucks, however, was a close driving distance away. We would definitely stay here again. Location was great. Close to restaurants, bars, & state parks.

Enjoyed our visit to Ludington and this cottage was in a great location to walk to the lake and restaurants. Cute lake decor too!

Cute cottage with a fully functional kitchen. Well stocked with all the utensils and linens we could need. We love the deck out back with tables and big gas grills on which we cooked some fabulous meals. The cottage is clean, well maintained and lovingly decorated for a very homey feel. The host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying at Park View cottages for the last 22 years or so but this is our first time renting through this host. We have two other groups that come with us & they also stay at PV. The reason we come back is simply the location, the walk to the beach is the perfect distance. We are use to staying at the main house, which is no longer being rented, so we felt a little crunched in this smaller setting. There is not a lot of storage for clothes. There were a ton of totes and pillows that we had to store in our vehicles so we had room for our things. It would be nice if there was a dresser in the cottage (there are drawers under the trundle), & less decorative totes & pillows. It is beautifully decorated but it just needs more practical storage (get rid of magazine/book holder & put cabinet/storage for food, wall unit in bathroom with small totes was really just for decor with small boxes in it...need more small for toiletry bags instead). We had to plunge our toilet quite frequenty... & the shower is very small and challenging if you have little children....just make sure you have a big pitcher to rinse kids off with (which they do have in the kitchen). There were lots of little red beatles in the house & no air condition. The pans they supply are great & easy to clean. We also liked that they had beach chairs, umbrella, beach chair clips, & a drying rack. I would also like to suggest getting a streaming device for the TV. This place is probably best for 2 not 4

The owners love for this property shines throughout this entire cottage. The Cottage is super clean, comfy and the details in the decor are so well thought out from the many baskets for storage to the sailboat toilet bowl flusher :) such a sweet cottage. We had a wonderful 4 day weekend and really hope we are able to plan another visit soon. We loved the outdoor space and going for walks along the beach every morning. Thanks for sharing you space with us!

I can't say enough about this darling little cottage. It is decorated in all nautical items and so clean! I was able to connect with Linda prior to my stay and get the code for the door and even communicated with her during my stay. Although the cottage is tiny, it has all the amenities one needs. and, it is only 2 blocks to Lake Michigan beach. I highly recommend it.

She said she had never had this issue before but was accommodating about issuing a partial refund for our weeks stay. She did however charge us for the day we arrived for "facility use" although we only opened the door and immediately called her and left to find other accommodation.

This cottage is perfect for a home base for a beach week. My 13 year old and I stayed two nights and my husband and 16 year old joined us for 2 more nights. It’s cozy with 4 people, but was just enough space for us all, especially since most of our time was spent outdoors. The only thing I would change is that it’s a little challenging to find a place to put the 20 throw pillows at night (although they are very adorable).

Even though the cottage was smaller in size, it had everything and more for our stay! Despite not having an AC unit, it stayed comfortable and cool with breeze from water. My toddler slept very comfortably and had no issues. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Ludington. Beach is right across the street and walking distance into town. It was a great stay and hoping to come back and visit again.

I was looking for a place close to the beach for my 2 kids and I to have a short vacation. The cottage was extremely clean and the decor was perfect. Great location as we could just walk to the beach and return home for lunch. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Cottage 3 is small but they make very efficient use of the space. We had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The location is perfect! Only half a block to the beach and walking distance from Downtown in a lovely neighborhood. But...If you are a very large person, you may not fit in the shower. I also thought the bed was going to be a queen, but it too small for us to sleep together.

We loved our stay at the cottage - it is so cute, clean, and inviting. We enjoyed eating on the back patio, and we walked to the beach and the downtown restaurants. We were a short drive away from the State Park, so we couldn't imagine a better location. The whole check-in and check-out process was easy and made for a refreshing escape and long weekend for our family.

Funky, but cute, really liked it. Such great organization, never lacked for anything. Very great job on the part of owner Linda Simpson.She knows how to do it. ( I like funky and vintage )

Loved the cottage and it's location. Very close to the park and the beach where we viewed several sunsets during our stay. Also close to downtown which we visited many times. We would stay here again.....Great trip

My daughter and I had such a nice time in Ludington for the long weekend and this cottage was icing on the cake. It was perfect for the two of us and it was SO clean. Mattresses were very comfortable and loved being able to walk to the beach every morning with my coffee. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this cottage before and loved it so much we came back this year. It is adorable clean and tiny but has all u need! The walk to the beach is so easy it’s literally across the street. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is we went to these cottages last year alone and this year with 5 other families and ours was the ONLY one without an air conditioning unit. It wasn’t bad at night but during the day we couldn’t be in ours but we had others so we where in there’s. Still love it but would definitely suggest the owner put an air unit in this one like the other one she owns that u paid the same price as they did to stay in. So only warning is no air otherwise mine was the best decorated 😆

My husband and I felt very comfortable in this cute cozy well decorated cottage. The cottage had everything that we needed from pots and pans, dishes utensils to even baking dishes. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This cottage has a great location with walking distance to the beach, parks, and town. It’s very comfy and cozy with a fun nautical theme. It’s very well stocked with lots of kitchenware and stuff for a day on the beach. The only downside is that the shower is tight for my husband (who is 165 lb). We have enjoyed our stay. .

We enjoyed our stay it was the right price and right location! A double bed is very small for two adults- a queen would be better and more comfortable for two adults. The kitchen was small but great. The kids beds were comfortable per my kids but the trundle bed does block part of the door out of cottage at night when pulled out however we pushed it in during the daytime. The bathroom could be a little bigger if they built it out a little. Shower is tiny. It’s built for a very small adult or child. Bathroom sink could be better by having a single faucet instead one faucet for cold and one faucet for extremely hot water. Overall the cottage served its purpose as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the cottage. We loved the Stearns Park Beach and Ludington State Park and this cottage was in the perfect location.

Small on space but big on charm! The location was great to get to the beach, just a short walk. Restaurants, laundry mat, grocery and State Park are all a quick drive. I was initially concerned about no A/C but you get the cool breezes off the lake and it was chilly in July so no A/C was missed, the fans were perfect. Our group of four (5 & 8 year old) enjoyed our stay and would return!

Property is exactly as described in the listing. It has everything you need for a self-catered vacation. Very close to the lake and Stearns Park. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Would love to stay again.

This cottage is tiny, but it is adorable and has everything you need and more. The owner has really thought of everything. It's just a short 2 block walk to the beach. We went to the state park and several restaurants in town. We had a great stay and would definitly come back.

This was the perfect little cottage right by the water and downtown. It was clean and adorable with all we needed! Great communication from the owner can’t wait til next year
