Very nice facilities , spotless

You could hear neighbours having a nice time at midnight.

The whole place is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean, there were another family staying at the same time as us but we never clashed in terms of kitchen or bathroom use, so it was basically like having the whole gorgeous house and facilities to ourselves!

I made a reservation for accommodation located on C. Cerro de las Flores, 9 (near metro station) but we were asked to change location due to electricity problems. New location was 800 meters away from the previous one, far away from metro. It took time to get there and it corrupted our plan to go to Seville city center that evening. The owner said that we could use a swimming pool. But he didn't give us an entrance card. The staff allowed us to swim only for 20 minutes. Wi-Fi didn't work. A separate topic is English. Several days before check-in the owner contacted me via Booking messages. I was asked to send my ID for getting an access code to the accommodation and room. That was it for English. Later I got answers my questions only in Spanish. Nobody care about translating in English. By the way, in check-in day I didn't get an access code. For what I was asked about my ID? The owner didn't say that rooms, WC didn't have locks. No security, no privacy.

If you rent a room instead entire house there is always a chance you will be sharing it with some lunatics who don't know how to behave.

All was perfect. The room and bathroom was total clean. The location was very good, quite and easy to go to the center with metro (around 15-20 minutes). I really like.

Metro-station with direct line to Sevilla center is only 6 min walk. Nice and calm aera.

I stayed here for two weeks. My room wasn't cleaned once I had to text the manger 2/3 times for fresh sheets and towels, he used to leave them in the bathroom for me and I had to change them myself. I had about 4 sleepless nights bewteen patries and people having sex. I had to sleep with ear plugs and my ear phones over them. On the second last night when I was going out at 8am there was a couple having sex on the couch. There was also people smoking downstairs. Parking is impossible to find as everywhere says no parking. The first night the neighbours parked inches away from my rental car. Another morning I came out and car wasn't there. I parked outside number fives house as number nine was taken. My car got towed away, I had to go to the gaurds and pay €235. I never usually leave reviews but thought I should for this stay.

Loved everything.

Bars on windows in basement did not make me feel safe. Ask for one of the upper rooms.
