Can see beach but unless you are in excellent cardiovascular shape will need a cab to get back and forth.

no bar service after 3pm and some facilities advertised not provided, pool towels only given when someone is on the reception which is not that frequent

I liked the location and the distance from the main area. Being a little far was good and made it more peaceful

there was no covered areas where you could stay warm and away from the rain.

Amazing views; very nice hotel.

It is up on a hill which provides great views but it is a bit of a hike to the ocean, restaurants and shopping

Location not in a walkable distance in the heat, you need a taxi to go to to pythagoreio They leave a cellphone in your room to make calls but the phone was dead and there was no explanation of how to use it and charge it, charger not given to us with the phone. So the phone was useless basically. Reception only open a few hours a day, so good luck to you if you need help calling taxi or anything else outside of these hours. It is a big problem especially at night time because you are staying in the middle of nowhere with noone there to assist you or help you out when needed. Our problem in particular was the noise from another room at night time which was making it impossible to sleep. After an hour of not being able to sleep and contacting the other guest with no luck, we had no option other than seeking help from the hotel. As the reception is closed at night time, they give you a number to call for emergencies. We couldn’t call the number (because the cellphone we were given wouldn’t work) so we had to pay $ to buy skype credits just to call the reception!! When you ring the number they say they are based at another hotel (chain) and cannot help you out or offer any sort of help- you were were by ourselves staying up all night trying to figure out what to do! I would definitely not call this place a hotel as there is basically no reception service after 5pm. So probably an airbnb type of service at best.
