La vista de la habitacion, no se veia nada. Tambien los colchones no eran los mas comodos, tuve dolor de espalda.

The rooms need to be upgraded. You can see deteriorated floors, stains in the toilet and curtains, old sheets. I requested to be changed to another room, as the first one the toilet did not flush properly, the safety box did not work, floor was lifted etc

This hotel is not well maintained, it really gives me the impression that i was the only guest in the entire floor, it is really lonely.

I have stayed at different locations in Caracas but this was by far the best, room was very comfortable and perfect for my needs, very clean ans accommodating, location was perfect, felt safe!!! Definitely will be returning..

The staff were friendly, efficient and very professional. We changed rooms part way through our stay to avoid noise from the neighbouring bistro. The unobstructed view of the Avila from the second room on the north side of the hotel was breathtaking.

The hotel is well located in Caracas, and since they are inside a mall, you have everything nearby, the rooms and bathroom are spacious, and the staff is friendly.

There is a large gym in front of the rooms that turns on loud music every day at 7 am, literally the sound of the bass can be felt on your pillow. I usually work weekdays during the overnight hours and go to sleep at 6 am, so I could only sleep for an hour. It's not nice to have a giant alarm clock with nightclub music in front of your room.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and large and the staff is welcoming.

During my first stay at this hotel, I couldn't sleep in the morning hours because at 7 am every day the gym in the mall starts blaring. On that occasion, I had stayed on the 2nd floor, so this time I requested a room on a higher floor, and they gave me a room on the 8th floor, the highest floor. As I usually work at night, I sleep during the day and this time I wanted to recover to go out to the Wisin y Yandel concert, however trying to sleep during the afternoon in the hotel was impossible even being on the 8th floor, this time not because of the gym, but because of a CIRCUS that is located in the mall, the voice of the entertainer and the entertainment music sounded loudly in the room, as if there were no windows. The hotel is quite comfortable, but avoid it at all costs if you need to rest during the day.
