For its price, there is nothing to complaint. We got AC,clean sheets and a private bathroom

The staff are so efficient in what they do. they expedited our check in and processed our check out very expeditiously.

Etong second room na nakuha naman was super okay din. malinis, maayos ang CR, maliwanag ang lights, and hindi mukhang madilim ang room

We book for 1 night but we cant find the accomodation we ended up staying in another place.we cant contact the property and they didnt even tried to contact us,is this accommodation even exist?they have taken our payment and did not bother finding out why we havent turned up.

We booked the hotel in the hope its comfortable and clean enough to stay until our flight at night starts. It was not worth itt. The restroom is not clean, water smells awful, spiderwebs in the ceiling, smell of zonrox bleach very evident but not signifies cleanliness, electricfan provided is rusty and full of dust, water faucets and shower heads are all rusted

Their rooms are very spacious!! Staffs were approachable. Rooms are Clean and NO cockroaches is very good!

Pillows are too thin. Water smells rusty. Little parking space.

this hotel is scam! too disappointed for this hotel.

i booked for senior citizens for one night but unfortunately upon arrival on the hotel there was no room available and as per caretaker my name was not on the guest list but i have booking confirmation😡 and take note i called earlier to the property asking to assist my parents for their check in because they are senior citizens and they confirmed my booking but upon arrival theres no room available. horrible! so my parents ask the taxi driver to help them find another hotel! then almost all taxi drivers on that place said that oyo hotel was known for scammer.

pubic hairs all over the floor, mouldy shower floors and walls, rusty shower head, falling apart and filthy wardrobe, wrong room given, only bed sheets given, pillows are old and stained, no mirror, no table, very bad dormtel compared to others

The location was good..close enough to walk to some of the major sities. The lone staff was very pleasant and helpful

The building, and all surfaces needs a good cleaning and repainting...it was clean but the surface showed their age. The linens/towels were not changed as advertised, but not a major issue as i had extras

Planned of coming back this February. We felt at home,kasi mabait ang mga staff. malinis and cozy din ang mga kwarto nila. mabango din which is a plus point para sa aming lahat

Apart from visiting SMX Convention Center Bacolod, we also had a meeting done at the Capitol. For business or for leisure, we will recommend this affordable accommodation

Staff were friendly

it was hard to find the place as the address on the page is wrong. When I got there, the place seemed a bit sketchy and there was a lot of rubbish everywhere. The place felt like a haunted house and the room also felt like a prison. It was relatively clean but the furniture is very outdated and old, it didn’t feel sanitised. The toilet was fairly clean but very low standard. For some reason, the card didn’t work through booking.com but it still said that the property will charge prior to my stay so I thought I had paid already. The staff came to my door and said that I hadn’t paid and showed me how much I need to pay and it was more than what it says on booking.com. The staff said that there are additional charges which he couldn’t really specify. it just seemed a bit of a scam.

Nice location. It is near multiple restaurants, coffee shops, ATM, etc which makes the location so convenient.

Overall satisfying. Airconditioning was ok. Room size was spacious.

For the price which is around 1,100 a night, I can say na wise choice na here. They dont have a lot of amenities for the rooms but they have what we need such as clean pillows, blankets, towels.Each room has its own bathroom and then may table and chairs din
