Clean, modern, extremely spacious, great facilities. Very nice balcony. Few minutes walk from the beach. The host was extremely helpful, always available whenever we had a question or asked for a recommendation.

Only downside was that when you take a shower water leaks everywhere

Nice rooms, really clean and as you see them in pictures. Christos is a cool guy, with tips about island and other questions you might have. Location is also great, you have a parking place and it's next to the most crowded taverna where often you need to wait several minutes to get a table, don't worry, you don't hear the noise. I understood they have the same owner or they are in good connections nevertheless. Fridge and a small kitchenette with all you need for a breakfast or to make a quick bite. Also it has a dolce gusto machine and you can also buy capsules from the location. Close also to the beach, a few minutes walk, but of course you will be exploring many other beaches around.

Really nothing to complain

Very friendly and helpful owner Christos, advised where to go on a trip, beach, where to travel for a walk, or where to go for a meal and he kindly transfered us to the airport in the morning. The studio looked like new, everything was functional, a large parking lot is in front of the house, as well as a bus stop, shops, tavernas, bars or beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Despite the proximity of the road, the most I could hear at night were cicadas. Room was cleaned on the daily basis, which is great and not really a standard everywhere.

The shower is a bit unfortunately designed, after the shower there is water on the bathroom floor, but thats something that can be managed easily.

The apartment was right in the middle of the main bus route, making it easy to go either to the port or to Koukounaries easily. Host was lovely, and helped us decide which beaches to go to for the couple of days we were there.

We had an apartment with one bedroom and a bigger living room (kitchen included) with a couch that can be turned into a bed as well, two bathrooms (two showers, two toilets), air condition in both rooms and sea view from the big balcony. This place is a few steps away from a very nice sand beach with clear water. The owner Christos is very kind and helped organizing airport transfer and recommended a few very good taverns. It was our first time on Skiathos and it was wonderful stay at this place, we will come back for sure. Thank you!

The room was recently renovated, clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, 3 minutes from the town center and minutes away from the nicest beaches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Skiathos!

Really lovely stay. Seconds from a beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from and a quick 15 minute bus into Skiathos town. Balcony had a great sea view and Christos was really helpful with everything we needed!

Location right next to bus stop, lovely sea 2 minutes away, stuff were professional and polite! The room had everything u need, looked just like on photos! Clean, luxurious and modern, with comfortable beds and gorgeous view! Worth every penny, better than any hotel/apartment in Skiathos! Definitely would stay again!

Everything was great!

It was a nice and pleasant stay at the acomodation. The place was clean and the staff was very kind. Fresh towels and cleaning are done dairy. The location is very close to lots of good restaurants, while the nearest beach is at 100m max. Furthermore, the most impressive beaches are located in 15min distance, while the port is located at 10min by car. Very nice experience, thank you guys!

A beautifully kept apartment with a large balcony. Very easy to self-cater with the facilities. One minute from the beach with plenty of others in the area too. Friendly and helpful host. Water and coffee provided on arrival. Clean towels offered daily and room cleaned daily too. A quiet area with small local supermarkets nearby. If you like to be active there are lots of places to explore. Perfect place for spending time by the sea.

the room was spacious and had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable and the balcony was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned every day Christos was very helpful and met me on arrival and leaving and during the stay asked if everything was ok. the apartments are ideally located with a few mins walk to the beach, several tavernas within walking distance and near the bus stop to Skiathos Town and Koukanaris Everyone we met was so helpful and just wanted us to have a nice holiday

We had an amazing stay, the room is modern, super clean, there is a big balcony with a wonderfull view over the sea, and the Host Christos is the most friendly, warming Host we ever had. He helps you with everything and makes your stay in Skiathos perfect. I would recommend Asia Paraskevi House without any hesitation.

We stayed in Agia Paraskevi House for 7 nights and everything was great. The room is very nice, very modern and it has a big balcony with a sea view. It’s very close to the beach and close to taverns and supermarkets. Christos, the owner, was always checking in to make sure everything is fine, he was asking if we need something. He also recommended us some great places to visit. We have a great stay, we would recommend the place to everyone and, hopefully, we will be back next year! :)

Christos the host was really kind and helpful. The room was well furnished and perfectly clean. The bed very confortable and Also the bathrooms, despite their size, did not lack anything. Definitely it worth staying!

I travelled with car. The place is next nearly everywhere. 10min from the city an near all the famous beaches. Clean and view were exceptional. I highly recommend it. VFM

The bathrooms don’t look like in the pictures and need some renovation. The apartment didn’t look as new as the photos, but is was a good and clean one.

The property is 3 minutes away from Agia Paraskevi beach which is a very nice and big beach. It has all the facilities you need, including an espresso machine which makes a very good coffee. The owner, Christos, is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend the place.

I highly recommend to make a canopy on the terrace. In the sun it is very hot, and in the rain / as we had / there is nowhere to go out in the air. Separately, everything gets wet.

Amazing location, just 3minutes walking distance to the Agia Paraskievi beach! Super friendly staff, Christos was willing to help us with everything we needed. We spent 5 nights in one of the first floor apartment, which was large, clean and well equipped. All appliances were fully functional. Nice balcony with seaside view.
