L'appartamento autonomo ha avuto un rifacimento ed è stato trasformato in uno chalet di montagna in montagna con interni in compensato.
Un appartamento costruito circa 10 anni fa nella parte anteriore della suddivisione di Goldfields con fantastiche vedute senza ostacoli sul Frankton Arm to the Remarkables. Questo appartamento è perfettamente posizionato per una vista d'acqua, sentieri e molto comodo per Queenstown centrale.
Numerosi mountain bike e passeggiate tracciati sono accessibili, in tutto il Frankton Road. Questo accesso principale a Queenstown dispone di una pista ciclabile con accesso al Trail Queenstown fornendo grande cavallo da Jacks Point tutta la via d'uscita per Gibbston Valley. Recensione del dic 2018: ancora meglio di ciò che è pubblicizzato, una bellissima posizione, casa e un soggiorno molto confortevole. La vista è mozzafiato. Questa casa ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Raccomanderemo questa tranquilla casa lontano da casa a tutti! Non volevamo andarcene e non vediamo l'ora di pianificare il nostro prossimo viaggio qui

The cabin was self sufficient. The view from all rooms is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay! Will book again.

We were able to communicate easily with Geoff. The place had lovely views, was reasonably centrally located... easy to get around with car or uber, which suited us. There was enough space... and BONUS... TWO LOOS! We would stay there again, no problem.

Beautiful view in quiet neighborhood - perfectly situated half way to shopping of Frankton and the center of Queenstown.
But, the view of the mountains, great sunrises, and wonderful dusk colors are the true stars. Speaking of stars, on a clear night check out the cloud of the Milky Way.
Great self-contained cottage with everything you need to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very responsive hosts!

We stayed a week at Geoffs house and we had the most fantastic time. The property has the best view we have ever witnessed from a house window. You can virtually see the whole of Lake Wakatipu with the planes taking off close by. The house had everything we needed and more. Geoff’s advice helped us to make the most of our stay.
We visited Milford Sound, Wanaka, Arrowtown, Cromwell races, went up the Gondola and did the luge ( fantastic) had a Ferg burger, did an evening cruise on TSS Earnslaw ( beautiful) , visited Altitude brewery, Glenorchy and Fracton. All were great experiences. Can’t wait to return to Queenstown and will definitely will be returning to Geoffs. ( sorry about the broken glass)

Queenstown Gem
We enjoyed our stay here and wish it could have been longer. The house is well-equipped and clean with fabulous views of the lake and the Remarkables. It’s a short drive or Uber ride into town. We even braved the hills and walked from town. We highly recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful time staying here - just close enough to enjoy queenstown without being in the midst of the noise and bustle. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing!! And the views spectacular!!

Even better than what is advertised, a beautiful location, home and very comfortable stay. The view is breathtaking. This home has everything you need. We will be recommending this peaceful home away from home to everybody! We didn't want to leave and look forward to planning our next trip here.

Million Dollar View and good place to stay
Geoff's place was perfect for us. The view of the lake and the mountains and with the beautiful dawns, sunsets, reflections on the lake and easy access to grocery shopping all made the state great. Geoff even emailed a few times to check that everything was going well. The weather was great for our visit and we made trips to other beautiful areas near by. Downtown Queenstown is very crowded and parking is very hard to find. The main road is just below the rental so there is some noise but the benefits of staying here out way any minor inconvenience. Queenstown area is an expensive place to visit but it is possibly the most beautiful place and we have visited lots of wonderful places on this planet.

Unfortunately most lettings are not on lake frontage which make them problematic for cycling.
Unfortunately most lettings are not on lake frontage which make them problematic for cycling. I didn't realise how high up the accomodation was. However bike hire is readily available on a daily basis in Queenstown.
The accommodation is comfortable, light and airy with fabulous views.

As a family of 5 adults we found Golden Terrace to be the perfect place to accommodate us all.
As a family of 5 adults we found Golden Terrace to be the perfect place to accommodate us all. The views are amazing and the property has a very warm and inviting feel. It is approximately 3kms from Queenstown central and is ideal if you have your own transport. Whilst the property is not luxurious it is everything we expected it to be and more. We would definitely recommend Golden Terrace. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

You cannot fault this property for its breathtaking views!! Located the Queenstown side of Frankton and only a few minutes from town, just far enough to be a pleasant drive but out of the main crazy throng of things and not far the other way to the supermarket, skiing and wineries.
