Lavino was so friendly and welcoming, he offered assistance at every given opportunity. The property is incredibly spacious and very clean, it felt like a home away from home. Location is so near to Titos lane but you wouldn’t be able to tell, it is very peaceful and safe

Really spacious and well maintained property, located at an ideal location. The pricing is also good and thus its a value for money stay. I don't think you will be getting another stay like this. Only problem is that we have 1 common bathroom in total, and that itself was not a problem for us. However, the bathroom had a partial glass door, and it is a bit awkward when you travel with two families. But, its not a big problem. Overall, I am very much satisfied

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment with great views from the terrace; however, it was the owner who really made our visit enjoyable. He could not do enough for us, and we were very appreciative.

lavino the host is very nice , accommodating, and responds immediately over whats up all throughout the stay. property is super clean. perfect location. 8 to 10 mins walk to the beach. all essential day to day provisions a few steps away.

A highlight of my experience was the warm and gracious welcome I received from Lavino, which set a positive tone for my stay. Their hospitality was truly remarkable.

This occasionally led to some waiting time, which, although not a major issue, was something to consider for future improvements. Additionally, I would suggest ensuring that someone is readily available to assist guests should they require any help or information during their stay. This would further enhance the overall guest experience and provide an extra layer of comfort.
