Die Matratze war so dünn, dass ich den Lattenrost darunter gespürt habe. Frühstück war erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen möglich. Chef hat seine Angestellte vor der Kundschaft angeschnauzt. An der Klowand klebten Spuren von Fäkalien.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle so freundlich und höflich ich würde es weiter empfehlen und bei Problemen wurde sich darum gekümmert

Near from the railwas station. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

we arrived around 8:00 in the evening and left around 7:00 in the morning, so we only went for one night: to get a good night's sleep. the bedding was clean, but apart from that, nothing was good: there was hardly any heating in the room, we had to sleep in clothes, it was so cold! Unfortunately, the entire accommodation is in an amazingly neglected state: everything shows that in the last 25 years nothing has been spent on anything, neither a clean painting nor the purchase of a 10-euro kettle, a lot could be done with the place, but it is a ruin. unfortunately, everything is so "unclean, crap". I already understand, there were those who wrote, as an assessment, that he "left here immediately", obviously, he had the opportunity to go somewhere else. There was a terrible smell of chemicals or similar stench everywhere, which you could feel had been permeating the entire building for years. "Walls" lined with Pozdorja plates, nowhere to put down a package or a jacket, or to sit on 2 chairs, neither a common kitchen nor a common room, unfortunately nothing was available. Upstairs there was a fridge in a small corner, but there weren't even 2 cups, and a kettle so that you could make your own tea on a cold windy day, unfortunately, nothing was available: nothing. Yes, there was a CLOSED door, maybe labeled "kitchen", but it was locked, so you couldn't go in there. The e-mail sent in advance, written only in German, with about 10 (!) pages, also stated that breakfast can be requested, if announced 3 days in advance, or something similar,, I don't even understand. After leaving, they asked me to put the key on the small table, I put it there, but they wrote and called me several times on the phone asking where the key was, "it's a problem that the key always disappears" I'm sure I put it on the table in the room, I'm sorry , if you got mixed up with someone.

Das sehr freundliche Personal, konnte nicht so viel Deutsch aber auf Englisch hat es tadellos geklappt. Ist auf Wünsche eingegangen. Hat die Gebäck vom Frühstück selbst gemacht. Super lecker. Hat für mich das Frühstück eine halbe Stunde früher gemacht als normal.

Das Frühstück war nicht deutsch.

Snoring people. If they know they snore, it would be nice to put them in the same room and not disturb others.

Lage - Zimmer

Sehr abgewohnt - Treppen sehr eng und steil und wackelig

Es gab nur Veganes Frühstück , was bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Unser Zimmer war nur über sehr sehr steile Treppen zu erreichen und die Bauliche Zustands Angabe mag ich nicht erwähnen , da auch das schon vor dem Hostel unmöglich ist . Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt es ist auch sehr hellhörig und laut und hell in Zimmer 25 gewesen .

Frühstück kann man sich sparen

Of course it doesn't have modern design but it was overall clean, including wc and showers, very comfortable bed, and of course nice and caring staff ( especially Carlotta if i remember the girls name at the reception right ). The place was quiet and close to the lake.

No kitchen but they do have a fridge for guests and a bar

Nice staff and shower and bath were clean and big. I liked sink in room.

Location just behind train station but had to walk distance to get to hotel because needing to cross tracks. Stairs are steep, don’t remember any fans and it was very hot. Floors uneven and rooms were very bare. They did have breakfast option and they did have a bar.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in while on holiday, absolutely loved it. Great location, easy access to rooms late at night through side door.

I felt it was a little bit expensive for a hotel where toilet and shower were shared with other guests.

The reception was very freindly. The hotel is very close to the lake. There is a big dining room with a piano in the ground floor.

The interior is a bit old and small, with very narrow and steep stairs. It looks very close to the station but actually it is not, since it is on the other side of the station's entrance and you need to make a long detour to get there

The staff: friendly and helpful.

The steep stairs to my room (it's an older building) and the long walk from the station to get to the hostel. It's SO close (as the crow flies) but one can't cross the train tracks there - so it's a bit of a walk north to the bridge, then south to the train station. No problem for the young and fit!

The place is in bad need of a bit of tlc. The staircases are old and steps very narrow. Everything has an air of dilapidation. It definitely was clean but for the price per night it was very run down. Facilities could be better. We didn't see any facilities for cooking or making yourself tea or coffee.

Good location, the lake is 2-3 minutes walk, the train station is a 10 minutes walk away. You have to walk around the bridge although the hostel is right beside the railway. The beds were comfortable and it is cheap compared to other prices in the area. There is a shop nearby and a lot of restaurants. The staff is very nice.

The building is very old and noisy, easly you can hear the noises our of the other rooms. There is no mosquito net on the windows, we slept with open window because of the heat so a lot of bug and huge spiders came into the room. There are steep and narrow stairs.

for this high price one could expect much more. maybe for german standarts its ok but for ibternational ..no

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathrooms and the bedsheets were really clean. There is a cute outside are were you can relax and I like the chaotic and quirky furniture in the living room.
