The view was so beautiful , the sunset by the sea woow , the beach is also realy cool an beautiful and very kind host family.

We were asked on arrival to chose our breakfast . Limited choice, a croissant and jam ,yoghurt, juice and coffee and at what time. It remained the same for three days ,a bit of variety would be nice and pictures of cooked breakfast on booking.com were Non existent. The view from the room was good.

The breakfast could have been so much better. It was an absolute minimum. No offer of a second coffee. Felt like we were being watched all the time and we’re chided over drying towels along verandah in the sun although no one else was there. Basic friendliness but only very tokenistic. Did not warm to the place at all.

Location is great. It overlooks the sea and Dino Island and is a short walk to a great restaurant. A bit longer and you reach the seaside beach bars and restaurants. The rooms are spotless. The host was very helpful and booked a restaurant for us. The villa has quality finishes, and all rooms have sea views. There is ample parking within the property.

As with most European hotels, the bathrooms are on the smaller side. But all the positives make this a great place to stay. We will return.

Beautiful modernist villa from 1962. Sleekly styled yet classical too.

Private bathroom separate from bedroom, but not a big problem.

Amazing and unbeatable view from the balcony of our room where we had breakfast every morning. The best croissants for breakfast that we had in all Italy. Very friendly owner that was willing to help with anything.

The shower was very small. If you have a bigger size i'm not sure if it would fit.

The breakfast was decent: croissant/juice/coffee/yoghurt
