The property was super clean, and it had all the amenities you could want from a holiday apartment. It is located very close to the train station and bus stop. It’s very easy to access Cinque terra via this transport. The hosts were very warm and inviting, and left some lovely chocolates in the fridge for us when we arrived. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful balcony. Perfect for eating lunch or dinner outside. A fantastic place to stay.

Greta our host was very helpful with everything and cared about her guests. Recently remodeled. Air conditioning worked very well. Tastefully decorated. Small kitchen, but everything else was very spacious. Beautiful bathroom. Very nice facility. Would definitely stay here again!

An extension cord for the fan to help cool the second bedroom would be nice.

Great host, available any time with useful tips and great English! Clean and well furnished apartment with a balcony. We were with a baby and it was very conformable for all of us. Sugar, salt vinegar, coffee, tea were available. The washing machine got in use although I thought we would not need it. We would visit it with please again.

Greta is a very nice en friendly host, she speaks perfectly english and provided us with some usefull tips for our stay in La Spezia. She even gave us some tomatoes from her own garden, they were deliscious. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! This was a good start for our holiday! Thank you!

The apartment was very nice and clean. There was a small bakery almost down stairs. There we got fresh bread and some basic food items. There was about 25 minute walk to the city centre and marina. You could also hop on a bus that stopped very near the apartment. The bus was useful to get to the city centre but also to Porto Venere. The equipment in the apartment was up to date and worked well. All in all it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
