Character cottage, simple with Fire.
Splendido personaggio pieno di cottage anni '50 situato nel cuore di Berrima.
A pochi minuti a piedi dai ristoranti e dalla zona dei caffè. Il cottage ha una visione rurale con un blocco posteriore utilizzato solo da vombati e canguri.
Questo bellissimo cottage offre un caminetto da godersi durante il mese più freddo e l'aria canalizzata in estate. Il fiume Wingecarribee a pochi minuti a piedi dalla città.
Goditi le qualità più raffinate come le porte in stile federativo e le maniglie retrò vintage, le porte di carattere francese, i pellami di mucca, i sacchetti di fagioli e i mobili le forge.
Il cottage di Berrima è solo piccolo e la zona è ben arredata. Si prega di notare che il bagno è solo piccolo e funzionale.
NB Se viaggiate per un matrimonio nelle Highlands meridionali, crediamo che il nostro cottage sia una risposta perfetta e abbia un prezzo ragionevole e perfetto per dividere i costi con gli amici.
Siamo a soli 2 minuti di auto dalla bellissima tenuta di Bendooley.

Great location and amenities- microwave, fridge, coffee machine and lots of essential items were available, I.e. soap, dishwashing liquid, milk, coffee pods, toilet paper etc. Lovely view from the kitchen window. The bathroom was very small including the shower area. The curtains in the bedrooms were very thin.

A group of 3 friends stayed for a weekend and it was a terrific home. We used the fire and there was nice heating in all rooms as well. Comfy lounge area to relax. We walked to restaurants nearby.

Walking distance to shops, bakery and pub . Very comfortable but I would suggest an upgrade of the bathroom in the near future. Shower very small for a tall man.

Lovely cottage, very nicely decorated and the comfiest couch you will ever sit on! One star down for the tiny shower but otherwise we loved our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked 2 meals there and it had everything we needed. It is very peaceful sitting in the beautiful garden, which was a real treat for us apartment-dwellers. Great location, very close to Berrima township - easily walking distance. Sarah is lovely and very quick with responses. We loved the little local cookie treats she left for us too. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

Sarah's house is beautiful, well-equipped and located a few minutes walk from the main street in Berrima. The heating and open fire place were perfect for the cold evenings. Sarah was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay.

Cute pet friendly accomodation. The lounge with open fire was really cosy. Easy access to Berrima town, cafes, restaurants and shopping, as only a short 5 min stroll away.

This lovely little cottage is very conveniently located in the heart of Berrima, walking distance to the main street, and just a 5 minute drive from Bendooley Estate where we were attending a wedding. Sarah's communication was great.
Three bedrooms with queen beds. Smallish bathroom but adequate - I believe from other reviews I read that they are planning to update this. I'd love to go back and stay in winter to make use of the fireplace.
Drop by Woolies in Mittagong on your way down to get milk. Tea, coffee (including pods) and sugar provided.

Beautiful spot in Berrima, waking to birdsong, short stroll to the main street. The cottage was great with plenty of room for the two of us and the pooch.

We stayed in the cottage whilst celebrating a wedding nearby.

We had a comfortable and restful stay at this house. It is convenient to Bendooley Estate and is close to the middle of Berrima with its pretty shopping strip. The fireplace and soft furnishings in the bedrooms make it cozy!

We enjoyed our stay at Character Cottage but the bathroom definitely a miss. Very small, toilet in bathroom. We had five people staying. Would be fine for a couple.

A fabulous place to stay. Peaceful, the people helpful but kept to themselves, we all loved it. I would have loved Wi-Fi because my internet signal was scratchy.
