apartment was bright, airy, and generally clean. well equipped kitchen. great appliances (oven, fridge, washing machine etc). very comfortable main bed. good size closet and bathroom. generally, very comfortable. proximity to cinema, restaurants etc. not having keys to worry about!

sofa bed dirty, stained and uncomfortable. would have been helpful to have staff on site to help with any issues that arise. lack of a good supermarket in walking distance.

I liked how easy it was to access everything i.e parking garage, room. it was near a lot of places like restaurants and bars.

The water pressure was low in the shower and kitchen sink. the ceiling fan above the bed did not work.

There should be clear instructions that it is a self service check in.

The bed was comfy.

They ran 4 transactions on my card and put me in over draft!!! This company didn’t explain nor mention they would be running my card 3-4x plus a $250 deposit I will never book through this app or company again!!!

The proximity to shops and food was amazing. Having a full size washer and dryer with complimentary pods was very convenient. The unit was very clean.

We were definitely disappointed with the condition of the property compared to the photos listed online. The elevator was impossible to find. A tenant was able to help us locate the elevators but informed us they were broken-which they were. My family of 4 kids had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs every time we went somewhere. That was especially horrible with all our luggage. Also, there were abandoned mattresses in the stairwells-gross. The outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work so we had to do our hair in the kitchen. The drain in the master bathroom sink didn’t work. Also, the blinds in the living room were visibly broken so the sunlight was bright for the people sleeping on the sofa sleeper.

Very convenient, clean, all the little details were covered...stevia for coffee, wine opener, bathroom amenities. Nice decor and very comfortable beds. Very easy check in.

Could have used an extra cozy chair in the living room. Description said there was a balcony, but there was not one.

I loved my apartment, the cleanliness of the place, the coffee :) and specially the helpful and friendly team. Everything I needed was provided at the apartment. Overall I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you all.
