La nostra spiaggia, Kama'ole 3, è una lunga e pittoresca spiaggia sabbiosa. We have stayed in this condo 3 times and we love it! The condo layout is super comfortable, the views are amazing, the location is ideal, and the condo owner and property manager are fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

The stay was just what we needed. Location was great with easy beach access, short drives around Kihei and Wailea, clean, responsive housekeeping, nothing but good things to say aobut our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

A fantastic location in Maui! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The listing is spot on and the hosts provide everything you need for your stay. Having beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and other beach items provided was such a great addition to this stay. Literally saw whales every day from the unit (we stayed in January). The surrounding area is safe and provided everything we needed from restaurants, bars, groceries, etc. Contact with hosts was easy and quick and same goes for the property manager. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment was roomy and comfortable. It is in an older building and there were some abandoned broke down cars in the parking garage which just gave the outside a run down appearance. As for the inside, it was beautifully decorated. The view is excellent from the lanai. It’s in walking distance to the beaches as well as stores and restaurants. There was a bright light in the building next door which made sleeping tough in the 2nd bedroom (consider blackout curtains or shades on the lanai?) . Other than that a few things were broken (toilet and ceiling fan) and Danielle the property manager was right on it fixing both in a timely manner. Overall this was a great location and price point. I know the owners and Danielle take great care to ensure the guests have all they need (beach chairs towels etc) and have done the best they can in a dated property. If you care about outward property aesthetics I’d take that into consideration- if you don’t it’s really lovely inside and the view of the ocean is beautiful ! We also appreciated the updated bathrooms and the welcome gift.

We were so pleased with this vacation property. The condo did not disappoint on views; full ocen views from every room. We were lucky enough to spot a whale from the lanai!
The property owner and the property manager were both punctual about responding to inquiries. The condo was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach accessories.
I would be remiss to not mention the beach. Kamaole Beach Park III is literally right across the street from the condo. This was the perfect beach for our family. We enjoyed snorkeling, body surfing, boogie boarding, and laying in the sun.
The condo is a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. There is definitely some street noise as Kihei Rd is quite lively at most times of the day and into the night. We did not mind as it also provided a wealth of people watching. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

As advertised. Great spacious property. Older property but a nice interior renovation done. Super location right across the busy road from one of the best beaches on Maui. Close to shops, food and golf. Yes the road is busy and a bit loud at times but thats what you get when you are on the beach in Kihei. Well stocked with all you could need. loads of fans and A/C to keep the place cool. No issues what so ever and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot in Kihei for 2 Couples to share. The kitchen is impeccably stocked with all you need for meals in the Condo, tho we opted for only Breakfast meals as the location is too perfect not to venture out to the beach across the street or a walk along S. Kihei Road to shops and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the unit is equipped with numerous ceiling fans in all room and floor fans. AC units are in both bedrooms on a timer…you simply don’t need the AC on with the ocean breezes, but they cooled to rooms off fantastically for sleeping til the morning. Beach closet is stocked with all you need and washer and dryer for mid-week laundry. Communication was outstanding…definitely planning our next stay around availability of this spot. Beautiful decor and furnishings…1st class condo treasure!

Perfect size for a small family and has everything you could possibly need, HOWEVER, the AC is limited to 4-hr timers (which wasn't mentioned in the listing) and the homeless and mentally-ill population in the area is out of control. We were miserable in the unit, as the temps were high all week and we'd come home to a unit that was even hotter inside that it was outside. No matter what we tried, the temps inside would not come down to a comfortable temp until 3-4 am. All of the ceiling and pedestal fans were extremely weak. Even on the high setting, you could not feel any air coming from them. I can honestly say that we were happiest when we were away from the unit, and we dreaded heading back anytime we were gone more than 4 hrs, because we knew we were going to be walking into a sauna. The timers were ABSURD. The unit was fairly clean, except I'm positive that the sheets were neither changed nor washed between the previous guest's departure and our arrival. The sheets smelled of body odor and there were physical signs of soiling. Also the bathrooms reeked of urine. The unit is in a great location. It's right in the middle of everything. The only problem we had with the location was the number of homeless and mentally-ill people living at and hanging around the park 24/7. We were verbally accosted by them numerous times. I would NOT feel comfortable having my wife or daughter walk across the street to the beach/park alone, especially early in the morning or after sunset.

We arrived and were greeted by the beautiful decor and cool Hawaiian breeze on the lanai. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was packed with literally everything we needed from beach towels to extra pillows. The beach pantry was fully stocked with chairs, snorkel gear, toys, umbrella, and there’s a cooler under the sink in the kitchen. The pool was the perfect temp, clean and a wonderful sanctuary after a long day or for the days we wanted to just chill. We felt like Kihei was the perfect location to see everything on our day trips. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful when we had a little issue with the AC that turned out to be nothing. The condo gets a little hot during the day as the sun is beating into it, but fans are provided and you can close the shades and it’s fine. Wasn’t a problem as we were barely there during the day anyways. Thank you Sean and Jim for sharing your wonderful property with us! So many great memories made 😀

We loved staying here…Amazing remodel, so cool and comfortable with a great location…Within 30 seconds of wading into the waters at Kamaole Beach #3 we were greeted by magical sea turtles and the smiles and adventure continued. Exceptional property with excellent beach access. This condominium was in like new condition with all possible amenities, including snorkeling equipment boogie boards, etc. Three television sets, a new kitchen and too many other wonderful features to mention. We will be back, hopefully in the near future. Thank you very much for making our first trip to Maui a tremendous experience.

The walk to the beach was so short and sweet. The beach had some of the best snorkeling on the island. Swam with 5 turtles and saw some really nice fish. Beach was not crowded and everyone was so nice. The apartment had a good view of the beach and was very clean.

We heard about this little gem from a friend and boy, it does not disappoint! So clean, stocked beach closet, many kitchen items and plenty of towels, AHHMMAZZING view of sunsets, a very short walk to the beach and just all around cozy! Exceeded our expectations!

Good: We loved the decor. It was clean, well-appointed, and very spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay, and there were plenty of restaurants and beaches within walking distance:
Bad: The street was surprisingly loud. We couldn't hear the ocean over the cars during waking hours. The apartment is technically air conditioned, but with window units that run only 4 hours. This meant I woke up sweaty every night to turn our bedroom AC back on. It also meant that we would come home to a 100F condo every evening.

Fantastic Stay!
As former Kihei residents, we always loved sunset from KAM3. This property's location and amenities made for the perfect return to one of our favorite places. The condo was a perfect in person as it was on line!

This was the perfect stay. The good:
-The condo is immaculate.
-The size is perfect for a family of 4.
-The location was amazing.
-The hosts made us feel like we were home.
The bad:
-Nothing at all to say. Literally nothing bad about this place.
If you are considering a place to stay, please put this at the top of your list. This was our first experience with VRBO and I am afraid now that anything moving forward will be compared to this and I cannot imagine it being any better.

Fun in Kihei
Such a great location. This was our first time in Maui, South Kihei is awesome and this is the perfect spot to enjoy it from! Easy walk to the beach, shopping and dining along with access to the highway to get anywhere you want on the island. The condo has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Really nice place. And a great lanai! Highly recommend!
