Fortunatamente non abbiamo subito danni da uragani nel 2018 e la casa è in perfette condizioni! Questa casa offre splendide viste panoramiche sull'oceano mentre ti rilassi con amici e persone care sui ponti di due piani. La casa sulla spiaggia presenta finiture moderne, ripiani in granito in cucina e in tutti e 3 i bagni. Tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina sono in acciaio inossidabile. Questa casa è sicuramente il posto giusto per te e la tua famiglia per ammirare la bellezza, il relax e la facilità della vita sull'oceano. Questo lato nord di un duplex offre molta privacy con un vialetto privato, un ingresso per la pioggia, ponti e persino la tua passerella privata per la spiaggia. Il posto auto coperto ospita 3 auto.

My family and I returned to this lovely home again this summer and enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the 3 bathrooms are great with a family. My favorite part (outside being right on the beach) is the outdoor shower. The communication with the owner is easy and prompt.

This property is a lovely, clean home located in a great location. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the home and all of its amenities. Our teenagers enjoyed walking to the local shops and being ocean front. Beatrice was a timely and kind host. We’d definitely stay here again.

Overall this property was 4 star. Pros are closeness to the ocean, quiet neighborhood, 2 king size beds, plenty of cooking utensils, tv's in all bedrooms, close to pickel ball court, & close to the best homemade ice cream in NC! Cons are no beach umbrella, house needs a little updating, & better cleaning between renters. Overall great vacation.

The host sent a code before check in and when we arrived we were able to go right in. Both chair lifts worked wonderfully. The beds were comfortable! We were able to cook meals and do a load of.laundry. on the day it stormed we checked out local shops in Topsail and Surf City. After being out we noticed the house felt warm and the host called us to see if we knew why the house was warm. Something happened to the air during the storm and it was fixed the next day. There are several fans in the closet. Only upper level was warm. The host was great to work with. The house was right on the beach with beatul views!!

We had a wonderful stay here this week! The owner was very helpful with two minor issues, super on top of things for us! Definitely recommend packing water/sand shoes for the dune when you come off the porch because that sand was HOT this week. We have stayed here before and would love to do so again!

The easy access allowed us to spontaneously decide to watch the sunrise or take late afternoon walks along the shore, making for some truly unforgettable moments. The beach itself is a serene stretch of sand and sea, ideal for both adventure and relaxation.
But what truly sets this place apart is the owner’s genuine care and attention to detail. It’s evident that they not only strive to maintain the property at a high standard but also go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. This house has plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Our family especially enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning on the third story deck. Beatrice was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

We booked a last minute vacation here and our weekend was perfect. The place was super cute and perfect for our family of 5. There were wonderful views of the ocean from every floor and lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Outdoor shower was wonderful as well.

Absolute perfection for my husband, brother-in-law and I! From condo to beach, it served the 3 of us and we could not have been happier!
However for my aging mother there was a huge disappointment. The trek to the beach was not easy nor appropriate for my mom. We were thrilled to find a condo with a chair lift then disappointment struck as we saw the decking/steps did not extend out over the sea wall as it has in other places we've stayed on the island. It took both my husband and I, giving all we could give, to get her to and from the beach. She only went twice the whole week because it was so physically challenging for her. It broke my heart she made the 20 hour drive from Illinois and then only had her toes in the sand twice. The home's description did not indicate this aspect of the property, and the photos of the beach access are misleading.
If we return without her this home would be a definite repeat, it was lovely and everything we would want for ourselves in a beach house.

We had a lovely time in Topsail Beach and throughly enjoyed staying at this property. Everyone was comfortable in their space and the stair chairs were super helpful for our mobility impaired family member. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Our kids played in the ocean all day, followed by sunset walks. We thank Beatrice for opening up her home to us to stay. We absolutely loved in and will return in the future!

We were in town for a wedding in North TopSail. The house was everything as described in the listing. The location was excellent with beautifull views of the ocean and morning sunrises. The chair lifts were an awsome feature due some disabilities for one in our party. We would definately reserve this property again and highly recommend! Thank you to our host.

We always select the first part of October for our vacation for off season rates with plenty of sunshine and 70 degree weather. We had a senior with us and she was very grateful for the chairlift and not having to deal with as many chairs. Also walking out on the second floor to access the beach along the boardwalk was another plus for the senior, minimized her concern to enjoy possibly her last visit to the beach. Great house plenty of room for 4 or more people.

I feel like the pictures of the house were a little misleading. We left it cleaner than we found it. It has roaches. The location was beautiful. It was easy to check in. We did enjoy the stay.

The property appeared as it was in the pictures with no surprises. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The washer and dryer and chair lifts are a real plus. Beatrice immediately addressed all concerns. This home meets the needs of both the young and the old. For one week we felt we were in paradise and hope to return next year. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely home
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, great view of the ocean, plenty of space, lots of games, extra blankets, outdoor shower was wonderful. Only minor noticings: some dishes in the cabinet and the dining table were dirty, the water filter needed to be replaced on the fridge, the ice maker is incredibly slow, and couch cushion and a pillow had holes in them. Would be nice to have a larger couch in the living area. No major complaints and the owner was very friendly and communicative.

Great place for the family!!
First off I’d like to say that this place was awesome!! We had an amazing week overall. We did have an issue with the hot water tank one of the elements went out. We messaged the owner and she had a service call put in for the very next day (would have probably been the same day but it was the 4th of July). She was so nice and responded to our message quickly and made sure to get the issue resolved right away. The beach outside was NOT overcrowded like some of the other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and relax with the peace of mind knowing that if there are any issues they will be resolved in a timely manner with a super gracious host!!

Had a great time at this property last week. I agree with previous reviewer‘s comments regarding the narrow parking and flooring update; but other than that everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful. The house has everything you need, including amazing views and private beach access. Wonderful option for your time at Topsail!

Loved this property
This beach house was perfect for our family. We really wanted an oceanfront house but didn’t want it to break the bank. This house was just that. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom and also cable TV! I enjoyed the view from the kitchen which made doing dishes much better. We always bring dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets & laundry pods however, these were available if needed. I never expect homeowners to supply those things so I felt like that was more than generous. The walk out to the ocean was less than ideal just because of the distance and walking up and down dunes but I know the owner has no control over that. I would have also loved better parking. The drive way can hold three vehicles (two under the house one not) and the parking under the home is extremely snug. I drive a BIG suv (Ford excursion) so it was SO tight under the house and rather inconvenient having to move vehicles around if your car was blocking other cars needing to move. All in all, we had a great week and highly recommend this beach home.

The location and layout of the house were great. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well appointed (which was a benefit since there are not a lot of restaurants nearby and all had a 2 hour wait and did not take reservations). There were minor cleanliness issues and the owner reacted quickly to resolve. Some of the furniture and carpet was well worn, but most rentals are like that. Was not an issue though, just an observation. Overall, great house, great location, and the owner is easily accessible and very helpful. Would definately rent again.
On a side note, we ate out twice and LOVED Shuck'n Shack. Avoid Hollands Shelter Creek at all costs. You'd get better seafood at Captain D's.

Top Sail beach house
I loved that there were two master bedrooms and that all three bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. The location was great! Just suggesting that there would be another set of plates and utensils for those of us that cook. I had to run the dishwasher twice a day sometimes just to have dinner ware for a later meal.

This home was great. The beach views were great and you are close enough to walk to town. The owner was very helpful with information regarding linens and things to do.
