We came to Oxford for the LSU/Ole Miss game, and this was the perfect place to stay. It’s in a nice, safe apartment complex. Very close to campus and town. Easy Uber there and back. Kim is so friendly, and welcoming. Very helpful as well. She gave us places to eat and go downtown and really enhanced our experience! High recommend if you’re going to Oxford!

Our daughter attends the Ole Miss softball camp and also plays in a tournament in Oxford with her softball team. We LOVE to stay here. This was our 3rd time. So close to everything! Always feel safe. The pool is nice. The condo is always super clean and it has everything you need. We absolutely love it here! Oxford is beautiful too.

Kim's place is very clean and well cared for, from a stocked kitchen to ample bedding and bath accessories. Lots of space, loved the Ole Miss touches throughout the condo. Good location to the Square and campus. Would definitely stay again,

The condo was just as the pictures and description said. Kim, the host, was very thorough with her check in/out instructions and was always easy to get ahold of. Very clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you may need during your stay. 5 stars!

Great Stay
This was an excellent place for our stay over the weekend. The location near highway 6 and Jackson makes it easy to get anywhere fast. The condo is spacious, well-furnished, clean and comfortable. Kim was really easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely look for this place the next time we are in Oxford.

Amazing condo and just a lovely experience
I can’t begin to describe how wonderful Kim was to work with. We were going to Oxford for the first football game of the season but our son had an emergency appendectomy surgery two nights before. Kim was lovely to accommodate us with an earlier arrival and a later departure. How nice to not be scrambling on where to stay at this particular time. The unit had the best linens and mattresses were new. The decor was perfect and it was impressively clean. All in all, an absolute perfect place to stay. I wish we had this unit for the remainder of our football weekends. ❤️

This condo was exceptionally clean-one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. It was roomy for 4 adults and had all the amenities we needed. Kim has thought of everything and responds promptly to any questions. This is definitely one of our favorites!

Family Visit
I rented Kim’s condo so my in-laws has a place to stay when they were in Oxford visiting. Everything about the condo is great. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. It was everything I could have wanted and more.

The place was great, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all of the necessities. The beds and pillows were amazing and the bath towels were so soft. The place is also right next to the pool which was great for us. The property owner was fantastic, very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend!

Wonderful Weekend!
We came in town on Valentine's weekend to celebrate my Ole Miss freshman on his birthday! This home was well appointed for a weekend of cooking, doing his dorm laundry, and spending time hanging out with family and friends. The sweet owner was very attentive and checked in on us several times. You can't a better decorated, better cared for, or more comfortable place to stay while in Oxford. Great location too! Will be return guests for sure!

Big living area and convenient location
We were thrilled with every aspect of this experience! Check in was very easy and the place was very clean. The den is very large which was nice when our kids came over. The location is very convenient to campus and to Jackson avenue. All of the extras were nice as well. There were plenty of towels and they were nice towels. There was a blow dryer, shampoo and coffee. We have not had these extras in many of the other places we have stayed in Oxford. I highly recommend this place!!

Cleanest place ever!!!
I wish I could give this property ten (10) stars. Everything was so clean and fresh. I had to even ask what they used to clean so maybe I can replicate that scent in my own home. The property was quiet, the beds were comfortable and we had fresh coffee every morning. I can't say enough good things about this property or Kim. Thank you for letting us use your condo, we will be back!
