We like that it has a really nice pool and the check in is relatively easy. we also like the location because it’s close to restaurants and shopping.

It’s not as clean as the photos show and the wall papers are peeling off the wall or look not well maintained and old/dirty. no dish rack in kitchen to dry the dishes. bathroom faucet is too close to sink and when we turn water on the water spill off to the back of the sink.

Very clean, strategic and wide space for a family stay.

Very complicated parking for people with more than one vehicle. An option for visitor parking has to be provided

The unit doesnt has mirror except in the bathroom. So it quite hard to get ready while the other person is using the bathroom. Need to wait until they finish their "business", only then you can use the mirror. Hahaha.

Home have minimalistic vibe, but so cosy and spacious. Walking distance to paradigm mall as well.

Good location with own car or Grab. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Our experience was a great disappointment. The door passcode expired on the 2nd day, family was locked out for 2 hours before figuring out the problem wasn't ours, we thought it was due the way we keyed in the code. Parking card didn't work, we needed to talk to security guard to open the gate every time to enter and exit, but security guards are very friendly. Power blackout on 3rd night from 12am to 4am, it was due to TNB scheduled maintenance, no information prior to our booking, otherwise we would have reconsidered, staffs were not aware too. After 10pm, no chance to contact anyone other than the in house security guards, the after 10pm contact number given was a dummy phone number. Gym is small and low end quality.
