This property was great!! It has everything you are looking for. We will definitely be back.

So many places are a little more run-down or worn-in than you expect, so it was lovely to stay in a place this quiet, clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. We managed to cook and serve a full Thanksgiving dinner for four here, and the only nitpick I I could come up with is that there were only four or five table forks available. (Very minor problem.) I love the street the house is on and the views over the ocean. Great internet and nice TVs in all the rooms with access to any streaming services you have a sign-in for.

The house overall was okay. Generally nice decor however we had two complaints: 1. The sheets in the master bedroom and last bedroom on right were not clean. Both smelled like smoke and we had to wash them
in order to sleep. 2. The pictures of house were very deceiving regarding the location of ocean. It appeared in photos to be close to ocean. This is not the case.

It was very nice for the four adults that stayed. All needs were met and we enjoyed our time in the home. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was having a second king size bed.

Lovely, clean updated home!
This was a lovely clean and updated home! It was so fun to have a game room for entertainment because it rained the 5 days we stayed at the house. It was comfortable place to stay and I would recommend it to others, as well as return for a future stay!

Very comfortable home. It was clean had nice updated furniture w comfortable beds. Not ocean front but beautiful ocean view and still close enough to hear the surf. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We will be back

The property was close to several attractions. You get a good view of the beach from almost all the rooms and the patio. Nice spacious rooms, board games and cable connection to even spend time indoors if you don't have any outdoor activities planned.

Clean and Cozy
My family and I love the coast. It was our first time to Waldport and it didn’t disappoint. The house was clean and inviting. Not too far off from the ocean. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice view
We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights as we drove down the Oregon coast. The kitchen was convenient, great washer/dryer, and the privacy of a private home. Great view of the ocean, even tho you are not oceanfront. It was a good value. We recommend they get the carpets cleaned, and the master bedroom mattress probably needs to be replaced. It was comfortable, because it had a foam topper on it, but it gullied in the middle. With the space available in the large bedroom, a king size bed would be nice. Thanks for hosting us!

Great place to stay.
We really enjoyed staying at The Seaborn house. Loved the ocean views and listening to the waves all night. Except for some spots on the carpet, the house was very clean. We will hopefully be coming back next year!

A beautiful getaway
The house is super cute, and sparkling clean. Check in was easy. Basic supplies are included like paper towels, soap, pots, pans, dishes, etc. and some thoughtful amenities like books, games and movies. Beds are comfortable. The view was spectacular. It would have been nice to have a map of the area with instructions about how to access the beach. It definitely is too far to walk to the beach (it's a super steep and very long hill to get back home), at least with little kids and all the stuff we bring with us--we eventually figured out we could park at the Bayshore Club and access the beach from there. That was very convenient once we realized that. It was a lovely stay, and we are already planning to come back and stay there or at another property managed by this company.

It was like a second home for us.
The Seaborne was nicer in person than it looks in pictures. It was beautiful and clean. The house kept us warm and cozy in February. The house is beautifully furnished, it felt like a second home for us. We enjoyed it very much.

Seaborne a real gem
We have owned property as well as vacationed on the Oregon coast for 22 years. The Seaborne is the best place we ever stayed - great value, clean, uncluttered, comfortable and convenient. The Goldens from New Mexico

Cleanest VRBO we've stayed in
This is a great property for a small family. It is quiet and extremely clean - even the garage is swept out and has space to park a car. The house is comfortable without being cluttered with stuff.
Note that they have no consumable supplies other than salt and pepper. No sugar, tea, coffee oil. We always bring all our stuff so this was not an issue. This is probably what helps keep the property clean and odor-free. They do have all the utensils etc.

The best aspect of The Seaborn is the view. From kitchen table, lounge room and bedroom the beautiful ocean sparkles at you. The huge deck allows perfect spots for cups of tea, reading and relaxing. Very clean, charming house. No cable or tv in bedroom but you can watch dvds. Lounge tv has cable.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaborn. It was as good as the description given. The cleanest place! Beautiful bedding and decorations in the house. It rates at the top of houses we have rented. We could not find a notebook with Wifi information and house rules but found an instruction sheet on the refrigerator. Could have used a few more rolls of paper towels just incase needed. No napkins in the kitchen or coffee. We had to go buy those things - at a Convenient Mart just 2 blocks away. Also, towels were lovely in the bathroom but only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths in each bathroom. It worked for us but just happened to look in the dryer when we were leaving and found it full of clean, dried towels. A note from the cleaning person that there was a load of clean towels in the dryer would have been appreciated. We would definitely return to this beautiful, spotless house.
