Some cigarette smell in the apartment

Very welcoming host. Bedding smelt of fresh laundry which was nice. Cupboards had clean dishes and cutlery. The bed was comfortable. There is a grocery store downstairs.

There was no hot water in the morning. We had the loft apartment which had a very low ceiling so we had to walk bent down

It's located close to highway and dalyan is easily accessible from the apartment. Its a very big and well maintained apartment. We loved our stay there. 2 bathrooms are great to have when travelling with family. It has everything you need to stay like your home.

Apartment was excellent.

Cleanup and general service quality is better than previous years. Kaya Apart is located in Ortaca where you are always within 30 minutes driving distance to many important sightseeing places: Iztuzu, Sarıgerme, Göcek etc. Dalyan center is only 15 minutes away. So you enjoy all the places while staying in a very calm and non-crowded place.

Furnitures are still very good condition but appliances are getting a bit worn out already. Mattresses were way harder compared to the ones we had last year. It may be a good idea to contact hotel before your arrival if you have a sensitive back.

Stayed there for one night. I arrived very late because of my flight and a staff member was waiting for me. There is a free parking in front on the hotel. Everything was clean and the flat is week furnished.

The Kaya apart is absolutely great apartment both for a short and long-term rent for all seasons. The is good and quiet place if you like to be close to locals, a few kilometers from the city center, markets, grocery stores, local restaurants. Of course, I would recommend this place for a tourist who love traveling by own car. You will also find many wonderful wild and public beaches, unbelievable natures views near Ortaca area, Dalaman, Gocek. The owner and neighbors are especially very friendly and opened to visitors. Will be great to stay again in this apartment discovering new landscapes next time:)

The apartment was absolutely clean and the host Idris is a very welcoming gentleman. He helped order takeaway at night and ordered a taxi in the morning. Very spacious apartment with all Morden facilities. Would recommend to anyone
