The family and I had a great time. The home was well setup for our visit and in a beautiful location. We visited over winter and fireplace was a treat! I can see this home also being in a great spot during the summer.

We had a wonderful stay here in April with interstate family visitors. The house is situated in Quindalup - away from the busier end of Dunsborough. We were right opposite the beach, the front gardens are lovely, with a huge back yard, which was well secured for our tiny dog. We enjoyed the sunset from the big upstairs balcony, as we watched the local wildlife and birds. The house was well laid out with plenty of space, rooms and towels for everyone. A very enjoyable stay!

Was the property description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc? Not really with location we thought there wasn't a road to cross over to get to the beach path. Carpet down stairs was a pain. overall it was a well maintain property

Place was beautifull! Had 5 of us stay here for a girls trip and can gladly say this place was perfect and everything needed. Such a homely vibe with areas to relax. Less than a 4min walk across to the road to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Thank you for being bliss to liaise with and ensuring our stay was accommodating.

We found this to be an excellent, well maintained holiday home in a quiet location next to the beach of Geographe Bay. Less than a 10 minute drive from the wide range of shops and food outlets in Dunsborough. On arrival, there was no electricity to about a third of the house, but quickly resolved by opening the meter box and flicking the necessary switch. The bottle of red wine greeting our arrival was very much appreciated, thank you.

We loved Tranquil Waters, it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and furniture, a fireplace that worked well plus air-conditioning, lovely big enclosed backyard for our dog and located right on the dog beach and walk trail. Its a quiet area but close to town. We appreciated the nespresso machine and the complimentary bottle of local wine. The property managers are very professional and great to deal with, highly recommend.

A wonderful location for a family holiday. A very peaceful place. There were no additional blankets for the cold nights, luckily I brought extra. Previous holiday makers did not pooper scoop after their pets. Otherwise we had a great vacation.

The location across the road from the beach and walking paths was fabulous. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the peppermint trees and made good use of the bbq. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us, he loved it too.

Brilliant Location
Great family stay, with our dog! Walked accross to the beach every day...very relaxing. Lovely sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the trees and birds life. We'll definitely be back.

Winter break
House and it’s proximity to the beach was awesome, wood fire heater and TV to watch the footy was sweet.
Only problem with this house after some rain, out the back and little bits of the front has black dirt where the grass has died and trying to keep the toddlers from running black dirt through the house was an epic struggle. Had to sacrifice a number of towels to wipe your feet on as there was no Door matts insight.
Please build a deck out the back or just pave over the dead grass area.
Would definitely come back but only in summer.

Beach House
Beautiful house - just across from the beach. Cycle track all the way to Town. Great quiet location.
we really enjoyed the indoor fire. The balcony with outside seating was also excellent.
Large grass area at back of the house for pets.
You can hear people walking upstairs when you are in the bottom bedrooms - but not an issue for us as we all work up around the same time.
We would stay there again if we had a large group to "dilute" the daily rate which is fine if you have 2 families.

Idyllic Spot
House was very comfortable and at quiet end of road. Location to beach great and able to get a mooring just off the coast in front of house. Having a hot outdoor shower was great. Will definitely be booking at this location again.

tranquil Waters by name and locations
The location and view were divine the check-in and out process easy, would have loved there to have been dryer, easy 30m walk to a stunning beach and surrounded by beautiful big shady trees. Service was a little hit and miss which helps if you want to come off line. Overall a great property and a wonderful stay.

All about location
Great location and the house was clean. For the price per night we were disappointed as the beds are very small, the air conditioning in the upstairs room drips on your head and the house is quite dated. There are houses for rent that are far more luxurious and at a cheaper price.

Its a dogs life
Nice property with good facilities. Great location and being able to take your pet is a bonus. Would be nice if there was some paving at the back door as the sand isn't great. L overly big and secure back yard. Easy place to have a nice relaxing holiday.
