House was just as described and a perfect set up for groups as it allows lots of privacy! The hills are definitely steep but it’s a great walking neighborhood and provides a great workout!

If you have a large group, just book this place right now. It’s stunning and the view is too. Everything you need is right there. We had a group of 8 family members and we were all very comfortable, and honestly didnt want to leave. Chad and Lisa are stellar hosts, really good communicators and very helpful. I will say if anyone isn’t very mobile, there are quite a few stairs to climb, but no problem for us. Chad and Lisa, thank you so much for offering up such a magical place.

Fabulous home, fabulous neighborhood, great communication Enid greeted us at the airport and escorted us to the villa. She provided a few extras that we requested that made our family Christmas vacation everything we could have ever wanted. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Many months ago my husband asked what I wanted for my 40th birthday. My answer was simple, I wanted to turn forty somewhere warm and with a pool and with people I love. This eventually turned into planning the perfect vacation to St. Croix, starting with this house. The photos don’t lie. This place is incredible clean and well maintained. The view is the best we saw on the island. We had 7 adults staying (three couples, one single) and each room has its own full bathroom making it comfortable and private. The pool was a great hangout spot after a day of adventuring. Neighbors were quiet. There was a private event at the bottom of the hill one night and the music was an added bonus. Air conditioning worked great and cools quickly. Enid, the host/contact, met us at the airport and escorted us once we picked up our rental jeep from Centerline. This was super helpful as changing to driving in the opposite lane is a bit intimidating. Enid was available for the few needs we had and always pleasant and helpful. She is such a gem. The few hiccups we had were very minor and I don’t feel the need to share them publicly but I will give one example for how minor they were. The seal on the refrigerator doesn’t seal properly unless you hold it closed for several seconds. Not a big deal but a “quirk” of the place. Based on this experience, I would one hundred percent book here again and would rent from the property owner in other locations too. This was the perfect birthday vacation.

We had a wonderful peaceful stay. We were close to everything on the island and easy access to the major towns! We had fun diving, on ATV tour, shopping and dining out. Be advised that this home has lots of stairs if you are mobility impaired.

My Husband, Sister, Parents and close friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are beautiful views from each room and the pool is perfect for lounging and relaxing. The rooms are arranged so each guest has privacy yet everyone feels connected.

My stay was AMAZING. We were greeted at the airport by Enid who was amazing through out our stay. Accommodating and reaching out daily checking in on us and providing us with suggestions and anything we needed. The home was absolutely amazing. The views. The pool. The rooms. Just all wonderful. To wake up every morning in paradise clouds so close you can almost touch them and don’t let me start talking about the amazing sunrise I saw every morning while lying in my bed. Looking at the stars and moon while floating in the private pool at night. I’m a beach girl that is what I came to the island for, but the house and pool was everything I needed never made it to the beach and did not miss it.

This is the perfect property for a group getaway!! Everything from the house, host, and property manager was 5 stars!! Lisa and Enid, who we contacted many times, were quick to give us recommendations for entertainment, food, beaches to explore, and other things we might want to do. I can't say enough about this house. Top notch all the way around!!

•Group of 7 friends/couples (late twenties, early thirties) •Very private, quiet, never felt unsafe (gated community) •Attentive and accommodating owner/property manager •House was clean, everything you could need provided, luxurious feel (pictures speak for themselves) •Located at the top of a steep hill, not a comfortable walk to anywhere (definitely not walking to the beach from here) •Biggest “complaint” was since the house is made of multiple individual structures, that means locking multiple doors every time you leave. The doors were a bit finicky also, but this is not anything to be concerned about, just sharing feedback. •Awesome proximity to everything on the island •10/10 would stay here again

Beautiful property with all you need. The separate units were perfect for our party of two families. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the million dollar views! Book it, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at the White House in St Croix! It was the perfect location with beautiful views.

The White House has some of the best views you can find and is layed out with 3 private suites. Very enjoyable house located in likely the best neighborhood on the island. Hosts were responsive and accomodating.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, including pool towels. The views were spectacular! There was plenty of privacy for two families.

A group of 5 adults stayed here for a wedding located in the Shoys area and this was the perfect location. The setup allows for plenty of privacy. And the view - AMAZING! The location itself is perfect to get to anywhere on the island and for easy trips down to the boardwalk. Enid met our group at the airport and even helped some of us get to the house after a mixup with a car rental location. Along the way to the house she gave us plenty of advice on where to shop and some of her favorite places on the island (a list was also provided at the house). Quick and easy communication with Chad through booking, Lisa with final things prior to arrival, and Enid during our stay. Loved our stay here!

Our entire stay was amazing from beginning the booking process throughout the entire stay - Lisa and Chad were so great! Their communication throughout made it stress free and they were amazing to work with. The property itself is beautiful. The somewhat modular setup was perfect for our group, everyone had their own bathroom and showers and having the pool in the center made it easy for us to hang out together! The home is in the perfect location, easy to get downtown, to the beaches and any restaurants on the island. Would 100% stay again. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable girls week!!

This was a great property. I slept so well, which I never do. Highly recommend. The view was amazing. Great for couples, the rooms are very separated and private.

Pictures don’t do justice to the views from this fantastic property. You have a 180 degree vista you won’t soon forget. The White House experience was fantastic. Chad, the owner, was a delight to communicate with and very responsive. Our concierge, Enid, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Staying in the gated community felt very safe, especially for daily walks and runs. Having the Buccaneer Resort near buy was great for beach days, lunches and dinners. We had a wonderful catered meal with Chefs Erika and Brittany who were recommended by the owner. Finally, The house is perfectly set up for couples to have the privacy of their own rooms and bathrooms. We were very sad to to leave..

View of the ocean was a highlight, you could hear the waves. Very private spot, could walk to beach but not much else. Unique house layout as the bedrooms were in separate but connected dwellings. Maybe not great if you have young kids but excellent for multiple couples. Well equipped. Annoying cat kept hanging around (full disclosure I don't like cats). All in all great spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White House in Shoy’s. The pool and view were amazing. Safe neighborhood & the house had all the conveniences of home. Property management was quick to respond and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for making our vacation even more spectacular! Highly recommend Cruzan Cowgirls horseback ride tour, Big Beard’s Day long boat adventure & Virgin Kayak tours (especially the bioluminescent one. St. Croix was fabulous!!

My family of six stayed here for a week. Chad was really great communicating with us about the check in process, local restaurants and beaches, things to do. The wonderful concierge named Enid met us at the airport and help us drive to the location, which was nice because it would’ve been difficult to find especially at night. The house it’s up on the hill which made us feel very safe during our stay. It was also in a gated community with a guard at the shack in the entrance of the golf community. The house had security cameras. I know all of this might sound overkill but the island is fairly poverty stricken and We have heard some stories about crime. However we did not experience any issues while we were there. As always, stay aware when visiting new places. Also, staying at Chad‘s house made us feel completely safe the entire time. Enid also stocked her house before we arrived for a small fee. She was super friendly and helped us with restaurant ideas. She met us to walk through the property at the end and we really became friends. The house is huge. It’s sort of broken up into three different houses. The main house has the kitchen and family room as well as one bedroom. The other little house has two bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath and the third unit has the master. We felt like we had privacy yet the views were unbeatable. It was fun to sit out on the pool deck at night and watch the stars. I even saw a shooting star the very first night. The Island shuts down around eight at latest 9 o’clock. So we spent most of our evenings at the house. The house was beautiful and well appointed. You do need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and soap. There are some pantry items but we had to stick oil, sugar and a couple other small items. I don’t think you can find a saver more beautiful house with these be like this on the island. Waking up at this house was very unique and we miss it already. Thanks, Chad for the wonderful week!

This villa is located in Estate Shoys which is a quiet gated community near the Buccaneer Resort. The home itself is beautifully furnished and the pool was refreshing. The real star of the show is the view from the deck. It is breathtaking. You have a stunning view of Christiansted, Shoys Beach, Green Cay and Buck Island, and can hear the sound of the waves. Seaside Market is nearby if you need to buy groceries. Communication with the property management company is outstanding. We highly recommend this villa for your stay on St. Croix.
