This place in Saint Remy is perfect! So beautiful and the location is amazing: you walk outside and there are loads of cute shops and restaurants and a charming square where vendors set up stalls for Market Day (Wed and Sat). It is also very roomy. It fit our family of 5 very comfortably and I think could accommodate 3 couples with no issues. They also had a crib and high chair for our 1 year old which was fantastic and meant we could save on bringing extra luggage! Also very close to a carousel and playground for kids. The place itself was very clean and beautiful: lots of old charm but modern bathrooms and kitchen. Hearing the bells from the church was a wonderful added bonus! We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold, but it looked nice for the warm summer months and bigger than in the photos. Francois, the host, was very kind and accommodating with our late arrival and early departure. He also booked us at a delightful restaurant close by and brought us a yummy welcome gift as well. I highly recommend this place in Saint Remy!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! Catherine was such a gracious host, and very helpful with dinner reservations & suggestions. The place was great - clean, spacious, modern yet still had that provencal charm! The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to anything you need - groceries, pastries, dinner, coffee, shopping! It was also a great central location for visiting some of the other nearby towns. You couldn't ask for a better location in St Remy than this. Within steps from the Wednesday market and a number of interesting places to eat, shop, and stroll. It's the perfect homebase for day trips. We drove to Les Baux, Arles, Avignon and Pont du Gard. The layout of the property worked well for our party for sleeping, eating and relaxing. There were a few issues with the appliances and fixtures that need to be addressed and corrected the owner. Catherine, our host, was a very easy person to work with and she went out of her way to accommodate our party of six. Parking was three blocks away in a secure lot. Grocery shopping also within a few blocks. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in St Remy including our time at this property.

My husband and our 2 adult children stayed in this lovely, very charming home in the heart of St-Remy for our nephews's wedding. It was a perfect set-up for us, and the location could not have been better! We were close to everything. Catherine did a great job meeting us upon our arrival, showing us the home and answering any/all questions. Our family had a wonderful time!

We loved staying in this townhouse! It was perfectly located — along a picturesque alley about 30 steps from the old square in St. Remy de Provence; spacious, comfortable and classy in furnishings and architecture; and it had a dipping pool (!) for those hot summer days! St. Remy is an ideal base for visiting Provence, and this property was a great place in this lovely town — within walking distance of shops, boulangerie, restaurants, and yet still (magically) quiet. The property provided a safe place a few (7-10) minutes’ walk away to store our rental car. And Catherine, the owner, was delightful and informative. I highly recommend this property!

This is a wonderful house for a visit to Provence. Located in the center of St Remy, all areas of Provence were within 1-2 hours driving. The house itself is beautiful, modern amenities, pool and what we had hoped the atmosphere would be. Highly recommend.

St Remy is an ideal base from which to explore Provence. From the amazing host (merci Catherine!) to the perfect in-town location, this quintessential Provence home could not have been more perfect for our vacation.

We stayed during the Christmas vacation. Lovely and clean place. The owner met us personally even though we arrived in the middle of the night. The place had everything we needed and the owner helped us with everything! Supercute Town with good restaurants.

This property was all that was advertised and more. The location of the house could not be better. Everything you want is just a short walk from the front door. We used Saint-Remy as a base to explore the region and then returned each evening to dine and relax in town like locals. The house is well appointed and updated but retains all the charm of a Provencal town home. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out. Private secure parking is provided (off site) but only a short 7 minute walk away. Catherine made the entire process a pleasure. No surprises, excellent communication and timely return of the security deposit. We are already making our plans to return.

The listing proved to be mite than accurate! Pictures really don’t do justice to this beautiful property! Great location, very comfortable in every aspect, and had everything we needed to have a memorable stay!

Tucked on a quiet street right in the center of town, the location is ideal for shopping, restaurants and pure ambience. We were able to park our car (included with the apartment) a few blocks away in private, secure lot. Catherine met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house and the town - she was a delight (she even made reservations for us at an amazing restaurant literally across the street, and brought us pastries on our departure morning).She was always available by text and responded promptly.We only had a few glitches during our stay: we ran out of toilet paper (make sure to ask for an extra supply - there was none to be found), the microwave didn't work and we had trouble operating the washing machine (instructions would be helpful). It would also be nice to include a map of the car park, since we had trouble locating the lot the first day!Other than those few minor inconveniences, I would encourage anyone looking at this property to book now - you won't regret it! We will definitely return.

The apartment is located right in the center of St. Remy so you are steps from anything you could need. The pool is a great perk. Plenty of space for three couples.

The house was spacious and absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for our 3 teenagers and toddler. The location in the center of town was perfect. We loved taking day trips throughout the region and coming back to the house to enjoy the courtyard and pool before walking to dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants.

We have stayed in many homeaway properties and this one was by far the best. The property was elegant, very spacious and spotlessly clean. The location could not be better. We were literally in the center of everything yet at night it was very quiet. The Wednesday morning market was steps from our door as were restaurants and shops. The patio and pool were a very nice. We spent every morning and evening out there. Catherine was an excellent host. She was very easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. She made a dinner reservation for us the day we arrived and brought us pastries early in the morning on our departure day. Everything was perfect and St Remy was a great base to explore Provence. I hope to return to this area and this property. Thank you Catherine !

Hubby and I stayed in this lovely pied a terre for one week and enjoyed every minute. The location cannot be beat as it is literally steps away from a superb restaurant, Les Cuisine des Anges, as well as dozens of other cafes and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The ground level is the kitchen, dining room, living room. Mid-level are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room (different floors but only 2 steps away). Top level is bedroom with twin beds and an add'l bathroom. Hubby and I did not need to utilize the top floor. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple, but could be most comfortable for a family or for a group. Appreciated all the storage, the large bathrooms, and the nice laundry room. Would have loved to have used the patio, but it was a bit cool in April while we were there. Highly recommend. Catherine was very hospitable and prompt. Parking is a few blocks away -- 10 minutes walk, and seemed like a very safe, secured lot. We hope to visit again! Saint Remy is a beautiful, little town.

Four of us stayed in Catherine's home in St. Remy and it couldn't have been lovelier. Beautiful home, just as in the pictures. Wonderful location. We used it as a base to visit Pont du Gard, Arles, Avignon, Les Baux. Everything is fabulous in Provence. We were steps from the market and Catherine made reservations for us in the best restaurant. We were sorry to leave. Hope to return some day!

This place is a beautiful and located in the heart of St Remy. You can walk easily to the entire village. The car parking is about six blocks away, but you can drop off people or bags right at the front door. Catherine was very responsive and helpful. We stayed in October so we did not use the pool (the water was warm enough but we were too busy and not hot). Everything about the house is first class. The courtyard is delightful and the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry appeared to all be new. Very spacious and well furnished. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Note that the house is three levels so it may not be right for people that don't want stairs. Note too that that third bedroom has two single beds. If we go back to St. Remy, I would definitely rent it again. Thanks. JS

The house is exactly as you see in the pictures. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. We were there with three couples. We each had our own floor and bath. the kitchen was great and the inner courtyard was wonderful for relaxing. I can't recommend this house enough. It is steps from the restaurants and the shops. Parking is included. Catherine was an excellent host. She helped us with all our needs.

Four of us spent a week at this charming house located in the center of St Remy. We especially loved the convenient location, which was around the corner from a wonderful bakery, a few minutes from a grocery store, and walking distance to excellent restaurants. St Remy is also an easy drive to many other lovely towns in Provence. The house is well equipped, and nicely appointed. Having the courtyard for relaxing outdoor dining was a joy! One important thing to point out, is that one of the main bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, but the commode is located outside the room in the powder room, which is down some steps, making it a little difficult to navigate, especially at night. Also, we were there the last week of September, and were not aware that there is a carnival every year in St Remy at that time. This presented a challenge the first night, as there were two bands playing in the square around the corner, until 3 AM, making sleep almost impossible, even with the shutters closed. Otherwise, the house was very quiet. Catherine was extremely responsive to inquiries prior to our arrival, and while we were there, and, if we ever have the opportunity to return to St Remy, we would certainly love to return to this house.

It's rare that a rental property is better in reality than in the photographs but that is the case with this lovely townhouse in the heart of St. Remy de Provence. The property is very spacious and has a wonderful blend of old world charm and new world amenities. The weather during our stay was quite warm and it was heavenly to come back after a day of sightseeing to relax in the courtyard by the pool (this area is definitely bigger than it looks in the pictures). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms large and modern, and the kitchen included everything necessary for cooking. We appreciated having a separate laundry area where the washer and dryer were in a separate room with plenty of shelves and the ironing board near at hand. We were two couples traveling together and both couples had equally nice rooms and baths (we didn't have to flip a coin for the better bedroom!). This was our third trip to Provence but it was the first time we had stayed in the center of town rather than in the countryside. Being close to shops and restaurants made our stay more enjoyable and less stressful. We didn't have to worry about driving on unfamiliar roads at night after sharing a bottle of wine - there were innumerable restaurants within a five minute walk. On market day we could walk out the door and be in the middle of the action without having to find a parking place and trek a mile into town. St. Remy is a charming town with much history and lovely shops. Being in the middle of it gave us ample time to explore. Catherine was the perfect host. She proactively asked if she could reserve a restaurant for the night of our arrival (a lovely place directly across the street), helped orient us to our surroundings and was very prompt in replying to our questions. She is a great ambassador for the area. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. It suited our needs perfectly!

This is a very special property and additionally well managed with cheerful service. Our two week stay gave us an opportunity to enjoy the many comforts of this townhouse in the middle of Saint Remy where we took advantage of town living in this quaint village of Provence. The outdoor dining/living area is a dream, the kitchen beautiful and easy to use, the overall design and renovations most tastefully done. Perhaps helpful would be to know that the bedroom closest to the first floor has a spacious bathroom though the toilet is located two steps below that room in the staircase, allowing it to function additionally as a powder room. The top floor bedroom has two twin beds, the beds a bit small for an adult yet perfect for a child. There is also a large crib in that room, again wonderful for a family with an infant. Lastly the living area for relaxing at the end of the day is very stylish yet the sofa exceptionally uncomfortable. Again, if you are using this property for a home base that might not be important as the home could not be more centrally located and charming. We were more than delighted with our stay and all our interactions with the homeowner.
