The size of the room and the breakfast.

That some how even though I booked the room my room was under someone else name. No one could figure it out so my kids couldn't access the wifi. The pool wasn't open. My kids were looking forward to getting out of the vehicle and swimming. Which is why we booked a hotel with a pool. When getting to our floor and by our room it smelled of Marijuana so bad.u children were asking why it smelled like a skunk.

Sliding bathroom door malfunctioned, it would not stay closed....... it would slide back into fully open position..... also where the handle hardware should be on the door there was only a hole

Arrived at 5 pm and room was not ready. Family of 4 and only 2 washcloths. Checked at front desk for washcloths and was told none available due to short staff but they would try to find some. Never got any. No bedding for the pull out our sofa. Used our own blankets. Carpet was sticky. Breakfast was sparse. Went down at 7:30 and already out of milk

the breakfast was ok, there was alot of selections; however, the selections weren't really anything that I ate....i usually settled for a bagel and banana but i did appreciate the fact that there was even that!

my key never worked to the side door entrance coming in from the pool so we had to walk around the building each time - took away from the convenience of having it - the sliding door in my bathroom didn't close all the way and it was very very hard to even get shut as far as it would go

Convenient location

The pool was closed both days due to maintenance. The breakfast area was not well maintained and was dirty. I did not realize that I could get a military discount on my Booking.com account. The Fairfield hotel had no problem adjusting my bill upon arrival, but the HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON said they could not make an adjustment because they were fully booked and could not access the discount. Is there any way you can adjust it on your end? Also, since I do all of my bookings thru you, can you tell me how to request the discount for future bookings? I am enrolled in ID ME if you need any info regarding this request. Thank you for your consideration regarding this request.
