Nice garden, sauna (at no extra cost), spacious apartman, flexible hosts, good location.

Hosts hardly available by phone, communication was a little cumbersome.

Brightness, spaciality, super comfy bed, heated bathroom floor, 24/7 sauna, peel stove.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious. Near a river in a pastoral atmosphere. 20 minutes from the ski resort we were at. It is highly recommended!!

One point for improvement: when arriving at night there is no lighting on the street so it is very important to put on the wooden gate the name of the accommodation clearly because it is not written and it was difficult for us to find the place. Even in the light it is not possible to know that this is indeed the place, only by the address.

Ahhhh absolutely loved the place! It's a bit pricey - but soooo worth the money. We were in the TOP 3, for 2 people. Besides the bedroom, there was a nice kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a TV. Plenty of space for the two of us to move around, and still have space to separate when needed. The flat is so beautifully decorated, and well thought through, that I was really impressed. Having a sauna in the yard was just a cherry on the top! The owners were easy to communicate, they gave us all the needed information up front, and offered us a possibility to have a later check-out for a small fee. That way we could use up the whole weekend, which was great.

The property is beautiful and easy to get to either by car or by train. The location is perfect for enjoying several outdoor activities or just to take in the scenery. The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully decorated and the hosts were very responsive.

The wifi didn’t work the first day but was fixed as soon as was possible.

We received an email before the stay and everything was described. We had everything for cooking, preparing coffee, bedroom was nice and sauna was super:-) Thank you!

Nothing, everything great

We had Top 1, which was very comfy and spacious for the two of us. A lot of light throughout the living areas. Relatively small but very well equipped kitchen. Small bathroom with nice shower. Separate toilet. Very nice dining area, sitting area, and bedroom. And a nice sun room to top it off. We very much liked the apartment, which is in waking distance of the Payerbach “town” center with restaurant and open air pool. Driving distance to phenomenal hikes.

Luxury accommodation - 100% clean, spacious and comfortable. Even with a washing machine with a dryer and a dishwasher (tablets on the place). Large garden with grill facility and all staff needed to grill, and a very nice and convenient sauna (extra towels for sauna provided). Parking on the street. Generally an exceptional accommodation.

WiFi signal on the ground floor was rather poor (TOP 4 apartment).
