From stunning sunsets to ease of getting to the beach, this property delivered on all you need for a great LBI vacation. Traveling with a baby meant less room for beach items, but because Kevin provided chairs, an umbrella and even boogie boards, he had that covered for us. The added bonus of being on the bay with kayaks meant opportunities for even more fun!!! Thanks Kevin and Viktoriya allowing us to have a wonderful time

Amazing view of sunsets on the bay, quick walk to the ocean. Property was right near everything, my wife, children (6 + 1) and I had a really great stay, highly recommend the property.

As a long time visitor to LBI, I knew the Island and location well so I was happy for this location where you can walk to many places and be close to both the beach and the bay.
My reasons for choosing this property were: 1. The bay front view. 2. The ability to bring my pup 3. The rental cost. And this property did not disappoint!!
Going in with an understanding that the structure is one of the older more traditional properties, we just wanted clean and accessible and that is what we got.
The top deck view of the evening sunset is amazing. I brought my own cushions for the Adirondack deck chairs which we were glad we did because we spent two hours out there every night. You can start your morning with some quick kayaking and then walk to the beach. The owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys.
The house is clean and rooms have beachy decor.
The deck has a gate so pups or kids cannot fall down the steep stairs.
The owners were very quick to reply via text to all questions.
We were glad to have spent some time here. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

Our stay was great. Thank you. The only thing that I found negative was the late ability of getting in. Unless you own hundreds of properties and only hire one cleaning organization it should not take til 400 pm to go in. Also this is a pet friendly unit so I know owner is aware people travel far pets are not allowed on beach so your first day is a wash out. The day you leave is sooo early 10 am but no cleaners come til late because of your 4 pm entrance rule so why do we have to leave early ?so you lose another day because you can’t bring pets on beach and you can’t stay there. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay but really it’s a five day stay not seven . Thank you june

We had a great time at your lovely beach house. I loved that my dog was able to come with us too.
We loved the deck in the AM/PM the views were lovely!!
Only comments would be getting to the beach to kayak was a bit hazardous the rocks were unsteady would be nice to have a stable walkway to get back and forth. And the bedroom with bunk beds didnt have adequate clothing storage.
Other than that we loved everything and had a wonderful time! Thank you.

This was a cozy escape right on the bay. The sunset each night was fantastic! It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of living space for 3 adults The only complaint would be the noise from the busy road. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband, my dog and I had a great time at this little gem tucked away in October. The view of the bay from the living area and deck is to die for . I never tired of it. The beach is 1 block away so the location is amazing. We cooked in the more than ample kitchen almost every night. We had a fabulous time away!

2nd fl duplex was clean and had all we needed. Views of bay were amazing . A block walk to beach - crossing busy main road - house is in between 2 lights which made crossing manageable . Overall it met our needs to extend our stay but somewhat busy noisy road . Walkable to Daddios .

We really enjoyed our week at this property! The unit was lovely, clean and spacious. The deck views of the bay and sunset were awesome! The beach was such a short walk as well. It was the perfect location to enjoy both the bay and the beach. The only downside is that this property does not have a dock - so the only access to the bay is over rocks and onto the marsh at low tide. A dock would have been preferable to enter the bay for us, but other than that we loved our stay!

FANTASTIC!
We absolutely loved this house, especially the deck and the view of the beautiful bay and oh boy, the sunsets!You are literally sitting feet from the bay. We brought a kayak but there is a single one there, and rentals nearby. Great location to a deli (walking distance) and short drive to restaurants. Only one block to the beach! Perfect! The house inside is lovely and super clean and comfortable. We’ve never seen a better stocked kitchen in a rental. Just like home. Decor is beautiful and the large windows provide a wonderful view. Love the outdoor showers; nice and clean. Laundry room downstairs has many beach chairs, boogey boards and beach toys. Great washer and dryer. There are tall stairs outside to the upper floor (where we were) which may be an issue for some. We were okay with it, just something to know.. The owners are just super nice, kind and friendly, very responsive. I just cannot say enough about our week there. It was just awesome. I’d give it more than five stars if I could! Our family loved our week there.

Beautiful location
This was a nice property, right on the bay. The house was clean and the owners were quick to respond to my texts. The only issue I had was in the description it said to bring your own sheets and towels, but nothing about bringing your own toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. That would have been a big help.

The view is amazing!!
We come to LBI every summer and have rented in different areas. Brant Beach is our favorite! This home is located on LBI Boulevard on the bay side. Short walk to the beach if you don’t have little kids to cross the busy road. The bay view was spectacular and relaxing. We enjoyed peaceful rides in the kayak. Will definitely rent this property again!

Great place to rent!
I rented this property for my 30th birthday and had a wonderful time! The pictures of the bay don’t do the view justice. The house is clean and welcoming. There is plenty of parking and a short walk to the beach as well as access to the bay. The hosts are very communicative and we can’t wait to rent here again!’

Whew, what a view!
Nice, clean, well kept duplex right on the bay. Wonderful sunsets. Close to the beach. LBI offers lots of choices. For a walker like me, the town is great for walking (north or south); also nice trails near LBI. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the duplex and in LBI. We will be back.

Gorgeous bayside views
The view here is stunning. We loved sunsets grilling and eating dinner on the deck. The bed we slept on was very very comfy which is rare to find in a rental. Our friends in the other queen room agreed. Everything we needed to cook simple meals was in the kitchen and the unit was very very clean. Would highly recommend this rental. If you are a light sleeper there is some light noise from the boulevard but nothing a fan or white noise machine cant fix.

Clean and conveniently located
We really enjoyed our recent stay at Kevin and Viktoriya’s top floor unit on the bay. We loved that we could bring our golden retriever with us! We had breakfast on the deck in the morning before the sun showed up and enjoyed the fun chairs for reading in the sun later in the morning. The sunsets were amazing! We had a front row seat every night! Our queen master bed was very comfy. The windows could use some room darkening shades or curtains, because that sun wakes you up at 5:30 every day! There are one full and one half bathrooms, and two other bedrooms. Both as described. The LR was comfy and there was a TV in the LR and master BR. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. One night when we brought lobsters home to cook, we had a hard time because there were no seafood tools. There is a large pot to cook them in, but nothing to open the claws or tail, not even kitchen scissors. But , we managed! Other things that would have been nice: a full length mirror, a full sized ironing board and a clock in the BR. But, this would not stop us from renting here again, The cleanliness and location make this one of our favorite places that we have ever rented.

April Break Get-Away
Perfect short get-away to give the kids a break from the day to day. Property was very clean and more than enough room for our family. Short distance to the beach and all other LBI attractions. Kevin was very easy to work with and extremely prompt in all his responses. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy LBI anytime of year.

Brief get away over the Holidays
With such a hectic year coming to an end, our family needed a change of scenery to enjoy some downtime and to recharge for 2021. We were happy to find Viktoriya and Kevin's property listed on VRBO. The rental included enough space for our family of 4 and allowed us to bring our furry friend.
We knew that booking a shore rental in the off-season could provide some pluses and some minuses. Viktoriya was extremely generous to provide an early check-in and late checkout. She was super responsive in answering our questions. The building is a bit older than surrounding properties but everything was very clean. The propane tank for the grill was empty but Kevin brought us a tank and explained that it's normally filled during the warmer months. The unit including beds and furniture were updated and very comfortable. The deck and sunset views over the bay are really special. I started every morning by drinking my coffee and watching the birds over the bay.
All in all, Viktoriya was great to work with, the unit was clean and met our needs, the price was right, we could bring our furry friend, and the view of the bay helped us recharge for the year ahead.

Great view, great house
We had a wonderful time at this property. The space is just what we needed for the four adults that stayed. Everything was clean upon arrival, and just as we expected based on the pictures provided. The house is in a great spot, you can't beat the view of the bay or just a short one block walk to see the beach. Hope to have another beautiful fall weekend next year to come back and stay again.

Although the house is on the Blvd , really could rarely hear the cars. Short walk to ocean and a beautiful bay view. Allowed our dogs for a reasonable fee.Furniture in good shape . Clean. Very pleased with this house . Would stay here again.

Exactly as it is advertised. The sunsets on the balcony were our favorite part! House is nice and clean, Kevin was so attentive. We stayed during a tropical storm and Kevin made sure we were safe and taken care of. Highly recommend

Great place to stay
Great place to stay on LBI. Very clean and loved all the light that came in. Saw beautiful sunsets from the deck. The owners were very nice and answered any questions we had within the hour. It worked out that we could check in early which really helped since we were traveling with our dogs. We would definitely recommend staying here. Short walk to beach and close to restaurants. Family vacation on LBI
Loved our time on LBI! House was in a great location! Bay front, with easy one-block walk to the beach. We took advantage of the kayak and fire pit, and we grilled two delicious dinners! Inside was cozy, room with bunk beds was very small. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway
Always such a great time here. It’s our second year renting and we got the entire house this time. You can’t go wrong with either unit. Kevin and Victorya make it an easy process and are always available when you need them!

Perfect location
The location of this rental being right on the bay made up for the not so perfect beach days. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the deck every evening! We cooked in most nights in the well equipped kitchen and dinner with a view was amazing. The beach was an easy short walk and having the traffic light right there made it a breeze.
The owners have a lot of beach equipment right at the location and a great storage room to keep your own.
We did have one issue with the toilet handle which wasn't attached properly and I called about it right away. I was left with the impression that someone would be out to fix it. It stilled worked but was kind of hanging off. Luckily my friends husband came down for the night on Wednesday and fixed it for us.
My only other suggestion would be an awning on the top deck as the sun was a bit much sitting out there in the afternoon.
The owners were very easy to communicate with us before we arrived and answered all our questions promptly. Overall this was a great rental and will definitely consider coming back.

Great week at the beach in LBI!
Property was just as advertised....2nd story with great bay side views on the nice deck and ample parking. Place was clean with modern kitchen appliances and comfortable beds and furniture. Block and half to the beach and right on the bay. Nice to have use of the kayak onsite as well. Beach chairs were provided as well as washer / dryer and good storage area if you bring your own bikes which we did. Walking distance for the kids to Ice Cream and Mini Golf as well. Everything worked out well (including the weather) and we would definitely stay here again. Perfect for 4-6 people to stay here for a week.
