Questa bellissima casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni è perfetta per un weekend, un fine settimana di festa o per godersi lo splendido clima del deserto per alcune settimane mentre la neve si accumula a casa. L'ampio piano aperto è molto accogliente e offre molto spazio per grandi gruppi o famiglie.
Situato a pochi minuti da Coachella, The Polo Grounds, Old Town La Quinta, PGA West e innumerevoli altri campi da golf di classe mondiale.

La casa ha molti aggiornamenti ed è stata arredata con gusto. La master suite è giù per le scale e ha un ampio patio. Le 2 camere degli ospiti sono al piano superiore 1 delle quali ha anche un patio privato.
Lo spazio all'aperto offre innumerevoli aree per godersi il clima caldo e le splendide viste sulle montagne e sugli alberi circostanti. La piscina di acqua salata personalizzata e la vasca idromassaggio sono circondate da un paesaggio lussureggiante e molte sedie a sdraio per godersi il sole. C'è anche una buca per il fuoco quando vuoi goderti un po 'di osservazione delle stelle di notte.

If you want a quiet, and peaceful getaway in the desert this is a nice place for you. The neighborhood is very quiet we only saw one other person in the neighborhood our last visit here. To enter the gated community you must enter the access code given by the host but it’s a bit confusing so a little patience is required to enter. Just give the keypad time to register the code and eventually the gate will open. The home is as described and equipped with many of the things you will need. The kitchen pantry and refrigerator are stocked with useful items that we were glad were there because we forgot to bring them with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also clean and stocked with useful items like shampoo etc. our favorite part is that the home has its own pool. We have stayed at other similar communities in the area and we love the fact that we don’t need to rush to the community pool to get a spot with chairs or shade, it’s all right here for you and your family to enjoy peacefully and at any hour. Other places kick you out of the pool area at 10pm we were swimming with our kids and enjoying the jacuzzi past midnight. The control panel to control the pool and jacuzzi lights and waterfall and heater is a little tricky but with a little tinkering around you will figure it out. The host will respond in a timely manner to answer any questions you my need answered. we enjoyed our stay here so much that we booked it again 5 weeks later and our family enjoyed it again!

The house is comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. The outside pool area is private and we spent most of our days out there. John is easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would go back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I have been renting homes in Palm Desert and La Quinta for over a decade, and no exaggeration, this was the nicest rental we’ve ever had! The property is beyond 5-star luxurious!!!! And whenever I had a question, John replied instantly! We have only fabulous things to say about our stay with zero complaints. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Based on the description, I thought it was 3 full bathrooms, but it was actually 2 full bathrooms, and one half bath. Mercifully, that distinction didn't affect us much. Opening the gate to enter the property requires the callbox which dials the owner, who is mostly responsive but there were two instances where that was not the case, and we had to wait at the gate for a bit of time.

Great house, great yard, great host. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is beautiful with a really nice pool and spa. John is a great host and all communication was excellent. Our favourite place to stay in Puerta Azul.

Rental is as advertised or better. The unit is on a back corner so there is lots of privacy and quiet. Outdoor space is great. Pool was warm and spa was hot. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Huge washer/drier. We didn’t come up with any qualm. We never used the community pool nor recreation area but they looked nice.

Loved the property and would stay again in a heartbeat. Host was great in communicating and the back yard/pool was awesome to view but weather was too cold to spent much time outside. Strongly recommend this home.

The pictures of the house were spot on to what we experienced. The property is very comfortable and the backyard was great. We enjoyed the pool and spa. No issues at all. Very nice stay. One interesting aspect of the property is that the backyard wall is lower than expected which impacted the level of privacy when the shades were open inside the house. Not an issue, more of an observation.

Visited this property for spring break w/ the family. Home is well appointed, comfortable, quite and clean. The host was available but unobtrusive. Everything was very easy and all info was laid out well for guests. Nice location and amenities. Good recommendation.

My wife and I came for the weekend to attend a friends wedding. The property was excellent - good size - clean - peaceful outside area - great neighborhood and overall quite and safe. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

Everything about this property was excellent! It is nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you need and more. It has good sized, beautiful yard with a very nice pool, spa and fire pit. Communication and all dealings with John, the owner, were first rate. We highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Quiet and clean property. Bit of a drive to shopping or restaurants. Pool an extra $50 a day if you want it heated. With the cost to heat it, perfectly understandable. Enjoyable stay.

What a beautiful home John has created for his guests. Attention to the little details was amazing. The kitchen was equipped to allow the guests to cook.
We appreciated that the pantry had spices and other items left from other guests instead of it being thrown away.
The hot tub was Devine and so fun watching the stars and plane traffic.
The fire pit was so cozy at the end of a busy day.
Thank you by far our favorite place.

We had an excellent time at John’s property! The house was exactly as described, with plenty of room for us to be comfortable for our week long stay. The house was well equipped with all kitchen and grilling equipment you could need, and the hot tub was a wonderful escape! We hope to be back when it is warm to take advantage of the beautiful pool as well!

My family and I had such a great stay at this lovely home. The master bedroom is very spacious and opens out to the patio/pool area. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for my daughters and it was a nice place for them to hang out. The living area is large and very comfy, the furniture is actually newer than the photos show, much more modern and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked and appliances worked great. I especially appreciated the Keruig coffee maker for my much needed coffee! The patio/pool area was amazing and where my kids spent most of their time. We can’t wait to come back!!

The host John, wonderful lovely personality, Thank you John. About the property well, it was immaculate my sister was so in awe of just how clean it was and my goodness the decor, Ha!, pictures don't convey how beautiful the ambiance of each and every room. We had a lovely time, in and out of the jacuzzi and pool. Had a blast making smoothies and shakes. And having all the cooking supplies we could need. Not a thing missing. Absolutely spectacular stay. Oh, we went hiking.... Could not had had a better time. Thank you for my wonderful vacation. It was my BEST GETAWAY EVER!!!!

Great place to stay
Home was better than pictured. We were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen extras included (a lot of pantry basics, k-cups, some refrigerator condiments). Pool was as beautiful as pictured. As mentioned in other reviews - can only use heater for pool OR spa (not both at the same time) which was fine once we figured it out.
Location is in a small development. Community lap pool is across the street. When we were there, it was very quiet except for lawn care. Is about a 5-10 minute drive from grocery and restaurants. For us we liked the quiet.
Would recommend staying!
