We were at the Ark Encounter for the homeschool conference. The house was perfect for our group.

Very beautiful! A lot more space than we expected. Perfect location for visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Sprawling ranch with plenty of room for a group. Clean and close to Ark Encounter.

Overall, the home was as described. Lots of space, large kitchen area and plenty of sleeping space. It fit our family well. The large "wrap-around" couch in the living room was fantastic! It would have been nice for the entire couch to recline (there was a missing cord). There were a few light bulbs out, the dining room space a little crowded, and the bedrooms were very plain and basic (a bed and maybe a night stand in most of them - no televisions). We couldn't use the pool because it was winter. Maybe we'll come back to enjoy the pool - it is a place we wouldn't have any issues staying again.

My Mom and Dad, along with all of my siblings and their spouses, stayed for 5 nights. The many bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. We loved the deck on the back with the gorgeous scenery. We saw deer and turkey each day we were there. I would certainly recommend this property

the property can accommodate 4 couples each with an en-suite bathroom. it has an adequate kitchen if planning to cook and a large living room to accommodate 8 people talking or watching tv. the property does need some deferred maintenance; that said, however, we were quite satisfied.

This house worked well for us. Bed and baths for all, wonderful family room, sparkling pool, beautiful country side.

The house easily accommodated 2 couples, 2 single adults and 4 children (3-13). With all days being in the 90s, the pool was great, especially for the children. Being 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter and 45 minutes from the Creation Museum was why we choose the property. The view of the countryside is great and we even had cattle come up to the back fence.

Lots of space for family members. Private bathrooms was a plus! Proximity to Ark Encounter was perfect ...short drive home after a long day with kids. Pool with a view was enjoyed by all. 2nd refrigerator would have been a benefit.

There were 5 couples who enjoyed the space to spread out. We loved the time we spent on the deck and in the pool. The sunset's were beautiful from there. Hope we can come again sometime!

we were totally comfy .....felt like home.....loved the pool as it was a very hot few days during our stay.....kitchen was well equipped for cooking......spacious dining indoors.....comfy beds....clean linens....clean bathrooms....had a great time with family.....

My sisters and our daughters and daughter-in-laws had a wonderful relaxing weekend. Floating in the pool, playing games, talking and catching up -- the house was perfect for our girls' getaway.

Six bedrooms and a pool! This is a great price for the size of this house! The house had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate all of us comfortably, and the multiple bathrooms were a definite plus. The spacious living room was a gathering spot for all of us, with ample seating on the couch We were delighted to find that essentials like soap, towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, and shampoo were provided, making our stay hassle-free and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool to cool off in the afternoons and evenings. The house’s location was wonderful, surrounded by picturesque rolling hills and offering beautiful sunrises and sunsets. One highlight was sitting by the pool in the evening watching the sunset while being visited by a heard of cows at the property fence. The proximity of the house to the Ark Encounter, just a short 10-minute drive away, made it an ideal choice for our trip. The Creation Museum was about 45 minutes away. This house is the perfect blend of comfort, amenities, and a beautiful setting, making our stay truly memorable. My only regret is that it was not available for more days, otherwise we would have stayed longer!

It was a family trip with kids and grandkids. The outdoor yard is not big enough for a baseball game, however, it is big enough for cornhole. There are cornhole boards available. The pool was the highlight, even more than the Ark Encounter. Although not heated, the water was warm. There are pool towels. Another highlight is the amount of bathrooms, almost one per bedroom. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap. Lots of pool chairs. The dining tables were small for our group of 10, but we squeezed together. Older appliances that worked well. Fridge had broken shelves making it more of a challenge for our food. Plenty of utensils and plates. We liked that Starbucks, Skyline Chili and Walmart were close. Miffytown is a nearby children’s character store that is a free attraction and our 4year olds enjoyed their visit. El Jalisco has great Mexican food. Overall, an older dated home that is functional. The carpet in the bedrooms seemed new. Garage and basement not available for use by guests. The family room has electric recliners, however, the switches are a challenge to find as they are on the inside of the cushions between each seat. There is plenty of parking. Be aware that critters can get into the garbage cans even though they’re closed. The property is surrounded by cow pastures. There were board games, however, no pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, etc for the rainy days.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our entire family was able to have plenty of room in this spacious home - lots of bathrooms and bedrooms! We all loved the pool and the beautiful scenery.

The home was beautiful and just enough room for everyone. We were hoping the weather would cooperate to enjoy the pool but it didn't. But the pool was nice to look at. We also had some farm visitors come to the fence. One of my individuals enjoyed all the puzzles. Suggestion would be to have a streaming tv or device like Roku or Amazon fire stick in the main sitting area to view movies. But we would definitely return.

The house was perfect for us. Awesome views, awesome pool! Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We will be back!!

The house is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The amenities are generous. The views are spectacular! The hosts are easily accessible with any questions that may arise. We had a large group and loved it! The pool is nice and large. My only con is the beds were small and not the most comfort but thats just a person thing for me.

Our group 8 mo.- 86 years old enjoyed this spacious rare find and the beautiful, country setting. The bedrooms were so quiet and separated with four on one side of the house (older ones) and two on the other side (for the young family) worked perfect for our group. Having enough bathrooms for everyone, was especially appreciated as well as the inviting, clean pool being ready by mid-May. The house was clean, had plenty of comfortable seating, parking and all one level. A previous reviewer mentioned a step down to the dining room that we were watching out for but we never found it.

Everything was as expected. The house was very comfortable for all 11 of us. Two recommendations: 1. Dressers in each bedroom; 2. An extra step into the dining room. One of our family fell stepping into the dining room with that deep step, fell into the china cabinet, and fractured two ribs. She had healed up very nicely, but the next person who falls may not.

Good place for 4 Couples to stay for the Ark Encounter. We had plenty of room and the home was clean.

The home is lovely, spacious and clean! We had family members from 13 years old to 91 years old - the ranch plan with minimal steps was perfect. We enjoyed spending down time together in the home. We all enjoyed the Arc Encounter and the Creation Museum.

This property was just right for our group of 10 (3 families). It feels uncrowded and quiet (deer and turkeys in the yard) and yet is only 40 minutes or so from Cincinnati and Lexington. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed the way we could spread out or congregate at this house. Most sleeping areas had a bathroom (all but one) and there’s a huge restroom near the family room. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to congregate too. If I went again, I would bring utensils needed for cooking and also specific baking pans needed. However there are several pots, pans and cutting boards, a sheet pan and a muffin pan. We would definitely stay again!

Seating in living room &kitchen was ideal for our party of nine. Sunrise’s & sunsets were beautiful.

Love that there were enough bathrooms. Part of the reason we picked this. Dont like when it's like 10 p;eople and only 2 bathrooms. Close proximity to the Ark, of course. Not much around, so definitely bring food and groceries. Though, there is Walmart in Dry Ridge.
