Great location near town & beaches in West End quiet neighborhood Dog friendly!
Bella casa moderna della fine del secolo con molte finestre e luce solare in ottima posizione! Dal ponte e dal soggiorno si vede una vista sull'oceano e sul faro di Wood End. Ci sono terreni boschivi di conservazione dietro la casa e dall'altra parte della strada. Idealmente situato in una strada tranquilla con accesso vicino alla spiaggia e città con ottimi ristoranti, gallerie d'arte, cinema e negozi.
Cucina completamente attrezzata e griglia esterna Weber, camino funzionante, piano superiore aperto, ponte fuori dal soggiorno e ponte separato per le due camere da letto al piano inferiore. Disponibili macchine da caffè Nespresso e Drip. Parcheggio fuori strada per due auto.

Wonderful house, neighborhood and weather. Absolutely perfect.

We loved everything about the house. The property is beautiful and offers many different spaces in which to relax inside and out, while also offering the privacy and serenity of overlooking nothing but trees. We had all the conveniences we needed and more. We particularly appreciated being able to use the four bikes in the garage. Access to the center of town is quick and easy on foot and by bike. Thank you for a fantastic week in P’town!

This property is the perfect retreat for small groups to enjoy a vacation together. The house had everything you could possibly need; was clean; and the outside decks were wonderful. We will be back!

Stayed the whole week with some friends and the house was so pretty, clean and well stocked. Nice little quiet neighborhood but a very simple bike ride into the heart of town. Will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was very clean, cozy and made it very easy to relax.
The kitchen/living room/dining room area was an awesome space that allowed us to cook and socialize with one another.
The owners were very quick to respond to any questions.
I would go back in a second! We were so sad to leave!

Very clean, very well stocked! Only complaint is third bedroom does not have an bathroom on the same floor. Ended up giving 2 of our friends a discount on what they paid for their share due to lack of bathroom
Would stay again, just with 4 people instead of six.

This place was so great the first year that we came back a second year! The living room and decks are so accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need! The beds are comfortable, AC works perfectly, and the best added feature this year was the outdoor rinse shower for beach days. The whole family is eagerly anticipating another return trip next summer!!

We rented this home for a month and had an amazing visit. The house was perfect, from location to size and amenities. Given we were there for a month I most appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is and the high end appliances. I highly recommend this home.

This house was as advertised. It feels very secluded- you are nestled into the tree tops and it’s hard to believe other houses are nearby. We saw a tree frog on the window and a hawk flying right by the upper deck.
The house is well appointed, has a beautiful architectural design and was very clean. The neighborhood is lovely and sits on a hill just above west end. It is an easy walk into town and it was great having access to the 4 bikes to ride through the provincelands.
The host were prompt in responding even though we had no issues and the check-in was easy. Highly recommended- we will be back.

There were so many things we loved about this house that we booked it again for next year as soon as we got home! The living area was bright and spacious, the kitchen well-stocked, and the bedrooms comfortable and private. We spent much of our time at home on the upper deck which couldn’t have been nicer, surrounded by trees with comfy chairs and an awning that, if opened, covered it entirely!
That being said, we booked this house for its location… a walk into the heart of P’town for galleries, restaurants and nightlife, and close to beautiful beaches, Provincelands and other trails. Though we brought our own, their bikes and chairs were in good condition and came in handy for our group.
It’s definitely a great property and I feel lucky for having found it!

This was our second summer staying here for a week. We were sold on the house last year. It's a great house for 3 couples to each have their own space, and also hangout together, cook, and be on the deck. The central air is great in the summer. It's near a lot of the west end beaches, and bikes are included for getting to them. Both years we've stayed we've found it easy to communicate with the owners.

This home was exactly as advertised! Very accommodating-even with 3 (teen) kids in tow-everything you could imagine wanting or needing, we way overpacked cause I’m always nervous, but we needed for nothing. All beautiful brand new appliances, nicer than what I’m used to at home, really added to the feel of “vacation”! The location was insane with the beach right down the street, and nightlife scene also within steps, yet the neighborhood is quiet and private.
We literally booked this house again just minutes after making it home for the same week next year-I’m so happy we found this spot! And the owners were very easy and available for communication-excellent experience!!

Provincetown family get-away
This property was even better than described. Sitting in the living room we felt we were sitting among the forest, and yet downtown Commercial street and the ocean were minutes away. The beds were super comfy, loved the extra big bathtub and I was so excited when I found that the toilets had bidet attachments. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We will definitely rent this home again.

Gorgeous Home
This home is truly a gem! We’ve been coming to Provincetown for many years and this was such a great find. The layout is perfect and the outdoor patios are perfect for reading in the sun or bbq’ing. The huge added bonus was the bikes. We loved this property! Would absolutely stay again

The place was exactly as advertised and Karen was very responsive. It was a perfect setting for our wedding week. The view from the top deck is spectacular

Great spot on the west end of Provincetown
Love this house! Great open living, dining and kitchen space. Terrific deck that felt like you were in a treehouse. Could see a slice of the water and lovely sunsets. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen. Great communication with host. Convenient to Herring Cove and our favorite - the jetty. Highly recommend!

Fun week in Ptown with friends
This property was spacious as hoped, nice beds, with several outdoor decks, a bbq, recently installed kitchen appliances, and nice strong central air quite useful in the August heat, and also a very responsive host. We were heading to Ptown to meet friends with whom we've stayed in other Ptown/west end rentals in the past. This year we headed there as Hurricane Henri was maybe going to hit the Cape (and then didn't really).. but in the few days beforehand I traded several emails with the hosts to ask about what to know about in a big storm (confirming the property was on a hill, learning that the roof was recently upgraded, etc). All went well. We would definitely rent this house again.

everyone gets their own private deck!
Our family splurged for a whole week in Ptown and loved staying in this house. The house has three decks on different levels which our adult kids thought was fun. It's in our favorite location, near the dunes, and has four bikes in the garage for whizzing down to them. We hope to stay here again.

A peaceful nest at the green canopy
One of the best, most sensitive and well appointed places I’ve been. This home is a true case of a “5-star review I don’t want to spill”. Owners are very friendly, straightforward and responsive. The house is very clean, spacious and beds are delicious! The location is just enough out of the buzz of Commercial St, but everything is accessible by foot or bike, if you want to give the car a rest. May I suggest you take the pedicab back home from a night at the town, it’s a super fun ride… tip well, support the workers! 😉

Super Location and fully equipped
A short bike ride to the beach or a short walk into the west end of town. The 2 lower level bedrooms are spacious, outstanding views, deck access, cedar closets and access to baths. The upper floor bed is a little tight. Thankfully our friends didn’t mind. Maybe use the review to determine who in the party stays in that room ahead - to not cause arrival stress. The large deck off the upper floor is second to none. Comfortable dining or lounging. The retractable awning is easy to operate and helps reduce the afternoon heat in the house. Hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great vacation.

Fab spacious and comfy house a short walk from all that is West End Ptown-yet life is quiet, gorgeous trees and summer breezes on the large decks! Perfect! Great for gathering with family and friends…!

Beautiful, Peaceful, Escape
The home is amazing and absolutely beautiful. Sitting on the deck among the tree tops looking out at the ocean will stay in my mind forever. Its spacious with natural sunlight pouring in from all sides. Various decks and outside spaces allows a group of 4 adults to spread out and have some downtime on their own. So many amenities, this place has it all. We loved it.

Beautiful home.
We thoroughly enjoyed the home at 11 Pilgrim Heights. The owners were responsive and very flexible with our requests. Our only concern was VRBOs nightly listing amount they didn’t include owners fees etc. I would highly recommend the property just be aware of the additional fees.

Fantastic Treetop House
The outdoor deck spaces (three of them!) are situated above the trees. The living room is fantastic with light and windows providing 180 degree view. Outdoor shower was lovely!

Beautiful week at the Cape
We had a wonderful time in Provincetown at this Property. I traveled with my 2 sons and parents. This house was great for a multi-generational group. The pictures do not do it justice- it is larger than it appears. The location was perfect- beaches and bike path were bikeable and town was walkable. the owner's were accessible and helpful. I would definitely travel here again.
