Se stai cercando un posto tranquillo in cui rilassarti, è qui che devi stare! Fai una passeggiata lungo la nostra spiaggia privata. Sali vicino all'acqua o sulla terrazza del cottage e senti il tuo stress essere sostituito da una calma mentre il sole e le brezze calme ti rilassano.
Il cottage è l'ideale per 4 persone. Ci sono 2 camere da letto al piano di sotto. Entrambe le camere hanno un letto matrimoniale. C'è un divano letto full-size situato nella zona giorno principale. Ha un bagno con doccia. Il salone principale è stato appena rinnovato nel 2017. Nel 2018, abbiamo messo un nuovo lavandino del bagno, nuovi mobili da cucina, nuove finestre e ristrutturazioni all'esterno dei cottage.
Questo cottage ha anche un condizionatore d'aria per i finestrini da utilizzare nei giorni molto caldi. C'è un ventilatore a soffitto nel soggiorno che mantiene la casa fresca.
Questo cottage dispone anche di un ampio terrazzo, perfetto per rilassarsi al sole, cenare in famiglia o sedersi e ammirare gli splendidi tramonti e / o le stelle. Sedie da tavolo e ombrellone sono disponibili per il ponte. Il cottage dispone di cavo Xfinity, TV a schermo piatto da 55 "e Internet Wi-Fi.

Il cottage disponibile per il noleggio è il cottage di mezzo, uno di ritorno dalla spiaggia. È a circa 50 piedi dalla spiaggia. La spiaggia è privata, di solito con solo poche persone nelle vicinanze. L'intera area è molto tranquilla e rilassante. Se scegli di avventurarti, sarai vicino a molti Grandi Luoghi di Interesse

Simple, quaint, adorable... Carol's cottage was perfect for a get-away. Just minutes from the water, I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

My highly anticipated , 6 months planning, 2 week vacation & family reunion crushed and abandoned due to unacceptable & less than hospitable conditions and neglect. Cleaning & maintenance need to be addressed. Cottage not properly restocked between tenants with typical, common, everyday supplies. Hardware store errands for lightbulbs should not be on a renters "to do" list as suggested to me by owner. Be aware there is a steep, narrow stairwell leading to the poorly lit lower level. Request photos of tiny 3/4 bathroom before you commit and be sure to note primitive repair in shower. For the money I spent I expected so much more, at the least & at the top of any renters wish list - an accommodation that is immaculately clean. I declined the owners offer to send "the maid" to clean because the thorough cleaning necessary - particularly of spiders, cobwebs, dust & the filthy ceiling fan could not have been accomplished while anyone ( as well as their belongings) were inside. This offer was made after I informed the owner (on the third day) that I was leaving after one week, with the reasons why and requesting a refund for the remaining week. It should also be noted that a renter hoping to do any swimming from the sandy beach will need heavy duty beach shoes in order to access the very rocky shoreline. Waited years to get to the Cape - there were some sunny days - grateful for that.

The cottage was adorable inside, freshly painted and decorated with quaint seaside vibes. But the best thing about it is being so close to the beautiful, private beach! From the deck you can’t see but can hear the ocean waves and smell the ocean air. Just steps up the path for the whole experience. We loved sitting on the Jetty letting the waves splash our feet, paddle boarding, fires, and walking along the secluded shore to each end of the beach, which gets even more beautiful as it meets the grassy marsh. Adorable sandpipers and terns are fun to watch. You may wish to bring water shoes as it does get a bit rocky near the water. Also should note the bedrooms are in the basement. They do have a dehumidifier which helps, just make sure to empty it out regularly, as we forgot to once it and did get a bit musty, especially if you have severe asthma/allergy. It was still a great experience and we made so many memories here. Sandwich is a great little town with lots to do for the family! On rainy days, we found the glass museum, fish hatchery, grist mill, and cute shops downtown.

Cute little cottage with great location. No frills and could use a little updating but with the beach 50 foot away no complaints. Carol kept in touch to make sure everything was fine.

Cozy little cottage, perfect for the two of us. Quiet, private beach only a few steps from the cottage. Nice area to go for long morning walks. Thank you Carol for your quick responses to our questions.

In all honesty the location of the property and the beach its located on is amazing. The views are spectacular and can not beat. The property manager was fantastic and communicated throughout the process. The only downside of the property is that the bedrooms are located in the basement which was not clearly stated in the listing. The AC unit is also only on the first floor. Making sleeping in the basement on a hit night very uncomfortable. Also with the bedrooms being in the basement and it being very humid it made everything musty smelling. I wish there wasnt the issues with the bedrooms as it would have made the house perfect.

The cottage is small but clean. The stretch of beach that it sits on is perfect. Carol was super responsive and ensured we had all of our questions answers.
