Fabulous Quiet Condo - Gorgeous Mountain Views !
Per me è una priorità dare ai miei ospiti un soggiorno piacevole!
Il condominio si trova in una comunità gated serena e si trova al piano superiore di due piani.
C'è un ampio parcheggio, incluso un posto auto coperto.
L'unità è confortevole, luminosa e ariosa, con ampie stanze. Piedi quadrati: 1.175.
Dipinto di recente; nuova pavimentazione
WiFi, TV via cavo in soggiorno e camera da letto principale, lettore CD, VCR e DVD.
Un ampio balcone con una spettacolare vista sulle montagne si affaccia sulla piscina. Forniamo un barbecue elettrico (senza carbone per pulire).
La seconda camera ha un balcone separato con vista campi da tennis, anche con splendida vista sulle montagne.
La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo espandibile per riunioni più grandi.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresi nuovi elettrodomestici, forno a microonde e tostapane, caffettiera, bollitore, tostapane, frullatore e molto altro.
La camera da letto principale con letto king-size dispone di ampia cabina armadio, bagno completo e tavolo da trucco. Asciugacapelli anche fornito.
La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e il proprio bagno completo nelle vicinanze.
Un aerobed queen-size può ospitare due ospiti durante la notte.
Il campo da golf Mesquite Country Club (18 buche) si trova dall'altra parte della strada.
Campi da tennis sono a pochi passi dalla porta principale. Forniamo due racchette. Offriamo anche due mountain bike a 21 velocità.

This is a good location; very quiet, with gorgeous landscaping and views. The furniture is comfortable and the unit is well appointed. We'll be back!

Check in and communication was excellent. The unit is comfortable although a little bit dated.
We found the bed in the second bedroom not very comfortable… could use a new mattress and new pillows. The location was perfect for us… close to downtown. The pool was right in our backyard and the neighbours were friendly.

Awesome place. Ran out of toilet paper on day four. An extra roll or two would be nice.

Beautiful property in a great location (2.5 miles from DT). Immaculate with every possible amenity. Devin (property manager) is the best! Right on time, efficient and very helpful. Lovely pool and hot tub just out our porch door. Highly recommend!!!

My mother and I had a great week at Kate's property in Palm Springs. It is well located; close to downtown and other tourist sites. There is ample parking throughout the complex. The condo has everything you need and is quite cozy and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi practically in your 'backyard' is wonderful. The property and grounds were quiet and everyone was friendly and respectful. The property manager was very welcoming upon check-in and ready to help, if needed. I'd recommend Kate's property and we would certainly stay here again.

The condo was very clean but a little "tired". The owner let us know afterwards that she will be doing some painting and updates later this year. Only bad experience was that the pool was being serviced and resurfaced, which it seems no one was told would be happening, owners or residents. They began loud grinding between 7 and 7:45 AM all week. Not conducive for sleeping in each morning. There was another pool very close so it was not much of an issue. We spent the better part f our days poolside. Shopping, groceries, and entertainment was very close, but we rented a car, not really very walkable.

Kate's property is great. Convenient location, pretty setting, a super manager who is very accomodating and quick to respond to anything, everything that you might need in the unit. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our first time in Palm Springs and we loved it although our stay wasn’t nearly long enough. Location was great and very comfortable accommodations. Having access to bikes and bbq was a bonus. Well stocked condo with all the necessary supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was across from the complex' tennis courts on one side and backed on to a pool/spa area on the other. The complex, including the pool area, was very quiet and peaceful. We found the location within Palm Springs to be quite central and it was easy to get around the region quickly from there. There were a couple of very minor housekeeping issues, which I'm sure would have been caught prior to our arrival had the property manager not been ill and unable to meet us upon checkin. Communication with Kate and also with the property manager was great. We'd stay again!

We absolutely loved our week in this condo. From the location to the absolute solitude of the complex. The owner has done a fantastic job in making this condo feel like home. The hot tub was just the right prescription for sore muscles at the end of the day. We would not hesitate returning to this condo again

Kate’s condo VRBO is 5 stars. It is clean, spacious and fully equipped for either small breakfasts or family dinners. The location is quiet, with a lovely view of the mountains and the Palm trees in the foreground from the balcony, plus a lovely pool and hot tub. Recommended without any reservations.

The condo was pleasant and thoughtfully furnished on well kept grounds. The shower faucets and the patio doors required a bit of strength and ingenuity to operate, and could use updating. Everything else was top notch.

This rental is accurately depicted online. The complex is very quiet and the pool was ideally located. We enjoyed the use of the 2 bikes. Nice place for a getaway.

Great location
Kate’s condo was spacious, offered two balconies, and was a great location many things around Palm Springs. Devin was a gracious property manager too. Due to the heat we didn’t partake in some amenities (bikes, swimming during the daytime) but appreciated the pool during the evenings and proximity to local restaurants, site-seeing activities, and grocery stores. It truly felt like home being able to cook & relax when not out seeing the town. Well worth the stay!

The only complaint I would have is that the website stated that is was for up to 6 people and once I booked it, the owner required another 300.00 for having that amount of people staying other than that everything was great! Perfect location
This was the 2nd visit to this wonderful condo (for 14 days this time). Felt like home without all the daily chores and upkeep. Perfect size - 2 BR 2 bath. Plenty of room and nothing was lacking. We will definitely return for another stay!

Highly recommend
We really enjoyed our stay. Very accessible location in Palm Springs. Loved overlooking the pool and how close we were to it. The internet was a little slow at times but it seemed like that was across the whole complex not just our unit. Would stay here again if the opportunity was available.

Terrific Palm Springs Winter Escape
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this lovely condo in a resort community.
