Nuovo sul mercato a settembre 2017, Creekside Carriage House si trova su un acro di fianco a Baron's Creek e direttamente dietro la famosa casa vacanze Creekside Farmhouse dei proprietari. Creekside Carriage House è disponibile in aggiunta a Creekside Farmhouse o come proprio noleggio privato.
Con viste spettacolari su Baron's Creek e campi lussureggianti ed erbosi, ti sentirai come se fossi in campagna, ma sono a soli 2 isolati da Main Street ea pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni del centro. Scendi le scale fino a Baron's Creek per una passeggiata sull'acqua, osserva la fauna selvatica dal loft simile a una casa sull'albero o rilassati sotto il portico nel vasto cortile. Questo è tutto per le vacanze!
Ristrutturata nell'estate del 2017, la Creekside Carriage House offre un'ampia sala giochi al piano inferiore con un bar su misura, frigorifero, lavandino, TV a schermo piatto da 65 pollici, area salotto e bagno di servizio. Direttamente al piano superiore c'è un loft soleggiato - circondato da finestre panoramiche che espongono viste mozzafiato sul Baron's Creek e oltre. La luce in questa stanza è sorprendente, e non c'è da meravigliarsi che in passato fosse utilizzata da un artista di talento come suo studio. Molti dei suoi dipinti colorati sono presenti in casa. Un divano letto nel soppalco può ospitare due persone e un lettino pieghevole aggiuntivo (riposto nell'armadio) può essere utilizzato per un altro ospite.
La spaziosa cucina / sala da pranzo è decorata con colori vivaci - con nuovi elettrodomestici, un'isola di macelleria blu brillante, armadi verde chiaro, ripiani in latta e un lungo tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. La cucina è completamente fornita di pentole, piatti e bicchieri.
La camera da letto principale è accogliente ma spaziosa - con lenzuola lussuose, un comodo letto king size, un tavolo da trucco e un adorabile posto vicino al finestrino. Grandi finestre fiancheggiano il letto e offrono viste più belle, ma una luce più morbida che viene filtrata attraverso enormi alberi a strapiombo - perfetto per dormire!
Il bagno sfoggia una vanità artigianale, una doccia / vasca e un lucernario, mantenendo le cose leggere e luminose. Saponi e shampoo di qualità Spa sono immersi in un cestino vicino al lavandino.

Loved everything about it, including the lovely view over greenery down to a small flowing creek. Everything in the house worked perfectly. Owner extremely helpful to get his plumber to quickly fix an issue. 5+ stars!

The layout of the place was great. We watched deer playing down by the creek from the bedroom window. Overall was a very peaceful country atmosphere. That's peacefulness however is achieved a stones throw from the heart of main Street. I will stay here again next time

Fantastic place to experience all Fredericksburg has to offer. Walk to town no problem! Quick trip to wineries! Best part is you have peace and tranquility while close to the action. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Overall no question 5 stars for me. We will be back for sure.

Stayed at the Carriage House with my 3 children when we came to Fredericksburg for Oktoberfest and the property is gorgeous! Clean, great location, nice porch with patio lights to drink coffee in the morning or hang out at night, and beautiful view of the creek from the upstairs windows. Just a short walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

My husband and I were able to sneak away for a quick weekend. The Carriage house was the perfect place for us! It’s on the beautiful barons creek- very relaxing, quiet and serene. We enjoyed our coffee outside in the morning- such a treat! The house is decorated beautifully and the bed is super comfortable! It’s in a dreamy location- close to town and close to the vineyards as well. Living room, 1/2 bath and bar downstairs. Loft, full kitchen, dining, bedroom and full bath upstairs. A very nice, quiet neighborhood! Hope to visit again soon!

The cottage was just right for our family of four. Clean and had everything we needed. We loved how it was in town but the nearby creek made it feel like we were in the country. Host responded promptly and was easy to communicate with.

The property was even better than expected. It was spotless, in a very quiet neighborhood, and walkable to Main St. We enjoyed the outside space, the comfortable furnishings, and the thoughtful touches found throughout the home. Communication with the owner was clear and concise. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We were a little worried because it is above the garage at the rear of the property, but we were quite surprised when we walked in. It was absolutely fantastic and more spacious that we could have imagined. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the creek was perfect!

This property was fantastic. Pictures don't do it justice! Location was great--secluded with great nature access but also very walkable to Main Street. We had a couple minor hiccups at check-in, but the property manager was wonderful and got everything sorted for us very quickly. Loved our visit to the Carriage House. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay
The carriage house was wonderfully appointed. The location is close to town, yet you feel as though you are in the country. We enjoyed the deck and the creek view. The driveway was tricky with an suv when the main house is occupied, but we managed. The lovely property manager gave us some tips on how to manager the parking. We would definitely stay there again.

I could go on and on and on about this rental! We were greeted to soft music playing and it instantly felt like home. All the little touches throughout made our time inside so enjoyable. The bar area downstairs was perfect for quick refills while enjoying the new deck/patio area while watching the deer and listening to the creek trickle by. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was amazingly comfortable and topped with linens that you just melt in. I cannot say enough about this place, pictures just don’t do it justice. The only items that I’d like to mention as “would’ve been nice to have” would be the lighting outside, but I definitely think it’s worth noting that I truly believe this is not something that has been overlooked, but in the works! Buck and his family have gone above and beyond with every little detail I’m sure we booked before they have had the opportunity to put their amazing twist on the newly added outside area. There were string lights up over the fire pit area in the space between the carriage house and the farmhouse. I’m assuming those could be controlled from the farmhouse. I have a feeling something similar is coming for the carriage house outside area as well! This definitely didn’t stop us from our late night porch dancing, we just opened the shades and let the lights from inside light up our new dance floor on the deck! There was a portable speaker provided and we got our use out of it for sure!!!! Definitely will be booking again!

Gorgeous House
What a gorgeous house! Everything was beautiful and clean. Highly recommended. The property is perfect walking distance from Main Street. The view outside is great, and the grape tree was a pleasant surprise by the creek. Would recommend lighting by porch to enjoy the outdoors at night. Great host!

Perfect Location
I loved staying in this loft apartment. You feel like you are in a treehouse when you are upstairs. Every window has a beautiful view of trees and the creek below. The owners have done a fantastic job decorating this space. It was a perfect set up for my two daughters to work remotely while enjoying the wineries and peach season. I will definitely try to stay here again!

Great location! It has a nice and relaxing view of the creek from the deck. It's close to downtown Fredericksburg but "feels" like you are in the country, so it's the best of both worlds. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to stay here again.
