The property was clean, well laid out, and a perfect size for two families to share. I loved the openness of the kitchen to the living room with a great dining table to gather around. There is a pantry are for food storage and a well-stocked kitchen as well as a downstairs convenient powder room. It is close to the beach (<5 min. drive) and a great HEB (<10 min. drive). Carlos the owner was also very kind and reached out to ensure we were able to access the home easily. We also enjoyed the nice little pool. It was overall a wonderful stay!

Excellent property with plenty of room for everyone. We were a family of 8 and at no time did we feel crowded; the home had all the little touches right down to the beach chairs and toys.

The place was so big and nice. Much bigger and brighter than the photos. Great kitchen for cooking, and ooen living space for family time. It was a great location, within a mile or two of 3 different awesome beaches. We had such a nice time!

They truly made our experience awesome! The house is minutes away from Whitecap Beach & the packery channel if you like to fish. There’s also a newly opened grocery store down the street.

The property was just as described!The house was beautiful and the pool was awesome! Beach right down the road by day and pool by night! The owners were amazing and very easy to deal with! Everything was GREAT, owners checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was good and to make sure we had no problems during our stay. The home was well maintained and up to date The location was perfect for multiple nearby beach access .

It did not take long for Mar-a-Villa to feel like our home away from home. It is tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The great location provided us with many opportunities for a variety of activities and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the miles of beaches, the attractions in Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and the smaller towns in the area. We highly recommend this townhouse to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vacation on North Padre Island.

Very spacious and just a few mins to the beach. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely stay again.

Carlos was extremely helpful! His customer service in combination with the amazing condo made this an easy 5 star vacation! I highly recommend this to anyone with a large family or maybe a couple of small families getting together!

We spent Jan. - Mar. 2018 at this lovely condo. 3 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, and a huge loft and 2 car garage. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. The condo immaculate. The owner has a fabulous cleaning person so this condo is spotless. Everything there is the highest quality. It was a grand winter being so close to the beach, great restaurants, and Corpus Christi nearby. After 12 years of renting, this condo is the best!

This was a perfect condo for our family of 8. It was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities! Having the master bedroom downstairs was great! The pool was nice and the beach was short drive away. Looking forward to returning soon!

We had a great week at the beach with my sister-in-law and her daughter. 7 of us in all and plenty of room for everyone. Played on the beach, had great swimming pool time and then played board/card games at night. We cooked some meals and ate out at others. Not a bad second was had. 2 car garage was a great plus and the master bed was super comfortable! Thanks for sharing your place!

Was a great place to stay, plenty of room for 6-8 people. Comment not complaint was: only 1 kitchen towel, made it difficult to dry dishes and wash towels at the same time, only 1 set of bath towels for each person, which made it difficult to take showers and wash towels at the same time also difficult to cook for 6-8 people with 1 casserole dish. Is a great place but the "fullly stocked" kitchen is lacking a little in "stocked", part. Plenty of plates/utensils, just no broiler pan (blew our steak night cooking). Again, great place but I would bring dish towels (at least a few), extra bath towels and casserole dishes if you need to bake more than 1 dish at a time, one.1 pot holder and 1 oven mit (inconvenient with only 1 of each, need more in a fully stocked kitchen). Also no tupperware to store left overs either, I used zip lock baggies I brought (for a just in case I needed them). My 4 star is because of the lack of "stocked" kitchen, & lack of bath & kitchen towels, but it is a great place. I would recommend it. Close to the beach and Schliterbaun which was very convenient. When we had any issues, they were quick to respond and resolve any problems to the best of their ability.

This town home is in a perfect location. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and the water park. I loved the half bath downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I would stay again.

OK, you can stop searching for a place to stay on Padre Island because this is the best condo on the island. We loved staying in this clean, open, well-decorated condo. There was plenty of space for our group and the beach was only 5 minutes away. Staying here is really like staying in your own house. The only negative about this condo is that you can't stay there every weekend. All kidding aside, it is the best beach condo we have ever stayed at and the owners are so nice. Please do yourself a favor and book your next Padre vacation here - you will be so glad you did.

We had two adults with five grandchildren.... no babies. It was a great condo as the children were all upstairs. The condo is nicely equipped, A/C worked very well since it was so hot outside, and all of us were quite comfy! The condo is spacious. Living room was big enough for all to be seated while we watched TV. Kitchen well equipped and dishes were nicer than usual in a rental condo. We did not want for a thing..... so we would definitely recommend this for a family stay! Carlos was responsive any time we had a question. We were a short drive to the beach, which made everyone happy. Great place and looked just like it did online!

the condo was perfect! Great towels, nice cooking utensils, very clean, beds were comfortable and was spacious for our family of 8. If back in the area we will definitely try to book this one again!

Great area, close to the cvs as well as restaurants and the beach. Perfect location

We enjoyed our family vacation at the condo. It was spacious and clean. Grandma and Aunt were very comfortable in the master suite. Kids loved the pool after each day at the beach. Everything we wanted to do was so close. Kids had some allergies/asthma in twin bedroom, so they decided to sleep downstairs on the couch. Maybe someone before us had pets. Overall, a really special time, and great customer service from Carlos. Thank you so much!
