It was a great location and able to walk to a lot of places. We used the Breezy Rider and had a great experience with that. Tybee locals are very friendly and helpful. The food was really good too. Our rental was easy to get to and from. The place was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very clean, safe and cozy property, great location right near the beach ( we enjoyed watching dolphins there). The host was extremely quick to respond and easy to work with. Every detail was well thought off, they had everything we needed and more. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available, all kitchen appliances and utensils. The property is on the top third floor with a view of the ocean from the balcony. I definitely recommend this place!

The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We couldn’t find the bedroom remote to change the channel and the check in time was listed differently than an email I received. So was unsure if check in was at 3 or 4. No big deal we just ran some errands before check in time. Overall we had a great time and will be back next year!

A little dated as far as appliances, cabinets, and shower stall instead of tub (kinda tough with a little one), which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but overall a great stay. The unit was clean and stocked with everything needed for the beach. The property in general is very well maintained including the pool, and the beach is spectacular! We’ll definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We came up for our anniversary, and it was a nice, quiet, cozy place to stay. The view from the balcony was incredible, we were able to sit on it and watch dolphins play for hours. The water on this side of the island is so much calmer than the south side, and the beach was much less crowded. The property has a paved, gated parking lot which made us feel safe leaving our vehicle. They have a large bike rack space and it extremely close to the suggested bike route Tybee has set up. We highly recommend this property, and would absolutely stay here again.

Nice and peaceful get away

Nice economy condo for two. Due to north beach don’t expect large waves but truly relaxing experience - don’t forget Doc’s bar if you dig live music & great dives!

Property was just as advertised. Excellent view. Loved the walk in shower. Great utilization of small space.

The room itself wasn’t the worst but wasn’t good. To start, there are no carts to use for luggage at all and there is only one elevator on the far opposite side of the building. That makes for a lot of trips up and down stairs with two little kids and luggage. The beds were painfully uncomfortable and loud so anytime you moved it echoed. The bed is more like a full size though and to get on it, you have to turn sideways to squeeze between it and the wall (the pictures are quite deceiving for size). The air works great in the living room but doesn’t really work in the bedroom so to be cool in bed, icicles need to be forming in the living room. The flooring in the open areas needs replaced rather than just covered with a rug because you can feel the laminate pieces moving under the rug when you walk on it. The shower floor is falling through. They don’t tell you that you aren’t allowed on the beach or in the pool after 9pm. And the “beach access” isn’t there until almost noon. The tide is up to the dunes until then so you can’t go play on the beach. We actually drove down somewhere else to go play on the beach instead of waiting 4 hours around the room. They charge a cleaning fee but from the looks of the dust and air vents, they need new cleaning people. I will say the positive side of this rental is them having an umbrella and cooler we could borrow was nice, it helped out a fair amount.

Tiny, but if this is your landing spot it’s ok. We needed a place to stopover on our way to St. Augustine. Floor needed lots of work. I’d say it was 500 sq ft.

The condo exceeded our expectations, it was clean and adorable. the check in process was the best I had ever experienced. We hope to return someday in the future

I love the view is was so nice and love the beach not a lot people like there was own down the beach. The room so cute and nice had everything you need to live and even had stuff for the beach so you don’t have bring your own. We’ll stay again

Rental process was extremely easy. The owner is very easy to work with. I had to reschedule and he was more then willing to accommodate the needed change. Would definitely recommend renting from this owner. The condo is very nice and is very close to the ocean.

I booked this property based on prior positive reviews outweighing the negative ones since there weren't many negative reviews. This is a decently priced rental, for what you are paying there are better and more updated options available. Also there are stairs to get to the elevator so i would be mindful of that. But when we arrived it was not clean and there was a lot of dust on dishes, a ceiling fan, and the air return. There was also what appears to be water damage or something behind the wall covering near the balcony. The floor is peeling or coming up in spots as another reviewer mentioned. The other small things were mostly due to the age of the unit like a couple cracks on the wall etc. I notified the owner and he just said he would notify the cleaning people, no apology or empathy for us and our young daughter being in a dirty condo. Paying a cleaning fee we expected better. Also the bedroom is VERY small, the bed takes up almost the whole room to where you have to turn sideways to walk by the bed which per the pictures I thought it would be a little more roomy. The bed itself was ok but super noisy and creaky when you moved on it or got in or our of the bed. It was probably the size of the room but the bed felt very small more like a full than a queen. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch because of that. This made nights hard to avoid waking up the baby when I was ready to go to bed. The patio railing and furniture were a little cluttered and we had to be careful letting our daughter out there because it would have been easy for her to be on one of the chairs and fall over the railing. The location is nice, on the quieter and less crowded part of the island, and there are good dining options nearby. The beach was great and we saw dolphins every day. The pool is well kept and there are attendants but no lifeguards. Overall if we were to go back I would book somewhere else in this same area due mostly to the cleanliness and bed.

First of all, kudos to the cleaning staff! It was spotless! Our main gripe is the bed. We stayed 2 nights and actually got up and left at 2 in the morning on checkout day. It was the most miserably uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in & the sofa bed was worse. We got no sleep while we were there. We didn’t care for the beach but enjoyed the pool. Also, everyone was very friendly. We checked out of Savannah at 11 and had to wait several hours to check in. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool while we had to wait.

It was very clean and an excellent location. The ocean view was wonderful and it was not far from the wonderful restaurants. I will give this vacation rental property a 10+ rating!!! 🤩🤩

Very relaxing and quiet…

My sister and I did a girls trip and stayed here. It was in walking distance to the beach, 5 minutes from downtown Tybee Island and 25 minutes from Savannah. Great location. Cute condo. Checking in and checking out were very easy!

Loved it!

It is very nice & the condo was very nice! It had everything we needed, very clean!! The only thing we would liked to have was handicap parking closer to the elavator as well the handicap ramp as well instead of going up the steps with all our bags! Very rough for our age! The pool we loved & very clean which Mike & Matt kept it orderly at all times! Will be back again

Everything was perfect, except for the tiny TV in the bedroom.

Nice place. The location is excellent. We literally spent 3 hours in the beach watching dolphins playing. Not crowded at all. Easy check in. Clean room. Definitely plan to go back!

It was very clean and quiet. We loved the peaceful water and that we could enjoy the river and ocean.

This place appears to be recently updated and it was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are beach chairs and a nice umbrella in the closet. There is a coffee pot which uses k cups or you can use ground coffee. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. There are two popular places to eat within walking distance. I would recommend.

Really safe and great place for family near ocean. Good pool.
