Trascorrete le vostre vacanze in questa casa, rinnovato di recente a Sun City West, una comunità di golf premier previsto adulto attivo. Questa bella casa è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2015 con gres porcellanato in tutto tra cui due docce bagno. La cucina è dotata di nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox con una zona pranzo con gamma liscia top elettrico, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero fianco a fianco. Tutti gli utensili da cucina e stoviglie incluse. Gli ospiti forniscono i propri pasti. Soggiorno con divano in pelle e divanetto, televisore da 60 pollici con stereo, cavo con DVR incluso. La camera da letto principale ha un tema spa con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno annesso. TV via cavo nella camera da letto principale. La camera comprende un letto matrimoniale e ampio ripostiglio. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti. Il soggiorno ha un soffitto a volta e nuovi divani in pelle con un muro porta che conduce al patio. TV via cavo, wifi e DVR sono inclusi. La sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Lavatrice / asciugatrice si trova al largo della zona cucina. La casa comprende un garage collegato e due biciclette per il vostro divertimento. Made a last minute booking and was very pleased. Location worked great for us. Easy access to major thoroughfares. The property is very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped including consumables, spices, condiments, kitchenware, etc. Great, quiet neighborhood. Diane was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience. We needed to stay in Sun City West to help out some relatives and this house worked out perfectly.
The WiFi was fast, the TV large, and the neighborhood quiet. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfect working order.
We will be staying again in the future.

This home is exactly as listed. Everything you need for your stay was supplied. Diane checked up a couple of times via VRBO to be sure you had everything Easy to find home, quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous home for a restful stay. The beds are large, comfortable and cozy with nice linens. The kitchen has most any pan or spice you can desire. We enjoyed the bicycles for exploring and exercise. This is our 3rd time in the house and it is always our 1st choice..

Great Thanksgiving
We came out to be with family over Thanksgiving. The property made the stay that much better, it was clean and well appointed, close to shops and dining and the owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely try to stay here again.

Sun City West
Very nice house in a rather quiet neighborhood. Even being a block, separated by a wall and a parking lot, from a major street in SCW we did not notice the traffic. One goal of this trip was to experience life in SCW, thanks to this rental property we were able to do so.

My sister and I. Visited my father at Grandview Terrace. And the house was perfect. Less than two miles away. Two beautiful bedrooms. A wonderful kitchen.

Socially Distanced Visit with Parents.
My sisters and I were in SCW to settle our parents in for the winter. After long days on the road we arrived at Diane's vrbo and it felt like home. The homey feeling included comfy sofas and beds, a fully stocked kitchen, well laid out floor plan and garage door opener. We especially loved the large showers and the back yard patio with fire pit. We enjoyed having our family time around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The location was very convenient with easy access to Fry's, the 303 and our parents home near Palm Ridge Rec Center. Thanks for sharing your lovely home, will return next visit!

Perfect location
We needed a place to stay in Sun City West to wrap up my Mom's estate. She passed away this summer and my family met here. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. The patio was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. A wonderful visit!

Home away from home
Smallish but very comfortable. Lots of extras that makes it better then a timeshare. All you really need to bring are your groceries as everything else is already there. When I come back again I will be looking to stay here again.

Escape from reality
It was a great place to relax and enjoy many peaceful evenings. To escape the daily grind of liquidating an estate, it was nice to come home to this at the end of a long day. All amenities are there. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Would stay there again. Easy check in process.👍�👍�👍�

Simply the best
We love this house and Diane and Debbie. It was our second time at this property. Everything is provided for a perfect stay. We enjoy the bicycles ( Trek cruiser and red bike with great pedals) as our 1/2 mile down the road. I enjoy the kitchen and easily prepared and served dinner for seven. Last but not least , morning coffee on the back porch watching the quail and bunnies. Thanks again for another wonderful trip.

Words cannot describe the quality.of this property. It is so very well kept and equipped.
My friend Muriel and I are widows who now travel together and have found this particular property in Sun City West AZ our favourite place to go. The house itself has everything you could ask for, the area is quiet and very safe. There are so many things to do. We have had a fabulous time and will return for sure.

You'll Love It !!!
You pull up to this beautiful house in a great neighborhood. You open the door and find a charming, clean, well appointed home. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Communications with the owner was important to me and she was helpful and always available. All you need is a change of clothes and your tooth brush, everything else is at your fingertips in this home.
