We enjoyed staying at your property! The queen size beds were incredibly comfy. The twin size beds were not as comfortable, but still ok. The kitchen was stocked with about eveything you could think of, which was wonderful!! The place could use a good DEEP cleaning but overall a comfortable place to stay!!

Property was comfortable and close enough to the park. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place, easy in easy out

We had a wonderful time. Just a few items we were disappointed with: 1 - Hot tub was NOT what was in photo 2- No views - All windows were boarded up because of the snow 3- Some of the furniture and rugs are very dirty

Very nice property but advertising should disclose that all the views on the ground floor are blocked by barriers that are installed because of snow. Plus there is nowhere to bbq under cover…only outside. All smoke detectors were non-op and there were chip bags and candy wrappers in downstairs beds.

This large property sleeps many and is nicely decorated and comfortable. Takes about 35 minutes to get to Yellowstone West entrance. Located in close proximity to local lakes, waterfalls and other outdoor activities it is a great large party location. Negative would be the electric stove is not working properly. Only 2 out of 4 burners worked and oven did not keep accurate temperature making cooking more challenging than it needed to be. Some overdue extra cleaning needs attention but 85% of unit is kept quite nicely. Located behind a small, neighborhood grocery and gas market making needing to grab a missing item convenient. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans and most needed utensils along with dinnerware. Definitely a residence that served the purpose and was represented accurately.

This house was perfect for us! Great size and layout of the house. Very cozy and homey!

My family and I travel to a new place every year for vacation and there are 11 of us so it’s usually pretty packed and not a lot of space for all of us, but this place was just right. Plenty of beds and rooms and it was great having the two living rooms for the kids and adults. Tons of oboes and toys for the kids to keep entertained and close to west Yellowstone, trails, and all the activities you want to do. We’d definitely stay again!

Was perfect for our extended family. Enjoyed the park on one day, because of the restrictions, but the next day had fun in West Yellowstone. Great for family dinners after the day of excursions.

We had a great stay at the cabin. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The cabin is in a beautiful area of Island Park and there is a lot to do around this area. We were concerned when Yellowstone was closed but there is so much to do in this area that when the park opened up we felt like some of our favorite things we did were around Island Park instead of the park. There was plenty of room for our family of 14 and loved our stay.

Close to everything and we even got to see snow. Would do it again. Thank you !

Excellent location, value , and fit 10 people comfortably

Worked great for our Yellowstone visit

The dryer decided to act up and was not fixed correctly when handyman came to fix. My grandson had to fix in order for us to dry our clothes for ride home. There was leftover garbage in can, not disposed of properly. The HDMI cord was missing on downstairs tv for my grandkids. Overall it was a nice place with a few hick-ups.

The property was very good and lived up to the description and the photos. It was located about 20-25 mins from west YS entrance and has ample stores, eating options nearby. The property was clean and everything was as shown. We will definitely book this place again whenever we are back in YS.

The property was very nice the full beds downstairs not very comfortable, hot tub was very hot you might check the thermostat.

The property was easy to find and in a great location. We were impressed with the accommodations- they were very clean and well decorated. We met friends from Salt Lake City for Thanksgiving, cooked a giant meal, played games and sat in the hot tub. The weather was cold, but like a winter wonderland. Very enjoyable and hope to stay here again as it is centrally located to meet up with friends in other states and close to the Park.

Loved the location of this place, truly only 30 minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone. And the beds are super, super comfortable. It's probably the BEST night's sleep I've had at a hotel or rental ever. Kitchen and dining layout is fantastic. The only criticism is that the rule to keep the hot tub at 101 is truly too hot. A bit of a thermaphile myself, I LOVE a soak in a hot tub. But me and one of my kids got sick after having only spent about 10-15 minutes in there...and it was about 35 degrees outside. Most of my kids couldn't even go in because it burned their little bodies too much. But that aside, we loved this place! Highly recommend.

House was nice, however details are everything! Every clock was not set, only 2 mirrors in the whole house were in the bathrooms. Kitchen wasn’t as clean as it should be if you’re paying someone to clean. Microwave definitely needs a cleaning. Hot tub was RIDICULOUSLY too hot! Need more trash cans! Nice location but definitely overpriced!

We had an amazing time at this property. Our intentions were to enjoy the golf course and back yard, but the weather had other plans. This was the perfect place for plans to change. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the two living rooms, the perfect hot tub and generous eating area. We were amazed with how quiet the house was. Napping kids, and adults staying up enjoying cards had zero issues. We'll be back again!

This was a great place to stay for our Yellowstone vacation. The house was as described with plenty of room for 11 of us. Nice backyard ( just watch for out of control golf balls! ) that sits on the golf course so pretty quiet but just be aware. One of our party almost took a golf ball to the face. The hot tub would have been nice but the temp( as others have mentioned) is too hot to use and I am all about hot water but that temp was just too much. I understand leaving it for sanitary reasons but no one could enjoy it for more than a few minutes without having to get out. Upstairs was also warm but there are fans, just be prepared to use them. The house is very big and spacious and we loved the downstairs so the kids had their own space. Kitchen had what we needed to make meals. All in all a great time. Lots of things to do and see in the area. Right down the road is Johnny Sack cabin which is beautiful! If you get a chance visit Mesa Falls…you will not be disappointed! Cafe Sabor in Island Park is great! ( food truck now but building opening soon) Connies was ok…call ahead or be prepared for a long wait! Also highly recommend Yellowstone ATV rentals and Yellowstone Raft Company…..( book the horse back riding with the cowboy dinner!! Half our group did rafting, the other half scenic float and then we did the horses and dinner and it was great! ( it is in Gardiner but worth the drive!) Also if you have time after Yellowstone, we recommend Jackson and Grand Teton. The whole area is gorgeous!! Great place to stay for a great vacation!!

We stayed at this property while visiting Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. The location to these parks is fantastic. And given the area, the fact that you have reliable wifi is great. Additionally, the gas station as you turn on the road where the house is located, is also a convenient store and a great one. It is filled with just about everything you need from basic groceries to over the counter meds to wine and beer. I will say the pictures in the listing we found to be deceiving. The property is not by itself. It is on a road, right next to other properties that look like vacation or rental homes and it backs to an active golf course. Also the hot tub is very nice but it is on the front porch facing the road and the side of the neighbor's house. We did find the inside as pictured and very clean. Communication with the property managers we found to be helpful and easy when necessary.

Nice property, hot tub was too hot to use and quite small. The backyard/patio area is small, it borders the golf course so you have golfers very close to the property. Quiet for being so close to the road.

The property is on a golf course and hot tub is in front off front porch. Nicely decorated. It was about 15 mins. Outside west entrance Yellowstone. Connie’s is good eat right down street but will want to make reservations. Busy and good friendly staff.

We had a great time at this cabin. It had everything we needed and was big enough for everyone in our party. Close to West Yellowstone, was a great stay.

Lots of space with three stories! Great location. The convenient shop was practically a full on grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay. We visited St. Anthony Sand Dunes, Messa Falls and Yellowstone. It was perfect.

This house was fun and was big enough for our large group. The kitchen could definitely use some updates. The oven wasn't big enough for a cookie sheet to fit into, and the pots and pans were really bad. There was a sign saying not to turn the hot tub down, and it was way too hot for anyone to get into at that temperature so that was unfortunate. There was wood boarding up and the windows and doors on one side of the house for snow purposes. I understand why, but it made the main living spaces really dark and cave-like. I just wish they had mentioned that. Overall, we had a good time, but we wouldn't stay again.

This was one of the best cabins we have rented in Island Park. We have been going there for over thirty years and really enjoyed this cabin.

Everything was great!House was great, we had 6 adults.We enjoyed all the amenities, hot tub, grill, fire pit, kitchen, washer/ dryer, WiFi!!!!Yellowstone was awesome!Thanks to Heather for her prompt response to our needs! Many great memories of our first trip to this part of the USA!! Thanks again Island Park House!
