Questo è un bellissimo condominio in un edificio di alta qualità: enormi finestre con splendida vista, pavimenti in legno,
ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inox, camino a gas, un fantastico ponte di fronte al fiume Yampa e
Howelsen Hill e un garage privato riscaldato.
È splendidamente arredato con comodi divani e sedie in pelle e letti di qualità. L'arte unica è
visualizzato in tutto. C'è un tiro accogliente e un cuscino per tutti, e molti posti dove rannicchiarsi con un

Fantastic condo in a quiet part of old town. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, shopping, the library, Little Toots park and Howelson Hill. 1 block off main and free bus. Plenty of room and nice deck overlooking the Yampa river. Great communication and well stocked condo. Will definitely return!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kiddos ages 11 to 6) had an outstanding trip w/ this condo as our base of operations for a week of skiing.
Location is awesome. Walkable to the free mountain shuttle and numerous eateries - Mountain Tap brewery, creek side cafe, and powder day doughnuts to name check a few. If the shuttle isn’t your thing it’s only a 7 minute drive to either of steamboat’s free parking lots.
Condo has all the amenities you’ll need - parking, laundry, full kitchen, a small patio w/ views of the Yampa - plus enough space to get a little quiet time as needed.
The host is responsive and affable.
Really a great find. We’ll hope to be back next season.

My husband and I and our adult son and gf stayed at Little Pony for a 3 night Steamboat ski trip. We wanted to be downtown near restaurants and bus to the hill. This location was perfect. At end of strip, bus stop nearby and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Each room had it's own bathroom. The condo is very roomy and well equipped with everything you need. Private parking spot in private garage. The host was completely reachable with any questions. Would 110% recommend and would stay again. Really lacking nothing.

Very clear instructions and super clean space. It’s very peaceful and has nice amenities which feel like things you would actually buy for yourself instead of just random stuff for a rental.
The location is prime and the host was very helpful. I would recommend this listing and would stay again.

Loved our family ski getaway! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved being downtown located near great shopping and restaurants. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils, plus all the spices left from previous visitors. We had some insignificant things pop up right at the beginning of our stay and the Kelly was quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. We rode the free city bus to and from the mountain. Pickup and drop off was 1/2 block from our doorstep. Loved the heated garage for our car. If you have an oversized vehicle, parking in the garage might not be an option but our GMC Acadia fit perfectly. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking.

Such a fantastic dog-friendly condo in the perfect location and exactly as described! With the Yampa right across the street you can relax and enjoy exploring the many hot springs and the parks on the quiet (but not boring!) end. The location is ideal to walk to almost everything, including downtown Steamboat and all the great restaurants that Kelly recommended, as well as all of the great downtown shops, and the farmers market (check it out!). Everything else is close by, so you don't have to drive far to experience the rest of Steamboat, including Fish Creek Falls (go early!). Highly recommended!

We did a quick weekend in Steamboat prior to school starting there was a great free music concert and an art fair as well as a very large farmers market. The place was great very central to everything close to parks, trails and great food! We brought our dog and she enjoyed it as well!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Great location - easy walk to town, shops, ice cream, restaurants, river, library. Fun people watching from their patio - loved being on the river. Great views. Kelly was quick with responding to any inquiries - wonderful host. Will stay again sometime! Thanks :)

We’ve stayed at this complex before and loved it. Beautiful condo, the location is perfect for a walk downtown but also quiet so it’s not noisy. Easy parking and friendly neighbors. Great communication with Kelly. Will stay again!

This is such a great condo in downtown Steamboat. The location is terrific, with the bus stop to the mountain at the corner, stores and restaurants along Lincoln and Yampa in easy walking distance, and the Yampa River out the back patio. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the washer/dryer appear pretty new, and the beds are comfy. Looking forward to our next visit!

We could not have been happier with the area and the condo. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. What a wonderful place in Steamboat - choice location overlooking the Yampa River and right in the middle of downtown district with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was nicely furnished and well stock with all the essentials and pet friendly. Check in and check out was very simple and we had excellent communication with out host. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Headquartered here for the Steamboat Gravel Race. While the location was marvelous for our stay--on the Start/Finish Line, the Yampa River and Bike Trail--it would be just as perfect any week of the year. The owner, Kelly, was attentive to every concern we had, which were few. Check in process could have been a little more streamlined with better communication about parking and key codes...but only a minor blip. Every other detail had been perfectly anticipated.
We look forward to our next stay at this great property!

The condo is perfectly located and is well appointed with kitchen accessories, game/puzzles, and outdoor toys like tubes, bikes, etc... and it's pet friendly. This is the second time we've stayed here and would highly recommend it to those considering staying downtown Steamboat.

Wonderful place!
This condo is extremely clean and has a warm feel to it with all the cool art pieces. The beds were very comfortable. It just felt homey, which is nice when you’re on vacation. The owner of the joint has it figured out when it comes to her guide book for her guests. She gives allll the info. And it’s all stocked for whatever you need! Perfect walking distance to all the shops. I never had to drive anywhere for town trips. I’d definitely recommend! I also loved the balcony and seeing the river so close.

This is a very nice, comfortable, attractive and well-stocked condo in a great location across the street from the Yampa River and blocks from all the best restaurants in Steamboat. The condo was spotless and well-stocked. On a snowy afternoon, we had fun playing Scrabble in front of the gas fireplace!

Communication was easy, the location is a short walk to the many amazing restaurants Steamboat has to offer - all casual, but truly excellent. When we stayed in, so appreciated access to basics like salt & pepper and some spices /dry goods left by other guests. Not to mention all the pots, pans and dishes we needed to prepare and serve a great meal.
Although we did rent a car, we took advantage of the very close-by bus stop to get to the ski resort and walked to dinner most nights. Very doable without a car rental and would consider that next time.
Also worth noting, we took full advantage of having the Waterside Day Spa just downstairs. Great little spa with many services.
Overall, highly recommend this property.

Our Favorite
Second time we have stayed here and it has become our favorite place to stay in Steamboat, and we have been coming to Steamboat every year for the past 20 years.
Downtown location is fantastic, bus stop is close, walkable to everything downtown. The condo is well equipped for all your cooking and grilling needs. Heated garage to park and stow your gear at the end of the day, beds and furniture are comfortable. The deck overlooking the river and Howelsen Hill is a fabulous way to end the day with a glass of wine or cocktail.
I want to thank the owners for maintaining such and fantastic place.

We had a great stay at Kelly's place in Steamboat. The location was perfect, right downtown - walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants and great views of Howelsen Hill. The space itself was great as well - plenty of space for two couples and our dog. The kitchen was spacious and equipped to cook all our meals, the living room had plenty of space to spread out, and the beds were nice and comfy. Kelly was super easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions pretty quickly. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
