Benvenuti nella "Laguna Blu sul Canale". Situato a Mariner's Cove e comprende una camera da letto 4, 2 bagni tra cui camera da letto principale con bagno privato con la propria piscina privata con vista sul canale e il proprio molo privato.
La casa è di nuova costruzione con mattoni e piastrelle. Arredato con gusto, arredamento di qualità e segmentato con pannelli in vetro che sfruttano le viste panoramiche della piscina che si affaccia sul canale. Questa proprietà è sicuramente da intrattenere e godere da tutti.
La configurazione della biancheria da letto è composta da 3 letti Queen e 2 letti singoli singoli con aria condizionata riscaldata / fredda condotto attraverso fuori rende confortevole dormire per 8 persone.

Beautiful setup and amazing view, very family friendly especially with young grandchildren with pool fence for pool and to jetty access. Would definitely stay again if house is available

We had a wonderful Christmas stay in the canal house, the house was really comfortable and superbly equipped with everything we could need. The house was lovely and the pool was warm and the kids had a great time in it every day. We would definitely stay again.
Our only little improvement suggestion would be a couple of sunloungers but the outside furniture was really comfy. Thank you

We had a great stay at this property. The pool was a big hit with our little kids. Davinia was also very good at keeping us informed and helping with any problems. Would happily stay again!

We loved staying at the Blue Lagoon property- it was the perfect location and space to enjoy with family and friends.
The property manager was excellent with communication and very accommodating to our requests.
I would definitely recommend and would love to visit again in the future!

We had a lovely stay. Property had everything we needed. We loved fishing off the little private jetty and canoeing the canals. We were even lucky seeing some dolphins. Will definitely be back.

Great location and ammenities for our 10 day stay. A broken dishwasher was promptly dealt with and fixed via a text to Davinia. The owner was contacted and he immediately replaced the dishwasher. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend.

Ladies Weekend Away
We were a group of 6 friends spending the weekend away. The house was as described and ticked all of the boxes. We would definitely recommend and are even looking at booking again next year. Just a small suggestion, it would be great if there was an outdoor umbrella or some sort of shade sail over part of the pool as when we stayed it was a 40 degree day, so hard to sit in the pool for any length of time with no shade. Other than that we absolutely loved it. Thank you

Blue Lagoon Jan 22
We had a wonderful 10 day family stay at Blue Lagoon. The house overlooks the canal in Mariners Cove. The house provided us with a spacious outdoor area with a lovely warm pool. Ammenities inside were sufficient however for the nightly rate during the peak Xmas/January period I would recommend to the property manger to insist on a higher standard of cleanliness. The house could also be best served by more than one television and television area, access to a remote garage control and maintence to the pool gate as it failed to close at times.
I did have an initial reservation on the NO REFUND policy when first booking— particularly during Covid. Perhaps this needs addressing?’Great memories of our 2022 holiday.

Nice Stay for short term
Good stay, close to amenities and lovely canal views, however the house had a few things not a lot of kitchen items eg: bowls plastics & platters decor a bit dated, some dishes were not clean when we went to use, but didn’t spoil our time there

Wonderful stay
As a group of eight adults this property worked extremely well for us. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area, lovely comfortable table and chairs and great outlook over the canal. The heated pool was also great and the house was very well equipped. We will be coming back.

Family stay in Mariner Cove
Property was well laid out and very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Attention to detail is great. Would recommend easy access to town centre and great location on the water

Short Family Getaway
Booking was easy, check in was easy. The holiday home was exactly what was advertised plus some for our family getaway. Went for a swim, cruised the canals in the kayaks and dropped the pots in while cooking up a BBQ in the weber. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

No hassle
The reasons we chose this accommodation were portacot and high chair are provided which is a plus for us as we have a 2 year old toddler, saved us from bringing our own. Another good thing is there's free wifi. This house is modern and clean, there's almost everything in there making it a comfortable and hassle free stay.

Relaxing Stay
We were very happy with the accommodation which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our only problem was with the afternoon sun which made sitting out very hot without any shade. We took our own beach umbrella but were unable to put it up due to the gusty winds. We loved being able to use the kayaks and boat ramp.

A great little get away in a lovely location.
We loved our stay and would be very happy to come again. Kayaks were fun and the heated pool was brilliant. This house had all we needed and was extremely comfortable.
The address for the online listing was hard to find so had to do a bit of research. A contact phone number would have been helpful.

Tranquil Home with WOW!
We loved the home and the area, lovely to use the kayaks in the morning and evenings to Around the entire community! Refreshing dips in the pool and the canals! Jogging is a breeze to across to Halls Head and even into Mandurah Foreshore!
The house is well designed and thoughtful in how they make things available for your use!

Beautiful house that's well located
Stayed here for my sister's wedding. It was so nice my sister, the bride, decided to get ready there before her wedding so she could take advantage of the beautiful view in her pre wedding pics.

It’s a lovely house, in a perfect location.
Loved the house and the location. Apart from a couple of minor hiccups, we enjoyed the stay very much.
We had a problem with the air conditioner which was fixed promptly. Needs more then 1 Television, Salt and pepper shakers were empty.
Great prices if you go with another family. Definitely go again.

Property is easy and low maintenance.
We had 2 families of 4 share the house. Great to be located on the canals, moar the boat at the jetty and no need to get in the car for the weekend as we even motored in for lunch at Cicerellos. Pool is an absolute bonus with kids. Enjoyed a great catch of crabs. We would recommend and will be back.
